We overall enjoyed our stay. Some things that we noticed were that the wifi didn't work well, water pressure was low, there was damage to the towel holder in the master bath, the handheld shower head in the master bath tub had zero pressure and made it unusable. The space is great, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the views were beautiful and the short walk to the beach was great.

It was perfect for my family. All the other houses in the area this size were at least double the price if not triple. It was clean well equipped kitchen clean hot tub and very easy to book. Thank you!

Worked for our family of 8 (mainly adults). Good location. Clean. Had everything we needed. One issue. The listing had it as 4 bathrooms but in reality it is 3 full baths and 2 1/2 baths (to make four). Not a big issue but we had planned on 4 baths. Everything else was great!

It was a great place to stay. Close to the beach, Safeway and food. There are a few things that need some fixing (bathroom toilet paper holder in master bathroom broken, door knob on pantry broken, washer smells moldy, the house could use dusting on high areas of the walls and the upstairs starts at perfect temperature, but the downstairs was pretty cold). The hot tub was a huge plus!

I set up this rental for a family vacation in March. It has been 5 years since our family was able to get together and it was important. The house was nice and a good size. But there were some issues that need to be brought to your attention.
Prior to checking in I had asked if we could come in a little earlier. This request was denied, as the cleaning crew needed the time. I didn’t think anything of it until we got into the house. There was a note that stated, there was a load of towels in the dryer and we are to fold them. As a guest I find that very wrong. Additionally, please read on.
There was trash under the beds including used band aids. One of the beds had nail clippings in it! The floors were not clean and dishes were put away dirty. Several of the bathroom sinks were clogged. The toilet paper dispenser was completely broken in the primary (master) bathroom.
I stayed in the carriage house. The bed was broken, there is plenty of room for a queen size bed, just a suggestion. The worst was, whoever stayed in that room before smoked. Trying to cover it up with an air freshener did not help as I have allergies no one in our party smoke. None of the bedrooms had luggage racks and putting suitcases on a dirty floor is not something any of us appreciated.
The Wi-Fi was extremely poor, and several of us had meetings for work and the connection didn’t work. One of my son’s (a guest) is in that business and it is a easy fix, so no excuse for that.
So, I paid 2 service fees of almost $1,000. And I am not sure what that was for as we were required to strip all of the beds and start laundry, gather all the towels, load and run the dishwasher, empty the refrigerator, and take out the trash. So, what does your so-called cleaning crew do???? My sister and brother-in-law (also guests) own a vacation rental and they would never require their guests to do all that is on your check out list, as that is what their cleaning crew does. We had to purchase liquid soup at the grocery store, for each bathroom and kitchen, as the few little bars of soup didn’t work at all.
So again, please explain to me what the fees that I paid for cover as we did as much or all that I would expect any cleaning crew to do in the 5 hours from check out to the next check in?
We are planning to do this again and find a house this size, but I would have reservations using your company. Unfortunately, I could not give a good review with everything stated.

Very nice house and neighborhood. Good view of the ocean from the top deck. Short walk to a fairly quiet beach. Less than 5 minute drive to stores and restaurants.

Just what we needed
We went before the rush of spring break and it was perfect. This is a beautiful, restful and spacious house. Small television sets. Had some clean but worn out sheets but overall worth the time and money. The hot tub was nice! Would totally recommend to anyone wanting a spot in Lincoln City.

Nice getaway!
Home design was perfect for many guests! We were comfortable and felt relaxed in a location setting that will last in our memories! Our few negatives began at check in: cleaning was still in progress and had to interrupt after a 20 min wait... the cleaning crew of one was pleasant and apologetic for delay. She had towels and linens in the dryer which we accepted. Then at half past midnight the smoke detector battery died and became annoying and had to have the battery removed. We may not return unfortunately in the likelihood of other things. We made the best of our stay and are thankful for a beautiful weekend!

Pre-surgery Getaway
I had my knee replaced shortly after this trip and the ocean was just what I needed. Was thankful for the neighborhood and short walk to the beach. Would like to return someday.

We did enjoy the beautiful home. However the refrigerator, dishwasher and cottage house microwave did not work. We did have a great time and appreciated the house rental, great views, nice number of rooms and bathrooms etc...but there were a few things that we were a little frustrated about. Upon arrival the cleaner was still there, not a big deal, but then after leaving we discovered someone had taken a well, #2 in the upstairs bathroom and didn’t flush, which means either it was the cleaner, or that toilet was never cleaned, we also noticed there was no hand soap in either half baths or in the kitchen. We called and asked someone to come and leave us soap and sanitize that bathroom. They sent someone right away and she was very nice. She cleaned the bathroom but told us she can not give us more soap as the policy was two soaps in the full bathrooms. Which would be a soap for sink and shower. That still does not give a soap for the other two toilets?? Honestly in the time of COVID and the company even left us a leaflet to sanitize, you don’t even give us a $.50 bar of soap in half baths to use? That seems wrong. So we had to go to the store to buy some for those areas, which I find amazing after we spend that kind of money for two night stay but you won’t give us hand soap during a pandemic. The listing posts 7 beds, we wanted that so everyone could have their own bed (again in the time of Covid), the trundle bed pull out in the twin over full room had NO mattress cover and no bedding at ALL. Not to mention that 3 beds in that tiny room would really only work for children. So we had to have two share a bed. We are lucky that were comfortable doing that. After our grocery trip to get soap, we start to cook food and look for a wine opener, and the one we found was broken, so we had to AGAIN go to the store to buy something that is a BASIC item. We all brought food and items so we would specifically NOT have to go shopping! While cooking dinner, the fridge ‘freezer temp alarm’ kept coming on and beeping LOUDLY, and we had to mess with the fridge to get it off, and that night it went off at 2 am and It woke many of us up. This happened the entire time we were there at random times, and YES we kept the freezer door closed. The next day we noticed that the dishwasher face is half off, you can’t use the lid to open it you had to open it via the sides and the bottom rack doesn’t stay Outside of the toilet issue the house was very clean, the area is lovely and easily walkable to the beach and the large table is great for groups. Would go back
