This is a fully furnished condo with new queen size beds and new TVs in the bedrooms. Linens, towels, iron & board, beach chairs, and cooler are all included. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen including utensils, pots & pans, bowls, plates, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Appliances include a refrigerator, oven/range, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Laundry facilities are available on each level. The latest amenities - 3 new 55" Smart HDTVs in the living room and bedrooms , DVD player, and high speed 100GB Wi-Fi. Perfect for professionals. Enjoy a large terrace on each floor with a cozy lounge area overlooking the manicured grounds with tropical foliage.. A perfect place to have your morning coffee, to relax after work or to hang-out after a day at the beach to enjoy your favorite beverage. A gas grill is available on the 1st floor for your use. The condo is located in a recently upgraded building with a small number of units located in a very desirable area in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located within walking distance to the famous Cocoa Beach pier, groceries, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment and a short drive to Port Canaveral for cruise ships and dining, Ron Jons, the Merritt Square Mall, Cocoa Village, Brevard Zoo, NASA and the Kennedy Space Center. Orlando shopping and attractions such as Universal Studios, Disney World, and Sea World are all within an hours drive. Fishing, boating, kayaking, golfing, bicycling and, of course, swimming and surfing are all activities that you can enjoy in the immediate area. No smoking / No pets.

My husband and I stayed at the cute condo during our college aged daughter’s spring break softball games. it was perfect for us and we throughly enjoyed it. Would gladly stay there again.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The property was immaculate. It had everything we needed for our vacation. Updated and comfortable, TVs in all the room, all appliances and more! Owners were outstanding and so easy to work with.

The host was very sweet and very helpful. She welcomed us into her home and told us all about the area and where to go at which times. She was super excited about her community and how beautiful it is which I can agree, the area we stayed in in cocoa beach was beautiful

Enjoyed meeting the owner, Anna, she was so helpful! She gave us some tips on dining options close by. The restaurants she recommended were wonderful. The unit was very clean, which i greatly appreciated. The beach is literally right down the road, and everything you need is in the unit. I will definitely stay there again when we come for a cruise.

I rented the property for my granddaughter and her family. The location was perfect, not too far from us and just a very short walk to the beach. Although small, it met the requirements and was far better than staying in a motel. They hope to return at Christmas time.

We used the apt. mostly for overnights...were engaged with family and friends (Wedding) elsewhere...did not make use of the excellent ocean beach just down the street this time...would come again...very adequate for our needs...great place to chill and just relax...Thanx

when you pull up you fill like you are in the movie karate kid and you and your mom just pulled up to your apartment well then you walk into the room and it is just wonderfull everything is laid out perfect loved staying here and will definitely will be booking another stay my family was up the road at a place on the beach and i will choose this place over the on the beach spot awesome family trip

We had an amazing stay at the condo! The place was very clean and cozy. Trips to the beach were easy as its only less than two minutes to get there.
We also met the condo owners and they were absolutely wonderful! We will definitely be back to stay here in the near future. On a scale of 1-10, we give everything overall a 100!

This was a lovely apartment with everything we could need and more provided. 3 minute walk to beach with beach chairs, umbrella, frisbee and nerf football all in unit. Nice neighborhood with good food close by. Pleasant atmosphere on property. Would love to return someday.

This property was 1 block from the beach and was able to walk or drive to see the sunrise every morning. The property provided beach chairs, cooler, and several boogie boards for a good time at the beach.

The owners thought of everything. Not only was the inside of the place new/nice and clean, but they provided more than I expected. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment, spices, and some essentials; beach towels, chairs, and toys were available; we had an air mattress; games and DVDs were available.

The condo was exacty what we needed for a relaxing vacation. Exactly as described, very clean and great location. Just 2 minute walk to beach. It could use a few towels, bath and kitchen. I would definently stay again.

We were in Cocoa Beach for 3 nights. The accommodations were super close to the beach (3 min walk across a quiet street). We even got a chance to see a nighttime launch of the space X Falcon 9 rocket! The kitchen was fully stocked to cook meals, not only with dishes but lots of staple ingredients like spices and oil. Having access to 4 beach chairs and beach towels and lots of equipment to build sand castles was the wonderful amenity we weren't expecting. The only thing I would change, which is not at all a fault of the host, is that in hindsight we should have gotten a place with 2 bathrooms for 4 people (including 2 teenagers). The host accurately described the property, that was just one detail I didn't realize was gonna be an issue until we got there. But this does not take away from the 5 out of 5 stars I would give the property.

This is a wonderful property that is steps from the beach. We were in condo #10 and it was beautiful. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio area and ease of access to the beach. The property managers were very nice! We will definitely be back.

From the time we booked till checkout every step was wonderful!!!!! Its our for sure go to from now on out!!!! The condo was a short short walk to the beach. It was very clean and modernized. You dont have to bring nothing but your clothes and hygiene everything and i mean everything is provided. From surfboard to hydrogen peroxide it felt like home. Will 100% be coming back next year maybe sooner. Thank you all so much!!! Would give 100stars if i could. Thanks again

Property was nice, beach was amazing. Very quiet and relaxing. Wish there was more towels. Reserved parking was a great bonus for us. Patio was never crowded and was nice to sit out and dry before going into going into the room again. Kitchen filled with everything we needed as far as amenities goes. AC works great! Make sure to bring change for the laundry machines cause NO ONE wants to break cash for it. Not sure why.... but it was the most difficult part of our trip 5/5 would recommend for a family trip! Thanks again!

Our family uses a lot of bath towels so 4 was not enough but the sun comes bright in the morning and as long as they were hung up in the bathroom the night before they dried out. We enjoyed the shared boogie boards and beach umbrella in the laundry room along with sand toys. We also enjoyed the provided beach chairs in the condo. We would definitely come back. My kids only complaint was the sun in the morning. There are only darkening curtains in one of the rooms. Overall beautiful location. We made great memories..

Easy beach access
We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and came equipped with everything we needed. Mostly enjoying the short and easy walk to the beach. We hope to return again soon.
