Good stay

Clean, convenient and friendly staff. All activities within the resort compound and can be reached by buggy provided by the resort.

Limited food choices, no seafood within the resort compound.

餐饮，早餐太难吃了，农历中国新年，竟然一点中国特色的都没有。沙发里发现一枚钉子，竟然也只是sorry，来看一下都没有。摆渡车也非常慢，等了40多分钟都没等到。灰尘和油漆混合在一起的味道太干了，刚入住是3点半左右，里面热又呛，太难受了。晚上还被呛醒

非常愉快的入住体验。

酒店的服务人员都很好，预定之后会联系客人，提供码头到酒店的接机服务。入住的前台也很热情，详细介绍酒店情况。餐厅的人员也很好，总是面带笑容。酒店的景色很美，很出片。游玩的项目也很多，不用出酒店，都足够玩几天的。

并不是不满意的地方。是因为帐篷酒店，它本身的隔音就差一些。晚上风比较大，帐篷一直呼呼作响。睡眠轻的人慎选。

Clean. Near to activities. Service staff is friendly and efficient. Communicate via whatapp is a good idea, as good as mobile service desk.

Food quality can be improved especially since it is a resort.

Overall the experience was awesome but the price of the activities, drinks and food was SG price.

Breakfast provided was okay. Not fantastic but it has a decent variety of choices from bread, to fried rice, to dim sum and even omelette. I love the scooter ride and also the hospitality from the stuff. Very eager to help and service was excellent.

There was quite a few flies around the buffet, some of the food are not covered, landing on the plates, and e.g. the fruits, so I avoided those. Another issue was that the only food available there was the Compass Rose. Not a lot of other option other than Patio Bar which is about 10+ mins walk. If you are going around 11am, better to plan lunch outside.

Insufficient mineral water to boil water and toothbrush is not included in the bathroom. Sound insulation is poor because you can hear the neighbours talking and playing music loud and clear. Would be nice to have a TV in the Teepee but i can understand due to sound pollution.

Very instagrammable! A great experience and the Crystal Lagoon is beautiful. Comfy beds and clean facilities. Strong wifi throughout resort. Excellent Whatssapp response as a form of communication.

As the resort is quite remote, if you want to explore then a taxi is necessary. The prices are incredibly high. 400,000 IDR for a 10 minute return to nearby restaurant. Although the rooms are beautiful, the seating inside the room is a thin beanbag which is a shame as the rest of the room is so nicely decorated with thoughtful pieces. Poor organisation of hotel with the arrival of new guests. Golf buggy shuttle took a long time and one guest waited for 5 minutes to travel 5 seconds! Although a beautiful resort, it’s been ‘ticked off the list’. I would stay nearer to Lagoi Beach with the hotels there.

A wonderful stay and thumbs up to the service provided.

The service provided by the resort staffs is good. All were friendly and helpful.

There was a particular occassion when we have called for the buggy for about 25 minutes then it reached. Most of the time, the experience is good.

Superb

Amazing scenery with different types of activities. Also the convenience of providing free buggy service is very helpful especially for a very big place like this. The very quick response via whatsapp whenever we needed to enquire or request something is superb. My children and I love this place alot. Thank you Anmon!

We wanted to BBQ on the last night but wasnt able to due to an event going on. We werent aware that BBQ cant be held when there's ongoing event. Maybe would be good to inform guest upon checking in in future so that we can plan ahead. Other than that all good to go.. just have to prepare $$$ 😁

The children only enjoying the pool but the rest they can see and can’t play.

The pool was huge

Is very hard to called for a buggy transport. Also for children like mine, 2 years and 4 years was not suitable to enjoy the facilities. The price was a bit too high.

Wonderful time at Anmon

Loved that all the activities were within the resort. Kids were SO HAPPY. Anmon is so big that we never once felt tt it was crowded. Love the vibes, the people, the wonderful folks at the activities center led by awesome Activities Manager Mr Andra Yusti. Kudos to all staff at Anmon for the clean and beautifully landscaped spaces and for their ready smiles and warmth. We greatly enjoyed our time at Anmon.

No complaints at all, but my 2 cents is that it would be wonderful to have more dining options and a mart to buy snacks and food from. :)

the tent experience staffs are courteous. huge pool

You can hear other occupants conversation in the other tents. You cannot sleep well because of the noise. No TV & telephone. No toothbrush & slippers. No seaside experience.

Great!

Free shuttle arrangement from the ferry terminal. Rooms and resort were very pretty! Facilities were also up to standard, with great customer service.

Activities were quite pricey.

Interesting tent experience

- very creative design and offer a unique staycation experience - the crystal lagoon is nice - BBQ outside the tent is fun - staff are friendly

- bedsheet and towels are worn-out - Tent is not sound proofing. can be quite noisy if neighbor is talking loudly.
