Decorated in a bright, beachy style, this house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 6 flat screen TV's, private heated pool and spa, stainless steel appliances, grill, rooftop deck, 10 foot ceilings and top of the line amenities. Kids will enjoy the bunk room made just for them...and it's an easy one minute walk to the beach. The open floor plan allows for everyone to be together whether you're in the kitchen, living room or dining area and the pool is completely private (both sides have their own pool)! Every year we choose a place for the 10 of us to go for a week. This year’s choice did not disappoint at all! Enough room for all of us to stay comfortably, heated pool and spa were amazing, super close to beach and many options for walking, shopping and eating. Missy was very responsive with any questions we had.

My family and I had a stellar experience and would highly recommend staying here and working with Missy. Everything was 5 star from communication to cleanliness to location. Plenty of beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs, wagon to transport everything, floaties/life jacket for the kids and more! Easy, one block walk to the beach. The heated pool was perfect and the environment was tranquil.

This house is amazing! We had 6 adults and 3 young kids stay at this house in October and we couldn’t have been happier. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. They also provide lots of beach toys and things for the pool which was awesome to have available. The owner of the house was awesome to work with and she always answered questions in a timely manner. Even after we had been there a few days, she texted and made sure we had everything we needed. Great house, great customer service! Highly recommend!

This was an Amazing beach house. I was celebrating with my family. The house was clean well equipped just as pictured. We unfortunately had to evacuate for a hurricane so we lost some of our time but the host was very helpful and responsive in helping us deal with the hurricane. Easy short walk to the beach .nice beach chairs and toys for the kids. I hope to return again.

Blue Sky was the perfect fit for our family. House was extra clean, pool was fantastic, our short walk to the beach was so close it was we were beachfront. Working with Missy was such a pleasure. She was so helpful, it was working with your closest friend. I highly recommend this house.

We had 7 adults and 2 kids and this house had plenty of room. The pool area was fantastic and the proximity to the beach was great. Also the owners were very responsive and quickly addressed any questions that we had. I would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to Anna Maria.

We loved our stay in this property. Our family enjoyed the pool and the pretty back yard. The short walk to the beach was really easy and we LOVED walking down for sunset time. Just beautiful!

This is the 3rd time our family has stayed on Anna Maria Island and yet again, it didn’t disappoint. Missy’s home was beautiful, clean, and had nearly everything we could've wanted (we had some cooler nights that blankets would have been nice). The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, some kind people had left behind some spices. We had plenty of beach towels and beach equipment - very comfy chairs!! Pool toys were great - so many floaties and toys. Be careful of the deck… that Florida sun can REALLY get it toasty. She was extremely quick responding to all of our messages & we felt very welcomed - great property owner!! We certainly recommend checking this place out.

Our stay at Blue Skye was amazing. We even asked if they had a griddle for us to make pancakes and they provided one. Missy went above and beyond to answer all questions to make our week long stay the best it could be. Just a short walk to Holmes Beach. The trolley pick up was a 1/2 block away and monkey bus picked us up at our front door and took us anywhere on the island. The pool was immaculate and James came twice weekly to clean and give us tips on places to go and see. My only regret is I couldn’t stay longer.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Blue Sky. The pool was the highlight for the kids (with alarms on the doors, which was a bonus for the parents) Extremely clean property and walking distance to the beach. We had toddlers, teens and adults and everyone enjoyed the stay. Will definitely rent again!

Great location and house, would recommend for families. However could use better furniture in the living room as there's not a lot of comfortable seating for a group. However the bug system in the outdoor area was amazing as we didn't have any issues with mosquitos.

Every year four best friends (The Mooses--college name) get together for a week. We had a lovely time at Blue Sky. Location was fantastic. Short 5 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Communication with Missy was great. She responded almost immediately with my few questions. She even checked in with me about midway through the week to see how things were going. One thing to note: There is a nice bedroom on the first floor. However, it is where the kitchen/dinning/living room is. Make sure the person (s) who stay up the latest use that bedroom. Thank you MIssy. We had a wonderful stay.

We had an incredibly relaxing week at this very clean, comfortable and welcoming home. The kitchen is well stocked for everything. The private pool was just beautiful and a calming retreat when needed. The beach is super close and everything is provided for you: chairs, umbrella, towels, cart, cooler... just so easy to go back and forth. We walked every day and enjoyed gorgeous sunsets at night. Missy is very responsive and you couldn't ask for a better homeowner. Our new favorite place!!

I especially appreciated that the owner reached out to us to ensure all was well, and provided us with information regarding restaurants etc. There was one problem concerning wildlife outside , and the owner acted upon it immediately upon notification. We would happily stay at the same property in the future.

Our stay at Blue Skies was perfect. The house and pool were beautiful for our family of 10. Holmes Beach was about 1/2 block away - a very short walk. Missy was very easy to work with. Our family is from Minnesota and one cold winter day we found the Blue Sky on Anna Maria Island. My husband, myself, my two adult children and their spouses, plus our four grandsons met to celebrate my retirement. This house...was PERFECTION! It was beautifully decorated, had an amazing pool for young children and provided hours of entertainment for everyone. The hot tub was a highlight, too. The house came with everything we needed for the beach-wagon, umbrellas, beach towels, a cooler, sand toys and beach cart. The house was a short walk to the most amazing beach on the planet and we never had to worry about parking. The house had three floors, so each family had a space. I never even heard one peep from our young family members. The kitchen was well-equipped in every way. It was the hub of our time together. We cannot say enough about this great place. Missy Prout is an outstanding property manager. Even our 3-year grandson said, "I like Missy Prout!" Our family became a stronger unit because of having such an amazing place to stay and celebrate together. It was a better than any of our expectations! I have had several people ask for information about the Blue Sky. Does that mean I have to share? Of course I would. Amazing Week at a Fantastic House
This was our 8th trip to Anna Maria Island, and our family agreed this was our favorite house. Perfectly stocked kitchen, everything you needed for the beach, and great layout for a group to spread out and have privacy when needed. Communication with the owner was fantastic, and the pool and hot tub were perfect. Would definitely recommend this house!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! All the beach supplies were available in the garage as described. The walk to the beach was less than one block.
The street is super quiet, the pool and hot tub worked out perfectly. The observation area on the roof is great for watching the water or stars at night

Best Vacation!
We had such a wonderful time during our stay on Anna Maria Island. The property was in the perfect location for our family. Traveling with small children to and from the beach was super easy with all that was provided; beach chairs, cart, and wagon. The pool was nicely situated and easy for the kids to get in and out of safely. It was also easy to close the gate for the steps up to the balcony to keep them all on the main level. The kitchen was well stocked, laundry was easy to use, and the beds were very comfortable.
The best thing I can say is that we didn't want to leave! We would definitely like to rent here in the future.

We had a wonderful week and enjoyed our stay at the Blue Sky Beach House. It's exactly as pictured online and even exceeded what I was expecting. It was perfect for our family of seven with plenty of space. We rented an 8-seater golf cart for the week which made it so fun to get around the island. We highly recommend doing that. All of the beach equipment was so helpful with the wagon, beach chairs (thank you for the taller chairs too), cooler, umbrella and more. The floaties and pool toys were definitely used by all. The kitchen was well stocked so we could prepare meals. Missy was easy to work with and checked in to ensure we were enjoying our week. We hope to return in the future!
