About this house rental
Nestled in Gulfport, this lovely house for $537 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Beautiful beachview 4Br/2Ba Home , has 7 beds (sleeps 13), covered parking, conveniently located in best beaches on MS Coast, near shopping, malls, beach stores, restaurants, casinos. •Cruisin’ The Coast week ( available for bookings of 5 nights or more ) Residence has "Ocean View" from every window and from the large 14’ x 20’ deck overlooking the MS Gulf and Beaches. Residence is built in last few years and still like new. Owner takes meticulous care of the property. The location is central to everything the coast has to offer. Close to beaches, shopping malls, casinos, restaurants, ball parks, coliseum, water parks, etc. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished 4 bedroom/2 bath townhome. The Master bedroom#1 is furnished with two queen size beds, flatscreen tv, and master bath with jacuzzi jetted large roman tub. In addition, we have added one XL adult length Twin Bed in a private nook room that has private door to make it it's own bedroom#2, being located just off of the master bedroom. Bedroom#3 features two full size beds, tv and also private access to the bathroom. Bedroom#4 features one queen size bed, flatscreen tv, and private entrance to the second bathroom. The living room couch converts to a sofa sleeper with a full size mattress which makes the total of 7 adult length beds available. Our townhome features sleeping accomodations for 13 guests. The living room is furnished with one sofa sleeper and one love seat, flat screen tv with cable and internet included, and opens to the dining room and the kitchen & bar area . The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all stainless type appliances including refrigerator with icemaker, dw, microwave, disposal, glasstop stove, pantry, granite countertops, and barstools. The kitchen is fully furnished with all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, silverware, coffemaker and toaster to enable comfortable times when cooking. The outdoor living space includes a large 14' wide deck equipped with table & chairs. Deck has great ocean view and serves for usage both sitting above deck and covered below deck for lounging & BBQ grilling in the shade. Primary parking is covered, and plenty of extra parking is available in rear parking lot area within 30 feet of the residence, so its easy short walk to the front door. Situated near the beach, local malls, casinos, nightlife, seafood restaurants, fishing piers, family fun areas. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities, casino fun, relax and later watch the sunset from the balcony off the living room. Thank you for considering our beach home. Wife, family, and I visited Gulfport to spend Thanksgiving with our airman that is in tech school. This unit was perfect. Plenty of space and beds, outdoor seating upstairs and downstairs, view of ocean with maybe a 1 minute walk to beach, Felix’s Oyster bar within walking distance, and short drives to grocery stores, more restaurants, and casinos. We’ll look to stay here again when we visit next time.

Our first time to the Gulfport area. We enjoyed some deep sea charter fishing. The townhouse apartment was clean and with 6 beds was plenty of room for our family of 6. The area is quite and didn’t seem to have many tourists in Oct. We will definitely be going back

I took my 25-year-old brother and his friends to this spot for his bachelor trip. The property was great in every way. There was enough room for 10-12 adults to sleep, and it was mere steps from the beach. I would highly recommend this property for a group trip.

Had a big bachelor trip planned for my best friend and others but it was stressful process at first finding a good place to stay. I found it difficult to look for a good quality place with the amount of beds i needed with the location and price point we wanted. This was the perfect fit. Although there are other homes or condos that might be in the same price point and location, most others had strict HOA rules. Also other rules like no party rules in our case that was limiting our ability to have the-bachelor trip we wanted. This specific company/owners were super cool about everything had a whole bunch of parking options (another issue I was having at first) and were not restricted under any HOA rules. Tim was great help the entire time, we had a small issue with the door lock but he was one call away and instantly fixed our issue. If your looking for a place to stay that has great customer service and people who are willing to help out if needed you need to contact these guys! Also thank you guys and Tim for making it all so smooth

Being older folks, we had a little trouble with the electronic door lock, but the owner was very responsive to our questions and when he says he's available at all hours, he really means it.

Bachelorette weekend
Being an older bride I wanted a place for my bridesmaids and sisters to get acquainted. Needing a place for 12 people to sleep And have a pool for meet and greet. I was happy to find this place. I assumed this was a house but found out once I arrived it’s a townhouse/condo with 3 other units. I was a bit disappointed that the picture shows a pool and found the pool is not on premises and not available due to COVID. It was a very short walk to the beach and we had a great breeze most of the time. The weather did not cooperate as it rained most of the weekend. We were happy to be able to use the parking area under the rental to dance and stay out of the weather. The place is not really big but was very clean and had everything we needed. The upstairs bedrooms had two large rooms with two big beds in each. Beds were comfortable but both bedrooms shared one bathroom. A little bit of a problem for 9 women to share only one bathroom upstairs. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom were handicap accessible and spacious. Only drawback was handicap people getting up to the rental via stairs. An elevator would have been nice. Four units in one building with all decks adjacent posed privacy issues as we felt the need to keep noise to a minimum. I would absolutely rent the place again.

Family vacation
This home was very comfortable and very close to the beach. We enjoyed the location because it is near everything. The deck was nice and there was plenty of room for the kids to play and the adults to relax. It was a very relaxing family trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot
This property was exactly what our family needed, witb plenty of room to move around and everyone slept super comfy in their own beds. Prior places we have rented, our teenagers ended up sharing beds, or got stuck with a twin bed, but not here. We greatly appreciated the adult size beds in every room. The property was clean and the owner Tim was very helpful with questions we had about the area. This property was within walking distance of the beach and also close to everything we wanted to do. We went jet skiing, go karting, shopped at the mall, charter fished, watched a dolphin and sealion show at Ocean Adventures, and visited a water park. I believe the water park was the furthest away from the property but it was still only about 15 miles. Everything else was withing a five mile radius. We really loved that.

Weekend Getaway
The house is beautiful with plenty of room. Some friends and I decided to take a weekend girls trip & booked last minute with Tim. Our host was so accommodating, he even brought us ice at our late 11pm check-in because the ice machine was not working. Definitely pleased with the southern hospitality of the town, which you will get a glimpse of visiting Skeeters bar/billiards just down the road.(recommended from our host) We are already planning our trip back!

Misleading
Didn’t receive check-in information. I had to call the manager to get the check-in information. House was not what I expected. Never found the community pool. The house had roaches and bugs. Didn’t receive check-out information until after 11.

Great property
We came into town for a softball tournament and found the accommodations extremely helpful. The AC worked great and had plenty of room for everyone. Yes, the “nook” is a huge closet but we were all fighting for who was going to sleep there (pitch black and cold). Property management took care of all issues within an hour.

Our stay was great. Plenty of room and kitchen had most needed items. Very close to beach, good neighborhood.
It would have helped if the listing indicated this was a 4 unit property. I thought we were renting a full house. The only way we knew which unit was ours when we arrived, was by contacting the manager, who was very helpful.
