This home is perfect for one or two families for a relaxing holiday in a resort style property in a perfect location, just a short walk to Cameron's Bight beach and Koonya general store. The large private garden also boasts an in-ground pool with spa and off street parking for 2 cars. 2 x large flat-screen TV's, home theatre, WiFi, Neil Perry entertainers oven with second Neil Perry oven in butlers pantry, dishwasher, breville espresso coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, gas log fire, roof ducted heating/cooling, outdoor ceiling fans, outdoor settings x 2 to seat 18, market umbrella, gas BarBQ and rotisserie. Swimming pool & Spa (pool is gas heated and $150 additional cost per day) (excessive use of the spa may incur charges) Championship tennis court, equipment available. Linen & bath towels included - BYO pool/beach towels Bedding configurations: Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed with ensuite Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed with ensuite Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed with ensuite Bedroom 4: 1 Bunk Bed + Single Bed with ensuite Bedroom 5: 1 Bunk Bed + Single Bed with ensuite Pets are welcome subject to review and approval by owners. We spent our Christmas holidays here as a family. Absolutely loved every aspect of this property, very spacious, the location is excellent - really close to beaches and cafes. The tennis court was perfect. Highly recommend this property.

Stayed over weekend with family and loved the house. Was really happy pool and spa were heated. Good location and we just relaxed and enjoyed the house. Would stay there again.

The house is lovely but a lot of little things need attention.
Only 1 hairdryer for entire house, no hand soaps etc (apparently due to Covid?) Quality of Frypans etc is very poor, we had to buy a quality frypan that we could use. No dishcloths, no garbage bags, only 2 tea towels and no dish drainer but you are asked not to leave any dishes in dishwasher on exit, makes it hard to hand wash dishes. No rinse aid in dishwasher so dishes come out wet. Towel rail in upstairs ensuite kept falling off. Toilet seat in downstairs bedroom was loose and we had to fix it, surely cleaners were aware of this. No bins in bathrooms, found this so annoying. BBQ was left dirty and when we went to use it on Easter Sunday there was NO gas in either bottle. Unfortunately for the price of the house these issues did put a dampener on our trip especially NO gas in BBQ. They did replace it the day after when it was raining! And the extra $100 per day to have the heating turned on in the spa is a joke, especially when they claim on their notice on the fridge that it only takes 15 minutes to heat. We expected a much higher level of amenities for the price of the house at almost $2,000 PER NIGHT. We wouldn't book a property managed by these agents again.

Quality of furniture and cleanliness
The interview prior to accepting our request was very firm in the standard of the high quality of fixtures and fittings the house had yet that did not match the actual presentation we found
Main oven hinge falling off couldn’t be used
Dining chairs all marked and heavily soiled
The main bedroom upstairs bed couldn’t be slept in comfortably creaked and moved as person moved
Other bed again 2nd floor has wheels and bed rolled couldn’t be stopped
Some items of furniture ripped and not in good condition. It’s a pity people haven’t looked after the property but for the price of the property and the fuss the agent goes to the property does not meet standard

This house has it all!
I just stayed at Bellaluca over the weekend with 10 friends and we barely left the house at all because we were having such a good time there! Between the sunny tennis court, the pool and spa, the well-designed alfresco areas and the big TV's, this was the ultimate holiday house. I would highly recommend it. Joel
