Tall vaulted ceilings, wood flooring throughout, and a covered, north-facing lanai make this rental an exceptional find for a family or a few couples. Retreat to the loft to rest or use the workspace for remote work or schooling. The Cliffs Resort offers yoga classes, a weekly farmers market, and food truck nights. An on-site pool and hot tub are fabulous to come home to after a long day in the sun, while there is also a playground nearby for the kids. Plus, boogie boards, beach chairs, and snorkeling gear are all provided. Drive four miles down the hill to the neighboring town of Hanalei, where small shops welcome browsing and a variety of restaurants offer plenty of superb dining options. Famous Hanalei Bay boasts gorgeous sandy beaches great for learning to surf, paddleboard, or kayak. The North Shore of Kauai offers breathtaking scenery and some of the most beautiful beaches in all of Hawai'i. Just eight miles east, you will find the Kilauea National Wildlife Refuge, a dramatic sea bluff available to tour where you can observe migrating whales and native seabirds. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. A $15 + tax per night parking fee will be collected at the Cliffs front desk upon check-in. This property is managed by Vacasa Hawaii. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Loved our short stay at this property. Absolutely gorgeous location on the cliffs in Princeville. Saw some whales from the kitchen and spent the evening sitting out on the property grounds watching the sunset. The condo itself is a little outdated but extremely clean and honestly better than the pictures. The kitchen was great and well-stocked for dinner. Would stay here again.

It was a short overnight stay. Short stroll to watch a beautiful sunset with the resident Nēnē geese.
The unit was clean and well furnished with all the modern conveniences. Just a little challenge getting entrance to pool area without key card.
Overall recommend and would stay again!!

Clean and well maintained; we did have two issues that were submitted to Vacasa and they stated that someone would come by and assist us but no one did. We did receive a call back from the maintenance but it was not until 3 days later.

We booked the third story condo for a mother/daughter stay. We appreciated that the loft gave us separate sleeping spaces. The condo was wonderfully outfitted with all the supplies to make our stay comfortable. In-unit washer and dryer was very convenient and we made good use of the beach supplies provided on the lanai. Without air conditioning the loft was a bit on the warm side but the fan definitely helped.
The only negative is that the kitchen and bathrooms are showing their age. Everything functioned well but they looked dated and a bit worn.

This property is nice. It is conveniently located on the north shore in a beautiful quiet community with walking trails and gorgeous ocean views. It is close to grocery shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our time there with our 4 kids. We would stay here again.

A beautiful loft condo. Some furnishings a little dated, but easily outweighed by the setting, space, and overall amenities. Our kids loved the proximity to the pool. The chocolate and coffee on the counter were a nice touch. The view was great and the ocean breeze meant we never missed the AC. And when we left something behind, it was quickly and professionally returned. We’d definitely stay here again.

Lovely property with ocean views. Well appointed kitchen. Large master bedroom (door lock needs attention) 2 Large beds upstairs okay for comfort but older bedsandpillows. Upstairs fans only 1 of 3 in working order. Extra toilet paper would be nice.

Cons: On site reception had no record of us staying and shared that no info was sent to them for our visit. They were very kind through the hiccup.
Most dishes needed to be washed before they could be used but the unit was otherwise clean.
Day 2: Window screen from kitchen to patio fell out on me. The corner had dry rotted out and is not salvageable.
Non-primary shower is in very rough shape: both the shower head and lower nozzle spew water all over the place - the entire apparatus needs to be replaced.
I emailed feedback on both items and received a reply after 24 hours thanking me for the info. Nothing was done about either.
Primary toilet flush bar broke mid stay. The flush bar was completely rusted out and I couldn’t make even a temporary fix so we needed to take the tank cover off and fish around the tank with our hands for the pull chain every time we needed to flush the primary toilet.
Again, I emailed in and after 24 hours received an email saying, “sorry! We’ll let someone on site know.” We were very frustrated at that point and approached the main desk directly for help. They immediately sent someone over.
Recap: Vacasa is awful and should be avoided. The actual Cliff’s team is not Vacasa and was lovely. This particular unit is tired, dated and worn.

Beautiful ocean view with plenty of amenities at the Cliffs to enjoy. Sunsets out on the lawn where you’ll find plenty of BBQ’s and chairs to take in the sights. Highly recommend this unit and can’t wait to go back.

Great location within the complex. 1 building away from the cliffs and shoreline with nice water views out the back of the unit. Right next to the pool, workout room, and main complex office. Great Layout to give some space for families. The condo had some snorkel gear, chairs, a small cooler, and boogie board which were much appreciated.

The highway near Princeville is closed part of each day due to a landslide, but there is a back way to the shopping center which has a grocery store, post office, and several restaurants. It is well worth it to get a condo at this point because the restaurants are not fully operating due to COVID staffing challenges and supplies. We grilled a few times on the communal grill, which was also a good time to meet our neighbors. May your vacation be as relaxing as ours was!

The proximity to the mountain, made it for a perfect get away. House was well taken care of and a perfect size for our family of 8.
