We really enjoyed this condo. Great location on the water. Convenient access to downtown shopping and various outdoor activities. Very comfortable lodging - great beds, TV’s in each room, full kitchen, etc.
We particularly appreciated the comprehensive communication leading up to our arrival.
Overall, a great experience.

The condo was very nice and clean. It had all the supplies needed for a long weekend. The location is really great and we were given lots of information about local spots. It was so fun to watch the boats fly by and see the beautiful sunsets. We can't wait to come back!

It is a really nice condo but needs some work. The shower in the MB is dated especially the shower head. The jetted tub is not something we would use. The beds are fine. The furniture in the living area is not very comfortable. Kitchen and dining were nice. The gated access made us feel safe. The area was clean and quiet.

This was such an amazing rental. The location was perfect with Lake Hamilton views from the large Living and Dining rooms, close to everything and the decor of the home complemented the awesome views.

We used this for a 3 day girls trip with my daughter, sister and niece. It was the perfect size and a good location for Hot Springs activities. The girls had fun in the pool and the condo was very comfortable.

No boat launch close to property as advertised but other than that perfect place to stay

MB needs updating especially the shower and shower head. Living room furniture could be more comfortable. Kitchen and dining were nice. Gated access felt safe. Quiet.

Communication was all done electronically and very easy. The property Manager left phone numbers to call if necessary but it was not necessary. Everything was perfect.

This property was not as clean as my preference. Front door Hallway entrance closet had splashes of red juice. The toilet paper holder was torn from
The guest bathroom wall and not replaced, chunks of drywall showing. Stains on furniture and burns. My family and I enjoyed the weekend but I will not rent this property again. Fire the housekeeper and put some updated lighting and fixtures and another shower for master bedroom. That shower was so tiny my 7year old liked it as it was his height.

Helpful and friendly owners, great grounds, and amenities, and beautiful views. The only problem we had was a planned power outage caused us to be delayed, leaving the property, but we were very happy with the response of the property owner, as well as the groundskeeper to get the gate opened manually.

We celebrated the holiday with another couple. The condo was as pictured. It was a very nice neighborhood. The condo had all the necessities. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

Overall it was a nice place. Location was closer to the highway than I expected. Balcony view was of the dog poop yard. The bed was firm and the pillows were extremely thin and not supportive. The red couch smelled like dog. The people staying below us in unit 902 smoked weed every night and had the windows open so the smell poured in our unit. This new weed has the worst smell!
We are experienced visitors to Lake Hamilton. We have stayed at several places. The boat slip was not applicable this trip. I chose the spot for the fireplace given the time of year and weather, only to discover it was not usable. Wish VRBO could be more specific with the amenities filter. Again, overall it was clean. The units are older and need some updating, but it is clean and if it was boat season, it would be a big benefit to have a slip, so perhaps a summer rental is prime for this place. Cheers!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It rained literally the who time we were there. But we love Hot Springs and will be back again.
Our only wish would have been that we had more info ahead of time on how to get in the gate and the front door.
Other than that the condo was clean, quiet and well stocked with everything we needed plus some.

Beautiful Condo! Inside the Condo was so gorgeous! The rooms were so large. The Bathrooms were very clean! We had so much fun in the pool, hot tub, and sauna!

The "stunning view" of the lake turned out to be a view of the lake in the distance with the a busy highway in the foreground. That was the only disappointment we had. Otherwise, our stay was very nice.
