The layout of this cottage includes a living room, full kitchen, full bathroom, two beds, and a fireplace. To maximize the space, the beds are pull-out style. The queen size murphy bed comfortably fits 2 and when closed, it has a shelf that doubles as a dining table. The sofa can be pulled out for additional sleeping space that also fits 2. Wifi, heating, and AC are all included, as well as cable TV. Animals welcome in their kennel. Right outside your door is an enclosed private porch and a spacious garden. The view from your backyard is of Quartzite Mountain. Our property is a 2-acre corner lot close to a big park with a creek and playground. In spring and summer, the park is the gathering space for our local farmer's market. Within walking distance is historic downtown Chewelah, known for our yearly Chataqua festival. You can also find restaurants, shops, and entertainment all within walking distance to our cottage. We are 10 miles from the 49° North Mountain Resort, 4 miles from the Chewelah Golf and Country Club, and 10 miles to Waitts Lake.
