Our property is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, convenient to popular attractions such as Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Northwood Trails, Magic Springs, Mid-America Museum, and all of the gorgeous surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Degray, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Hamilton. There is also all grocery, shopping, restaurants and dining, and entertainment that all begin within minutes of our property! They also will have access to the swimming pool and tennis/pickleball courts located a walking distance up the hill in the neighborhood. The unit is located about 12 steps up from the parking lot. It is on the second floor, the top floor of the building. There is no grill at this condo but communal grills near the pool to be used. We are ready to assist guests' every need - from booking, all the way through their stay with us! As a property management company, we provide guests with a full service experience. We have a wealth of knowledge of the property itself, alongside general advice, tips, and recommendations of Hot Springs that we are glad to share with guests! Located in a desirable location in Hot Springs, this condo is not only located minutes away from all that Hot Springs has to offer, but it could not be more centrally located on the water, close to all of the restaurants and marinas on the water. There are several buildings within the neighborhood, and unit 8A is secluded in a corner of the neighborhood, closest to the water. The neighborhood offers a tennis court and pool for all guests to use. Local Taxi and Lyft / Uber are great transportation services around Hot Springs! This condo does not have a grill but instead communal grills in the neighborhood. Also, there is no boat launch at The Landing, although there are other great boat launches nearby for the accessible boat slip that comes with this unit. Guests are able to park their boat trailers at our office, which is less than 0.2 miles away; just right around the corner - The Landing Neighborhood does not have boat trailer parking. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. A penalty of $150.00 will be charged for failure to abide by the NON-SMOKING POLICY. NO PETS are allowed in this unit.
