A perfect fall getaway for the 2 of us and our dogs in this conveniently located apartment in RehobothBeach. We were able to walk most places we wanted to go. The apartment was plenty roomy, clean and welcoming.

Property was all I expected. Picking up and dropping off key at rental office is inconvenient and (minor) bathroom sink is slow to drain. Certainly no major complaints or problems.

We take an annual trip to Rehoboth but this was our first time staying at this property. Location was amazing. House was super clean. Perfect for a family of four. Our only complaint was the bed in one room was was super stiff and noisy. Our kids were up several times a night.

This was the perfect spot for a spring break getaway! Close to the boardwalk and all of the shopping and restaurants Rehoboth Beach has to offer! Further, the property was extremely clean and in great overall condition.

Visited in March so weather was blustery but residence was nice and comfortable. Small apartment but two bedroom. Second floor with nice front porch. Tall or large people may feel little tight.. Very nicely decorated , simple and efficient. Close walk to Beach!!

Place is very clean and love the new shower head. Location is the best part, about a block away from the boardwalk. Most of all excellent communication with Sam from Berkshire Hathaway. Thank you!

The unit was clean and perfect for our needs. The location is absolutely amazing!

Nice small place about 2 blocks from boardwalk and perfect for a small family looking for a beach getaway. Parking can be a bit challenging if you plan on driving around while you're there.

Rehobeth Stay
The unit is cute and clean. It is difficult with small children due to the steep steps leading to the door. It is small and therefore with kids hard to bring their things up and down and no place for them to store on yard level. Parking is not the best situation!

Cozy Beach Apartment
Great place for a week stay at the beach! Place is very well stocked. Very clean. Furniture is cheap and not thought out. However for the price and I could bring my dogs, I would gladly stay again.

Great apartment
The place was great. The location is perfect, quiet but close to beach and great restaurants. We would return

I really enjoyed my stay in the Rehoboth Beach, Maryland Ave. apt. Met all our needs perfectly. All as in me and my two dogs. We had a great time. Even though a nor’easter came through. We made it to Gordon’s pond a couple times. And had great walks around town and around the little lake. The house was well equipped and extremely nicely kept. Everything we needed and perfectly set up when you’re traveling with pets. My only suggestion would be to consider a couple dimmer switches for the overhead lights. It could be rather bright at times. But not a complaint just a suggestion. Really loved the place thank you.

Cozy and Convenient
We had a wonderful week staying at this property and can offer two small suggestions to make it an even better experience going forward: add some indirect lighting in living room with floor lamp and supply a bedside lamp in bedroom with nightstand; provide some kind of “how to” instructions for TV for those technologically-challenged such as ourselves.
It’s a great little space perfect for two people and really close to all that Rehoboth Beach has to offer.
Would definitely book again!

Quaint/charming bungalow in a great location to beach, restaurants and shopping. Outside shower was great. Beds were very comfortable! Parking was a little tricky.

Cute second floor apartment
This apartment was cute! It was close to the beach and shopping so it was very easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go. It is the perfect size for a couple or a family of three but might be too cramped for 4 adults. We loved our little vacation getaway and would stay here again.

Close to perfect
Beautifully decorated, well maintained on a quiet street 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants. The décor is very beach-y. Small living room with couch and comfy slider chair. TV has cable and streaming services. WiFi is fast and reliable. Nice sized kitchen has everything you need, including cutting boards, paper products, and enough dishes for a small entertainment (8 settings, I think) - we cooked all of our meals here because we weren't comfortable going out to restaurants due to COVID - this is meant as a testimony to how well the kitchen works, something you can't always say about vacation rentals. Queen bed in each bedroom, both beds are very comfortable - one is quite a ways off the floor - both rooms have storage for your clothes.. Bathroom is fine but the shower is quite small - it's a square with sliding glass doors so not much room to move around in. There's also an outdoor shower. This is a second-floor unit, and the stairs are rather steep and not very wide - not a problem for us but might be for others. Overall, the unit is just about perfect for 2, would probably work well for a couple with two smaller kids - the drawback being that there's only one bathroom. It could sleep 4 adults, but you had better be VERY good friends given its smallish size.
My husband and I spent a week here just before Independence Day and loved this place, much quieter and more private than a hotel room or B&B for what we thought was a reasonable price.
Property management (Joseph G.) was excellent, super easy check-in/check-out. We had nothing that we needed their help for during our stay. The "coin laundry" mentioned in the listing is an offsite laundromat, no washer/dryer in the unit.
A word about COVID. Although masks are currently required in all businesses and outdoor spaces including the boardwalk and beach, the requirement is mostly toothless - there were large crowds on the beach with less than half wearing masks, and forget about social distancing. We found that unsafe and one day left the beach as soon as we arrived. If you feel as we did, please be aware of this before staying anywhere in Rehoboth - while we were there, the public health authorities advised anyone who had visited Rehoboth within the last two weeks to get tested b/c of an earlier outbreak. If the situation doesn't bother you, by all means go for it, but please be responsible to your fellow vacationers and, for that matter, year-round residents of this lovely town.

Condo was smaller than expected, but served the purpose for our long weekend.

This little apartment has a bungalow feel and is an easy 2 blocks off the beach and 2 blocks from the center of everything. It's got everything you need and comfortably sleeps 4 people. The parking's a little tricky so make friends with your downstairs neighbors! Recommend the linen service - pricey - but worth it. And, counter to the recommended list of supplies to bring with, this place had everything. Couldn't have been easier to deal with Joseph Gallagher of BHHS Gallo - incredibly responsive. Enjoy your stay!

Great location. Room with queen bed was a bit tight but overall the apt was very comfortable
No problems renting this property. Any questions were answered right away. Was able to share driveway with tenant on first floor but was also able to find permit street parking at night(daytime parking was limited)

Park the car and enjoy!
We walked to eat and go to the beach, we biked to Lewis and took the ferry to Cape May. Perfect location!

Nice place
Cute. Walking distance to beach and dining
5.0
Nicely furnished, and close to the beach, the corner grocery store, and the shopping district.
My only complaints were the lack of a bedside table, and not noticing that the cottage garbage bins are behind the beach shower behind the main house until the last day.
Other than that - a lovely stay!
