The home was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were friendly and let us know that they were available if we needed anything. We would love to stay here again on a future trip to the Twin Cities!

This duplex worked so well for 4 of us, and is located within easy access of several main St. Paul routes. It is in a nice neighborhood and is spacious, clean, and quiet. William lives just downstairs, but gave us total privacy. We will definitely choose this rental next time we are in the Twin Cities.

Great location close to lots of restaurants. Comfy living room and beds. The off street parking is very convenient. William is super helpful.

My mom, brother and I had a great stay at this conveniently located upper duplex property. It was spacious, had good amenities (fully stocked kitchen, tv entertainment options in living room and bedrooms) and a very friendly and attentive owner, William. I had a few questions and needed help with the tv set up and William was there immediately to get me on track. When I had some difficultly with one of the tv screens, he replaced it on the spot. He also allowed us to extend our stay on short notice and even brought my mom a bag of her favorite mini donuts from the fair. He was a HomeAway host champion! We would happily stay at this property again not only because it was a great upper level duplex, provided us all with private rooms, was close to the Grand avenue area and the freeway, and was a good value, but also because the owner did such a good job of taking care of us. Thanks for the great HomeAway experience!

Honestly I loved the location , of the unit it was close to everything yet nice an quiet an cozy. Felt at home in the unit I'd definitely recommend it. An will be looking forward to future stays in the unit

Great communication from the start. Worked well with me not knowing exactly when I would be arriving. An accurate description of the property. Will definitely try to book here whenever I come back to visit my brother in the future.

This was perfect for our needs and centrally located for all amenities. William was very attentive! One thing- this is a new-to-homeaway property, so it does not have all the fun "leftovers" (coffee, tea, etc) that most of the properties have just from others having being there....YET! I would stay here again.

The apartment was extremely comfortable and clean, had everything we needed and is in a great neighborhood. As well, William was quick to reply to any questions I had and made check-in and check-out super easy. My family and I will definitely try to stay here again!

This is a lovely and comfortable place to stay. We mainly needed a place to have meals and a comfortable place to sleep. It worked perfectly. The location was close to everything we needed including a short drive to the family we were visiting. There were a lot of restaurants, stores, and attractions in the neighborhood.

Very nice duplex on second floor. Owner is conviently downstairs. Comfortable beds with high quality bedding. Dedicated parking spot. Clean, well insulated (it was -4 degF when we were there), comfy couch and chairs in living room, and large dining room table. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Hardwood floors in living areas, carpet in bedrooms. Definitely recommend!

Super clean and a great host!

Our stay was excellent! William was very attentive to make sure we were comfortable. He even provided a portable heater when our room wasn't warming up for our baby. The house was very comfortable for our family of 5 to stay for a long weekend. The floors are creaky, so be aware if you have light sleepers, this place may not be a good fit. But, we had a very pleasant stay which made our weekend so much better. Thanks, William!

We stayed for a weekend with our 2 kids (16 and 14) while visiting our college aged kid. Location was great for this. Close to the college and everything we wanted to do. Accommodations were as stated. Rooms were a good size. Lots of living space. Owner was great to work with. We will definately stay again.

Clean and conveniently located. Just right for our visit to friends and family. If we have the occasion, we would stay there again.
