Hale Ili Ili #A is a ground floor 3Bd 2 Bath unit with a fully equipped kitchen, split system air conditioning throughout, washer and dryer, a standard coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker, an outdoor shower, 4 flat screen TV, and complimentary high speed wireless. The Living Room has a large flat Screen TV and Sonos Soundbar which makes for a great family movie night or your favorite playlist as you enjoy the sunset. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a flat-screen TV and the guest room on the main level has 2 twin beds that can be made up into king bed upon request. The downstairs guest-bedroom includes a queen-sized alcove bed where you can fully relax. Additionally, it has a great theatre viewing experience, complete with a powerful split system AC, large Smart TV, Sonos Surround Sound, perfect for movies, sports, or your favorite shows. **Please note, the downstairs bedroom is not recommended for children under 12 years old, adult supervision in this area is required; additionally, the staircase can be rather steep for those with mobility issues. ** For your outdoor enjoyment, Hale Ili Ili #A provides beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and sand toys. Enjoy a legendary Maui sunset from your private Oceanview lanai dining area. Hale Ili Ili #A has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This number includes infants and toddlers. A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights. Hale Ili Ili is an oceanfront gated 4 plex. This property is steps from Kamaole Beach #1 and Charley Young's Cove. Panoramic ocean views and magnificent sunsets can be seen daily from this property. This property has an oceanfront pool, hot tub and gas grill for your use. Kamaole Beach #1 is world famous for swimming, body surfing, and snorkeling. This beach park has life guards, showers, bathrooms and picnic areas. At the other end of the beach is Cove Park the main surfing and paddle boarding beach in Kihei.

We visited for 10 days with out two young children and for our goals/needs, you simply cannot beat Hali Ili Ili. You can walk directly to Kam 1 within one minute. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves 99% of the time. The "complex" is small, quiet and well-kept. You can walk to shops, restaurants and a great playground. The unit is very spacious with lots of upgraded details, but you can tell it is a well-loved rental and some items should be updated and/or replaced (patio furniture, pots & pans, board games, couches).

Very special. Beautiful porch overlooking the pool and wonderful sunsets. Easy walk to several beaches, including snorkeling, and South Maui Gardens, which has coffee, shops, food, trucks, music, yoga, etc..

We loved this rental! The property and views were amazing and the location is great and convenient to beaches, resturants, and groceries. Very clean and well maintained. We couldn't have been more pleased with this choice for our stay. This unit is well stocked with anything you need if you want to cook some of your own meals.As a side note, we were in Maui during the tragic wildfires and at no time did we ever feel treatened at this location.

The location was perfect. The view was incredible but the very short walk down the trail to Charley Young Beach was easy. The beach was perfect. We snorkeled right there and saw tons of sea turtles! Restaurants and shops were within walking distance, as well as surfing lessons! But the little things in the condo made the difference. Beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, box fans (we are white noise sleepers), binoculars, games, books…I could go on and on. We loved the area because it did not feel so touristy and busy even though there was plenty to do close by. Hot tub and pool was perfect also! I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

This condo is absolutely amazing! It was great waking up to the stunning ocean views every morning and watching gorgeous sunsets in the evening. And it's just a minute walk to the beach! The property manager, Kathy, met us at check in to show us around and was very helpful throughout our stay. Thanks Kathy & Craig too! The condo was immaculate and was well stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkle gear and beach towels. The location is perfect and has plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. It was also great to have our vehicle secure behind a gated entry. We absolutely plan to stay here on our next visit to Maui. Can't wait!

This condo/ property did not disappoint our family! It was spacious, clean and has the most amazing views! It was breathtaking looking out the windows or sitting on the lenai watching the sun set. Our family had a wonderful vacation! Wonderful pool area or short little walk to hang at the beach. This condo has everything you need!! Our family can't wait to come back! We do not want to stay anywhere else when we come to Maui!

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at this well-stocked and nicely-appointed condo which is in an ideal location in Kihei. The property was immaculate. The panoramic views of the ocean were stunning. It was nice to sit on the patio and watch paddle boarders, snorkelers, canoes and kayaks going by. We saw many sea turtles in the water directly in front of the property! The kitchen is extremely well-stocked with all of the appliances, dishes and supplies you could possibly need. The property also has boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, coolers, etc.
There were some upstairs noises (footsteps, chairs moving), but this is to be expected in a lower unit in an older multiplex building. We unwittingly discovered a privacy issue with the glass in the sliding pocket door in the master bathroom. The glass appears opaque when the interior lights are off, but becomes quite transparent when the lights are on (!) It would be ideal to address this to ensure greater privacy for future guests.
Overall we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and well-located property. Thank you!

This property was exactly as portrayed. The view is just gorgeous and the unit and grounds are very nice. Charlie Young Beach is also very nice and swimable and the snorkeling was very good around and past the rocks to the right.

From the moment we stepped into this condo and saw the amazing views of the ocean we knew we had made the right choice. Everything about our experience was top notch. The views were spectacular, the sofas were comfy and cozy and our children loved snuggling up and watching movies in the media room downstairs. My husband and I enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning and wine on the balcony in the evening. It was incredible to watch the sunsets every evening without having to go anywhere. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need and the appliances were high end. We ate almost all of our meals in the condo or on the balcony-with those views there was no reason to go anywhere else. We loved being able to walk to one of our favorite beaches in Maui-Kamahole I. I loved being able to step our the door to go for a morning run along with coast. There were beach umbrellas, beach chairs, masks, fins and a boogie board for us to use. Although we never used the pool because the kids loving swimming in the ocean, we really enjoyed the hot tub. The property management company was great to work with and the communication was excellent. We plan on renting this unit the next time we head to Maui. If you are trying to find the perfect South Maui condo, look no further!

Amazing and beautiful. The property is really special because of the proximity to the beach, the fun community lawn at night that draws people to share and watch the sunset. Pool was wonderful after a day of swimming in the ocean, the inside of the condo was such an amazing home - so special and comfortable, really thoughtful in design and appointments. I NEVER wanted to leave. It made me cry when I had to say goodby ...it was that good. Love it, love it. Can't wait to try and come back! Oh ...and the management team at Rentals Maui were ..wonderful! I called a few times from CA to get some clarifications, they met us at the Condo to walk us through. VERY nice people. Thank you for your kindness and help!!

Perfection. Our family of four loved the location and even though it was a shared pool and hot tub, it felt private. The condo is walking distance to local coffee shops, restaurants, shave ice and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked and it was so nice having boogie boards, beach chairs and an umbrella. The umbrella was a life saver! We will definitely be visiting again.

This was an exceptional property! We loved how it was right off the beach and we could spend the day there and come back and enjoy the pool as well. The view was amazing and lots a great restaurants all within walking distance

We truly enjoyed staying here! It seems as though they had put a lot of thought and effort into thinking of everything we could possibly need! Everything was super clean and the views from the back patio were amazing. We got to see turtles snorkeling at the beach right behind the condo the first day we were there. Everything is a short drive from there to get to as well. We will absolutely be coming back again!

It’s A Gem
Excellent stay that exceeded expectations across the board. Unit was clean, spacious, and with plenty of amenities that made the stay incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Location can’t be beaten - easy beach access and located close to the ville. When we make it back to Maui, this unit will be our one and only choice.
