We loved the location, it's in the city centre, everything was in walking distance. The room was modern and comfortable. Lovely hosts, easy check-in.
The only disadvantage is the wooden floor, which can be loud. In the first couple of days we had upper neighbours who moved around a lot during the night, and the noise was difficult to deal with, as the ceiling was cracking with each step. It comes with the characteristics of the building, but maybe some kind of insulation would help.

Very beautiful apartment with a great location, close to the best food and cafe places in Chania. You can park relatively close to the apartment easily on the street.
Since it's in the centre it is a bit loud and there is some light from the hall coming in the room

The room was great. The staff a lovely mother and son duo was super super helpful, helped carrying bags, kept asking if I needed anything extra, checked I was ok so overall I was super happy.
To be honest I was pretty much happy with everything. If I had to be picky id say more regular cleaning but in reality, it wasn't "needed".

Perfect hotel. On our 6 hotels for our holidays, yours was the best! You have make an hotel with a lot of good tastes! Be proud. It was a verry good moment.

Location was amazing, close to everything but quiet and relaxed. Beautiful building and room, comfortable and cosy.

Spacious apartment in good central location. Decent check in experience, easy to find. Nice balcony to sit down and chill.
Was disappointed with the facilities. Showed clogged easily and you end up standing in a puddle of water. Uncomfortable toilet as well.
And additional issue is parking. It is stated that there is no parking with the accommodation, but reality is that the closest parking is a few blocks away and is very hard to pay for (spent like 30 mins getting the app and making it work with my card) to pay a few euros for the parking in the morning.

beautiful suites that is very spacious and modern. literally few minutes away from the Venetian harbor and the rest of the town. Mike and her family was super friendly and accommodating. they provided us fantastic tips and restaurants during our stay in Chania
it was next to the main road so lots of traffic noise. Not really an issue if you have the balcony door closed. The floors are super thin, so you can hear some one walking upstairs. maybe a carpet to dampen the sounds. Only downside is that the floors were really dirty. also it was hard to get information from the reception since there was hardly anyone there BUT I had no issues messaging the property owner through booking dot com.

Very clean and conveniently located. Close to main areas chania is such a beautiful place and I would recommend this place for sure. Staff were very kind and welcoming would definitely stay here again.

We spent one night here upon arriving in Chania before taking off to our main accommodations on Crete. We liked the style of the boutique hotel and the location was perfect. The room was a good size. Overall we were happy with our stay.
