Guests have all privileges of the Wild Dunes resort including world class golf, use of the tennis facilities, and the Wild Dunes beach club. Located near Charleston, guests are just minutes away from historic downtown Charleston. Marina view two bedroom/bath apartment style homes with screened porch. This condo is equipped with high-Speed wireless internet. Moorings Villas are located on Yacht Harbor Court; the nearest pool is the Moorings; 1000 yards to the beach; 2600 yards to the Grand Pavilion; 2600 yards to the Harbor Club; the back of the property has a Morgan Creek and Isle of Palms Marina view. Two story building with an elevator. Private pool in complex. Within walking distance of the Isle of Palms Marina, dock fishing and Morgan Creek. Views of Morgan Creek and nature.

Imagine staying in a Southern Living Coastal design property, with unlimited amenities, steps from the pool, marina, golf course and beach. Spacious, private, and easy to access stores, restaurants and room to entertain. Truly remarkable property! Will return

The property was immaculate and the host had anticipated any guest need! Everything was upgraded and very well maintained. The pool was steps away, and it was a short 2 minute drive to the beach. A WONDERFUL place to stay!

I stayed at this lovely condo with my husband and two college-age daughters. It was perfect fit for us while we were in Isle of Palms. Well appointed in every way and conveniently located to the beach, marina, etc. It's only a short drive from Charleston as well. The condo building has covered parking, an elevator and overlooks the pool/marina. The condo is pretty, spacious, clean and comfortable. The communication with the owner was awesome from start to finish. It's a wonderful vacation rental and we're glad we found it. Thanks!

Perfect location for boat-watching. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Chris called us shortly after our arrival to make sure everything was good. Later that night we were cooking dinner and blew a fuse. We had to call him to find the breaker box, which was hidden behind wall decor. He answered promptly, told me where to find box, then called back a few minutes later to make sure everything was ok. We had a nice, relaxing weekend just as we had hoped. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in IOP and the condo was perfect for our girls trip. Chris was an amazing host and sent me several great suggestions and things to do while there. We can’t wait to come back!!

The condo was great for our family of 5. (Air mattress was vey comfortable) Very clean and golf cart was the perfect addition to get us to the beach!

Condo was very clean and well appointed. Located in an amazing location, close to restaurants, activities and shopping. Owner was friendly and extremely helpful. Unit was quiet and had amazing marina views.

I was staying at this location while in the area attending a wedding with a few friends. Everything worked out great and the reception was 5 minutes away. The next day we spent the day in Charleston which was a lot of fun. The condo had everything we needed and was comfortable. It was nice to sit out on the screened in porch and the weathers in October was around 75 everyday. We would visit again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful place! Everything was so nice, cozy and felt like home. Your place was supplied with any and everything you would need. The porch was perfect for breakfast/coffee in the morning. Great place to walk and enjoy the scenery. The beach house was an excellent place to watch the sunset in the evening. We loved our stay at Chris' condo. It was absolutely beautiful and clean. There was also a great view of the water from the living room window. Would definitely stay here again and recommend his apartment to anyone looking to stay in the IOP or Charleston area!

We had a terrific stay on Isle of Palms. The photos and listing of this property were accurate. The amenities were as described and very nice. Communication with Chris was excellent. We would highly recommend this property and will stay here again. Isle of Palms is a great destination! This property was quiet and very relaxing. Beautiful view of the sunset from the screened porch!

The pictures do not do justice. My wife actually changed locations to do hair and makeup for our wedding due to the great views and open floor plan. The only negative was that people park in the “No parking” areas directly behind and to the side of the allocated parking spot thus making it difficult to maneuver. Highly recommend otherwise. Thank you for a great place.

Family vacation
We enjoyed staying at the Condo, we found it just as was described. Easy to access with the elevator and plenty of room for the four of us to spread out. The screened porch was comfortable even in the middle of the summer. I would enjoy returning again.

This location is unbeatable. The owner is exceptional at communication and gave me a list of amenities and answered all questions. I felt pure luxury from the moment walking in. My twins loved the twin beds. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the marina and a shower I could stay in all day! The beds are so comfortable, which is important being a busy mom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need and more. I was able to do our laundry before we left with a very nice washer and dryer. The tvs in all rooms have all you need, esp for kids. (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) Every night we walked along the marina on the walkway which will be a special memory. I am so thankful for this trip. I hope to stay here again. :)

Family Spring Break
April - 2022 - Could not have picked a better time of the year to visit Charleston. The condo was immaculate and Chis was very responsive leading up to our vacation and when we arrived. Location is perfect, great proximity to all that Charleston and Wild Dunes have to offer. We enjoyed touring Fort Moultrie and the restaurants in IOP and Sullivan's. Great spring Break trip for our family (girls 11 and 8). Evening walks around the yacht club and it was warm enough to swim. We will be back for sure.

Relaxing Getaway
Great condo with beautiful harbor views! Kitchen was fully stocked allowing us to eat all of our meals at the condo. The screened in porch is such a relaxing space to enjoy those meals. The "Beach House" is where we accessed the beach each day. The parking pass provided was a blessing to be able to park there. The beach off the "Beach House" is a quiet beach with restroom access and covered porch areas with tables/chairs, etc. Enjoyed walking the beach, looking for shells and sand dollars. We rented a golf cart, but hardly used it. Ended up driving our vehicle to the beach each day instead. There is a marina within walking distance that is a mini store/souvenir shop (has just about anything you can think of). Wild Dunes is a beautiful resort! Thank you for allowing us to experience it through your condo. It's a quiet, relaxing community and provided a perfect amount of rest.

Wonderful rental property!
Unit was incredibly clean, beautiful, well stocked, great location, not to mention decorated beautifully! Owner was very responsive and kind. One thing - needed more bath towels. Would recommend!

Wonderful!
Our family had a great time. The property is absolutely perfect and works well for a family of four. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities and more. Plenty things to do - bike, tennis, walks on the beach and Charleston is only 35 minutes away. We will try to come back.

Relaxing get-away
The condo is really lovely…. Spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the screened-in balcony for meals and the views of the marina, pool and pretty landscaping. It’s in a quiet location which we appreciated, yet close to everything on the island.
The Beach House is a true perk and just a short drive away. There is easy access to the beach and a large deck with tables, chairs and rocking chairs in the sun and shade. We had a truly relaxing stay here and would love to return sometime!

Beach is walkable (46th Street access) if you’re just bringing a towel, but I’d recommend driving and parking (same 46th Street access) if you’re hauling chairs and toys. Communication with Chris was okay, very helpful once we connected with him but a message/question via the app and a couple calls/voicemails went unanswered prior to our arrival date. Checkin couldn’t have been easier.

Fabulous Get Away !!
Town House is beautiful, the view is knockout, screen in porch we ate every meal on, it was quiet, well equipped, close to everything we wanted to do, ECO Tour, at any age is a must.
Fort Moultrie was another great day and hit the Art Gallery on the way home. Enjoyed Wild Dunes boardwalk, beach, and had dinner outside at the pools

Very nice and comfortable home for four adults.....clean and every amenity was available. wish the weather had cooperated but really enjoyed just reading and relaxing after the big wedding weekend. The elevator was a real plus. Thanks for opening your home to us.
