Welcome to Casa Denice! Casa Denice was remodeled with brand new furniture and kitchen accessories in 2018. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom elegant condo is perfect for your home away from home! Casa Denice is located on the top floor of its building with no common wall neighbors on either side, and is situated in the Portofino development, inside of Pedregal. They provide 24 hour security, 7 days a week. The condo offers a master bedroom with a California King bed and plenty of closet space. The guest bedroom offers a King size bed with ample closet space. There is a full size bathroom with a blow dryer. There is a hallway closet with a full size washer and dryer. The living room provides a nice open floor plan with a 49 inch flat Smart Screen TV with Netflix and Dish Mexico. From the living room/dining room area, you will find a patio door that leads out to the private, large, and secluded terrace where you will find a BBQ for those who like to grill out and enjoy the outdoor atmosphere with comfortable patio furniture. There is a full size kitchen with all of the appliances, pots and pans, and dishes that one will need when cooking. The best part is the view! Wait until the sun sets and downtown San Lucas lights up...WOW! The view is amazing! Casa Denice is definitely the perfect location for your Cabo Vacation. It is 10 minutes walking to downtown and 15 minutes to Medano Beach, so no need to rent a car and there are taxis readily available if needed. This is the second time we stayed in this condo. It has had an update since our last stay. I loved the changes to the decor. It was so nice! It is a fantastic unit and is located so close to town yet allows for privacy at night. Yes, there is construction, but that is happening all around Cabo. Do not hesitate to book this condo. Thanks for the great stay!

Our stay in Portofino's town home was absolutely ideal. The unit boasts ample space, featuring two spacious bedrooms, one bathroom, and a generously sized patio. It's conveniently situated away from the pool, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay, but still within close proximity in case you need to pop back for anything. We were thrilled to find the condo stocked with all the beach essentials, including four chairs and an umbrella, which made our beach day a breeze! The unit was impeccably clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. Without a doubt, I would choose to stay here again!

This was the first time we ever stayed at a VRBO and we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by Juan at the entrance and he took us up to the room. He showed us all the amenities, offered us a large just of water for $3.00 US and it was worth it rather then lugging water up the hill. The deck gets sun mid morning but nice to sit all anytime of day. A fully stocked kitchen with spices and dishwashing tabs. They also had laundry detergent for the washer. The place has two pools the second is just below the first one. Both were quiet, the nice thing they have pool noodles and beach chairs if you want to use them. The only issue is the noise from the construction behind, they are building into the side of the mountain and the backroom faces it so during the day it can be noisy. They don't start working till about 9 am and stop about 5pm. You can still hear trucks driving up the hill behind throughout the evening at night but with the doors closed it is not too noisy. It is not something that will be ending anytime soon. The walk into town is not bad the streets are rough so wear good flat shoes. The taxi charges 240-300 pesos from the marina or take a Uber for 100 pesos. We walked up in the early evening, we never had any issues. You will see a set of stairs when you are heading into town before the curve in the road, don't take them you have to climb a gate, not the easiest. It was a great place and we would stay there again.

The view is amazing from the patio. The place is beautiful, clean, and well kept grounds. Quiet and safe area.
I just wish that, BEFORE I paid with my credit card, that they had told me about the construction immediately behind the house where a jack hammer was going all day long cutting into the rock to build another condo. This info may have swayed my decision to book here, had I know ahead of time.
However, everything else about this place was absolutely perfect, and I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!!

The property was very clean and well maintained. The pool was warm and close to our unit. We had the best sunrise views from our balcony and the master bedroom. Bed was comfy. Shower is huge. Plenty of in house amenities except for coffee, so bring your own. I loved the decor and especially the blue sofa! It was extra safe and nice and quiet. I would stay here again but possibly rent a car next time. Each cab ride was about $15 each way. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Oasis in the city
Pedregal is an oasis in the city with great views of the marina in Cabo San Lucas. The Portofino condos had everything we needed and the management company was great about helping to get groceries delivered and we had access to a private garage for our rental car. Would highly recommend!

Great stay in the Pedregal
We had a great stay at this condo with its wonderful terrace and view. It was very clean, nice furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen. Most importantly, the beds were comfortable! We enjoyed the pools and walked into town twice a day for coffee and meals. No need for a car, although we had one and enjoyed the beaches and nearby towns. At night it was fun to watch the fireworks on the nearby beaches, from the lovely terrace.

All about the view
Spectacular east view over the city to the ocean. Upscale neighborhood. Well maintained and renovated unit. Nice quiet complex with one of 2 pools heated. Garage. As in all Cabos, lots of construction traffic. Because of this, guest room is noisy, but master is fine. Federico, the agency man is helpful . Enjoyed our stay. Did I mentioned the view ?

I would definitely recommend this top floor unit
I would definitely recommend this top-floor corner unit in the secure gated community of Pedregal. The photos don't do this place justice. Our check-in experience was streamlined and very customer-friendly. Federico who checked us in and out went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one, he definitely deserves some recognition. We hope this unit is available when we visit Cabo next year.

It looks even much better in person than when seeing on pictures which is also amazing. Top notch. A must try. Ask for Condo 93. The best experience you can ever have in Cabo Pedregal at a affordable price and very close to downtown and the night life areas. Highly recommended.

A great month!
My wife and I just stayed for a month at Casa Denice and had a great time. The condo was very clean and extremely well equipped. We really appreciated all the beach equipment (towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler).
Pedregal is a beautiful neighborhood to explore and the beach and sunsets there are spectacular.
Pablo (property manager) greeted us at the condo with cold Coronas and chips & salsa which was a very nice touch after a day of traveling. He was extremely helpful with advice on the surrounding area and anything that came up during our stay.
Our only concern was that it was a bit noisy sitting out on the balcony at times but overall a great stay.

Everything was great as described in the description and the location is excellent. The only item folks should be aware of is the patio has absolutely no privacy.

Great view and location, but needs T.L.C
The unit has a great view and location. You can walk to downtown in a few minutes. The unit does offer most everything you would need for a stay, however, there are some issues that need to be addressed. Cleanliness is something that needs to be focused on. The floors and counters were sticky and not clean and the thing that bothered us the most was the cockroach problem. We killed more than a dozen throughout our stay. I can see maybe one or two, but with so many, it really was disgusting and not acceptable. Most were found in the bathroom, a few in the second bedroom and living room. I took pictures of this as well.
The garage door was also a problem as it would get stuck and not close. I guess I should have realized there as an issue, when upon arrival the "property manager" said I should park the car in the street, to make it "easier," which I did not understand. You're offering a garage as an amenity, it should be usable. It was apparent looking at the garage door, it had not been maintained at all and looked after, causing these issues.
It is with these issues and time I spent while on vacation, that I cannot leave a good review. I was very disappointed with the lack of cleanness and attention to insure the home was ready for visitors. I wasted my time calling about garage door issues and killing cockroaches, not what I had planned to do. Wont be back.

Great Condo and location
Everything about Casa Denice was great from easy check in with Oswaldo who helped with luggage and had cold beer chips and salsa ready for us he was great.Short walk downhill to downtown and marina and a $2.50 Uber ride back. Parking garage for our car was also provided. The condo property was clean and well maintained and the unit was updated with everything supplied that you would need.Sitting on the balcony at sunrise and sunset was the most relaxing times we ever had on a vacation. I hope Casa Denice will be available on our next trip to Cabo

Great place to stay
This condo is probably the best equipped of any that we've stayed in. It's new, clean and in a great location, an easy walk into town. Fabian was quick to help with any issues. We really appreciated the easy "load in" of our luggage through the bedroom window! There are beautiful views and it's nice and quiet.

A hidden gem. Unparalleled views on a hill above Cabo and just a 15 minute walk into town.
My wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night stay in this fabulous condo.
Located in the secure Pedegral neighborhood in the hills above Cabo, we had magnificent views of the entire city. And yet we could walk down into town in just 15-20 minutes.
Clean and modern, the best part about this condo was the fabulous deck with it's panoramic views. We literally lived out on the deck. Just spectacular.
It was so nice to eat breakfast and lunch out on the deck and then walk into town for dinner.
We enjoy the fact that Cabo can get a little crazy so it was nice to walk into town, have dinner and some fun and then walk back to the serenity of this condo.
We had the best of both worlds.
The condo is on the 4th and top floor of this newer building and is an end unit so there was lots of privacy.
We loved everything about this condo and will not hesitate to stay here on our next trip down to Cabo!

We LOVED our stay here, it was super clean, spacious and had all that we needed and more. It was a 15 min walk into the heart of Cabo and had beautiful paths to walk all around Pedregal. This is a great area to be in and we met a lot of owners of other condos who were so friendly and helpful with info.

Beautiful view, short walk to town!
A beautiful view, in a quiet condo complex made for a nice relaxing stay. It is about a 10 minute walk to the downtown bars with an additional 5 to the marina/ Cabo beach access.
With two pools to choose from, it a very private and comfortable. Also, the security of the neighborhood was a plus (gated with check-in entrance).
We will definitely be back next year!
