Our extended family fits well into your home. Some did not want to go to the parks. They were happy to read by the pool.
The kitchen is BEST I've ever had in a vacation home.
The washer / Dryer worked well! Plenty of towels!

Pool care was well explained. We even figured out the door alarm;)
Drive to the parks was simple. We did Universal first to get that longer drive out of the way. Uber/Lyft found the home with ease.
We would stay here again, and I would not bring as much backup stuff or the kitchen and linens;)

We had an excellent time. This home is well equipped and the owners have thought of everything to make our stay relaxing and stress-free. I would definitely stay again. One small note, two of the many bedrooms have some open-space at the top of the rooms (more like a loft-style) and while that wasn't a problem for our group, if someone needs privacy that wouldn't be ideal.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Owner had great communication and promptly answered any questions. The property was well stocked and provided many things that other listings did not. There were lots of things for the kids (ages 2-5) to play with indoors and out. We enjoyed the pool and spa most of all. The location was really good for the theme parks and restaurants. WalMart was super close which was nice. The one thing I didn't notice mention of which was a slight issue for our group was the Harry Potter room and the Star Wars room both have a wall that does not go all the way to the ceiling. We had to do some shuffling once we discovered that, due to kiddos that will not sleep if there's any noise, but we made it work in the end. One thing we'd have used if we'd known was the re-usable Freestyle cups in the pantry for Universal Studios. We had no idea what they were prior to purchasing one.

We had such a great time in this incredible family friendly house!!!!
It was super clean and had everything we needed from cleaning supplies, garbage bags, dish soaps, hand soap in the bathrooms, etc...
The pool, hot tub and patio were much larger than we imagined. Plenty of room for everyone to use the floats that the owner was so kind to provide for us. The bedrooms were all adorable and we were all very comfortable.
The community is so close to everything from the short distance to the theme parks, shopping, grocery stores especially Walmart!!
Kim was so gracious from start to finish, responding in minutes to any questions and always ready to help.
We were so pleased with our stay and will definitely be back. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time in the house! The pool is huge and we paid for heating, which really worked! We had more than enough space for our 20 family members. Very close to Disney World as stated. We would suggest it to anyone who wants a home with everything.

This home was perfect for what we wanted. Close to the parks. We mostly did ride share because it was so close. Loved the tons of towels. Owner was very helpful.

This home was a perfect place to stay for our trip to Universal. The pool was fantastic! Plenty of towels and floats for our group of six. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, etc. The bedrooms were nicely laid out. Thanks Kim!

The house was exactly as described and pictured, property manager was very nice and was easy to communicate with and was right on top of everything we had questions about. The house is a beautiful place to stay and it has a huge pool, 19 of us and we all had plenty of room!!

This beautiful, clean, family friendly home is AMAZING.
It is completely stocked, more than we expected. There were plenty of towels, pool towels and regular ones. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. You can tell there was a lot of thoughtful care put into every aspect of the home. The themed rooms were so adorable - everywhere you look there is something new. The pool is GIANT & it was so nice to have floats provided. It gave me peace of mind to have the pool alarm on the door & the child safety fence. We grilled on the BBQ & it was wonderful to have a large gazebo over the grilling area. I have never seen that before, usually my husband is standing out in the hot sun because there is no cover. The younger kids loved the playground & the older kids loved playing ping pong outside and also in the fabulous game room.
The interior is a great layout. Our family could spread out in the different living areas and not be on top of each other. The game room was a big hit and we used it all the time. The beds were so comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. The pre-arrival directions were very helpful and it was so nice to have other directions showing how to work things around the house.
Location is perfect. It is close to everything: groceries, shopping, restaurants, pharmacy, mini golf, water park and, all the theme parks.
Communication from start to finish was terrific. The owner, Kim, was delightful to work with. I would highly recommend this home!!!

This house is beatifull and big. Its perfect for a big family even though it was just me, my husband and my 2 kids we had an awsome time. The house had plenty of rooms, it has a game room and a beatifull pool which the kids loved. The rooms are super confortable and spacious and they each had a different theme which my daugther loved she wanted to sleep on all of them. Its really close to restaurant,stores and the theme parks which is great. Will defenectly save this house for future trips to Orlando. Thank you for letting us stay. 🙂

Our family has stayed in vacation homes for 30+ years now. This house was the most well appointed rental we have ever stayed at. Beach towels, pool floats, life jackets, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap and so much more. The kitchen has EVERY single thing you have at home and more! All the beds were comfortable (which NEVER happens) and extra blankets and pillows were in closets. The owner stopped by and was super nice. We have already shared her information with friends that inquired after seeing our house photos. The littles loved each and every room. The pool is huge and we spent most of our time in the patio area. The kids (7 of them) definitely appreciated your amazing play room) I cant say enough good things about staying here. It took us 12 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom and 25 to Universal. 10 minutes to Old Town which everyone enjoyed. Thank you Kim for sharing your beautiful home with our family for the week. We hope to come back and stay again the next Orlando trip.

House was exactly as pictured. No surprises! The pool area is perfect and a pool that size is a rare find in rental homes. The only down side is the upstairs master got a little warm from the evening sun. But fans are privided to help cool things off. Other than that the fully stocked kitchen and large pool were a big hit! I would definitely book again.

Kim, was incredible with her communication and follow through. She has appointed this home with every thing one might need. She obviously pays attention to detail and wants her clients to be set up for a great experience. There was plenty of silverware, very nice steel can coolers, excellent grill, baby crib, a toddler play ground, a game room for the teens, the area around the pool was large and had plenty seating for many. Most importantly, safety was paid close attention to as the pool could be secured from the small non-swimmers very easily. We enjoyed our stay because of the comfort of this home. How many times have you been somewhere to use say a hot tub only to find out it either wasn’t heated or didn’t work? Not the case here it worked flawlessly as did all the features of the home. The pot and pans were in. Great shape as was the knives and other utensils. Kim was a super host for a great vacation destination.

This house accommodated my family of 12 perfectly. The rooms were all themed and so cute. The pool is in deed huge. We never felt cramped with all of us in it. The outside area is large to seat everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with tons of plates, pots and pans etc. It was very clean and close to the parks.

We chose to stay here instead of on-site at Disney and are so glad we did! It was close enough for all our planned days including WDW, Sea World, and a day at Cocoa Beach to see the ocean. We loved all the amenities, the kids enjoyed the pool and game room, and there were rooms for everyone to have their own space and privacy! It was easy to book and Kim, the owner, had great communication! Definitely would recommend and come back if we plan a trip like we had again!

Kim has thought of everything for all ages. We spent a week celebrating our daughter’s adoption at Disney and I don’t think we will ever stay anywhere else again! My kids cried when we left. It was close to Disney and very confident. We had everything we needed, plenty of space and everyone had a great time. Kim was very available when needed and kept us up to date on things that were important Worth every penny you won’t be sorry!

The pictures are exactly what we got. Everything the listing said would be there was there. Many additional things we weren't expecting were there that helped us out as well. A griddle, croc pot, storage containers, endless utensils, pool goggles/life jackets/floats, etc. There were plenty of dishes and towels, everything in the house was labeled well to explain how to use remotes, light switches, etc. It was an absolute treat to stay here. We felt very much like the rentor cared about us and wanted to make sure we had a good time. We're hoping to return to the same property in the future. Thank you so much for lending us your home! It was an unforgettable vacation for our family.

The house was so nice and well put together. We met the host as we got there and she was so kind and welcoming. We stayed there for a week and the stay was so easy. It truly was great house/stay. The house is so close to malls, stores, food and the parks it was the perfect place to stay. It had room for the whole family and then some so we didn't feel like we were cramped. The have life vests for kids and googles to keep them safe in the pool and extra locks on the door helped us feel safe staying there. We couldn't recommend this house/host enough!!

Property had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. Close to parks. Would absolutely stay here again on a future trip. Highly recommend hitting the closest Publix instead of Walmart for supplies!

We enjoy traveling and have stayed at many homes through VRBO but this home was amazing. The communication with the owner, Kim, was the best of any place we have ever stayed at and she has thought of everything for her home. The home is nice, close to Disney, and was clean. Also was well stocked for the 18 of us….there were probably 40 beach towels and even more bath towels to use and plenty of dishes. The pool and hot tub are nice as is the tanning area and private kids playground. Kim always texted back within minutes if we needed anything and we really didn’t need anything much because the house was so great! Thank you for making our Disney family Christmas special! We would definitely stay here again in the future and can’t say enough wonderful things about Kim and her home!

We had planned to go to Disney in Nov 2020 but thanks to COVID that was canceled and we were not able to rebook w the house we had. It was a great pleasure to be able to stay at this location. Worked out great for the 16 of us. It was the highlight of my 5 yr old granddaughter trip over Disney and Universal

We couldn’t have ask for a better place to stay we all had a great time staying here and the pool was awesome to. And if you needed anything and had to talk to Kim she responded to you within minutes she was great, we would stay here again and we would recommend this house to anyone.

We had a magical vacation in this beautiful home! The house was very well kept, clean and the beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, wash clothes in all of the bathrooms and pool towels for all 20 of us! We had plenty of room for everyone. The pool was huge the little kids and the big kids all enjoyed it and all of the pool toys were a hit! We also loved the hot tub! We were so glad we decided to have the pool heated! The kids play area was also a huge hit with the grandchildren. The kitchen had everything you need and then some. Kim was very helpful when we needed laundry detergent she responded immediately to my text.
We look forward to coming back in the future!

Everything was great from the time we checked in until the time we left. Even though we had a hurricane it was one of the best vacations we have been on. Kim was great and kept checking in on us during the storm.

I can’t say enough about this place. This is the first VRBO that had literally everything and MORE that you would need. Just bring your food clothing and shampoo. This place is stocked to the hilt and owner is very communicative. Very impressed!!!! Thank you for a sharing your place!

Wonderful home that all of our group -young and old truly enjoyed! Sweet Disney themed rooms! Along with plenty of extras in the kitchen! The pool was awesome (from our teen grandkids!) if our clan goes again we will so rebook as we had plenty of individual space!

Everything about this property was awesome for our summer vacation with our entire family. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space, the house is loaded with everything you need from towels, to fully stocked kitchen. We had a group of 14 ages 2-70, and everyone loved the pool!! We would definitely stay here again!!

This was our second time staying here and we loved it. The house is always spotless. There is tons for the kids to do between the house playground, pool, and game room. The kitchen is well stocked. She has tons of pool towels. Just about everything you could want is found here. We will definitely be staying again. Mrs. Kim is a wonderful host and is quick to respond if you have questions or concerns. This house is definitely our favorite large group stay!

The big pool house
My family spends a week together once a year and this house was the best house yet. Great pool, best stocked kitchen from having everything you need to the things that just make life easier. Lots of towels and rafts for the pool. Bath towels and linen for beds. My family and I had a great time and have only good things to say about this house. Something else we really liked about the house was all the little notes telling us how everything worked in the house. Our host Kim was wonderful and easy to work with.

We had a great time!
We had a great time. The location and cleanliness of the property was wonderful. We couldn't keep the entertainment room cool enough, and my young grandsons had picked the star wars room prior to our arrival, and we didn't know one wall wasn't completely enclosed, so it was worrisome they might want to climb over.

There are plenty of shopping and restaurants close. We spent two off days enjoying the home including the pool and hot tub. The teenagers loved the game room!!
Kim and her team were extremely accommodating! We had one minor issue with an alarm, and it was fixed immediately. The house was fantastic, but the service was absolutely amazing. We would not hesitate renting again!!
