Phoenix West II 2007 is a 3 bedoom 3.5 bath Gulf Front condo that sleeps up to 12. Phoenix West 2 is Orange Beach, Alabama's newest beach front resort. You don't want to miss an opportunity to stay at this luxury Orange Beach rental. This over-sized condo has a King in the Master, a King in Guest bedroom 1, 2 Queens in Guest bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa with 2 twin sleeper chairs in the living room, which helps accommodate 12 guests. Flat screen TV's in all Bedrooms and in the living room. There is tile throughout the condo, solid wood cabinetry, a private bathroom per bedroom, satellite cable service, lightning fast wireless Internet, a large open design kitchen with full stainless steel appliance package, wet bar, 300 square foot balcony, state-of-the-art air conditioning and hot water systems, washer and dryer, and much more! Complex amenities include a massive Gulf front lazy river, a Gulf front outdoor pool, a huge indoor pool, children's pool, tennis courts, BBQ area with grills, hot tubs, saunas, multi-level exercise rooms with high quality equipment, all covered parking, gated with full time security, plus more! Bedding: Master Bedroom - King Bedroom 2- King Bedroom 3 - 2 Queens Living Room - Queen Sleeper Sofa and 2 Twin Sleeper Chairs Total Sleeping Capacity of 12 * Only 2 parking passes per rental per HOA bylaws. Parking passes have to be purchased from the front desk at the time of arrival. The parking passes cost $60 each. Condo was dirty, dust everywhere. Floors filthy,
Pots and pans need to be replaced.beds are terrible need to be replaced. Plenty of room for family but will not rent agin

Great place for a family vacation. We enjoyed all the amenities, including the beach, pools, hot tubs and lazy river.

The view was beautiful, out lay of the condo was nice.

Amenities are very nice on the property. Desk staff was friendly. Parking is convenient and the shopping carts and luggage carriers were extremely useful. The microwave in our unit was clean and the appliances worked well despite the dishwasher.
However, we were disappointed to find that the dishwasher was moldy, so we didn’t use it. We washed our dishes by hand since a lot was dirty in the cabinets.
Not sure who your cleaning company is but this place wasn’t cleaned. Floors dirty , dishes not cleaned, refrigerated not cleaned.
For example, we all had to wash our feet before climbing into bed with the white sheets. These issues were the only part of our stay that was disappointing. We want to let you know, so you can correct the situation for future guests.
All things considered, we would consider a return visit.

The check-in process including the security and parking were a breeze. Tons of carts to get your stuff to the room. We loved the beachfront and the pools and lazy river. However this condo needs a thorough cleaning. The floor was sandy and one of the beds were as well. The living room furniture is worn out and the couch is full of sand too. The best furniture is the balcony furniture. The kitchen cookware was nasty and some of the skillets need to be thrown away. All the dishes were either greasy or dirty. The skillets and pans that weren’t trash worthy had to be scrubbed. We were grateful that we didn’t book this for an entire week and that it was a long weekend. We will definitely use this complex again—just not this condo. It wasn’t worth the hassle to cal about all this because our stay was limited. Updates would make this 5 star every time!

Great location, spacious condo. Balcony furniture needs upgraded it’s rusted and not comfortable. appliances need upgraded and fixed. It takes the oven forever to heat up and double-triple time it says for anything frozen. the washing machine is small and you can’t put much in it, washer and dryer are very noisy. Microwave is broken so one is on the counter.
Love the ice maker and beds are comfortable.
Elevators at certain times a day can take 40 minutes to get one and the parking garage has so many floors and units it takes some serious maneuvering.

The location is great! The condo was very nice and clean. Check in was quick and easy. I was contacted very quickly about taking care of a minor maintenance issue. No complaints!

Before we arrived we were told our units washer was broken. So they moved us to a larger unit with no additional expense . It was amazing !!

Condo was as advertised. One thing I would change is the furniture on the balcony. For a unit that can handle so may people 2 chairs (w/table) and 2 lounge chairs were just not enough. The complex itself was good other than the lack of adequate number of elevators. I would stay here again.

The pros: Location was great, the boardwalk to the beach was so close, the indoor and outdoor pools and lazy river were awesome. The size of the condo was good. Large enough so my family and I never felt in each others way. 4 full size bathrooms were appreciated.
The cons: The condo needs a really good, deep clean. Our feet were dirty just from walking around in the condo, not from outside. They must not mop or steam clean floors between guests. But for the price of the cleaning fee, it should be done every time. The condition of the living room furniture leaves a lot to be desired. Not comfortable at all. Not enough balcony seating either. The living room cable box didn't work and the company came to replace it. Still didn't work and I didn't want to sit on the phone with a cable company troubleshooting during my vacation. Prickett's answer to this was to take a box out of one of the bedrooms. That was not an acceptable answer for us so we just went without tv in living area. Sliding glass door is very hard to open. Wall mounted microwave didn't work. There was a tiny countertop one, but not big enough for much of anything. Whole place needs a refresh.

Great spot for a family vacation. Plenty of room/beds for grandparents, parents, and kids. Loved having indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river, splash pad and beach. Plenty to keep our active kids happy. Unit was clean. Staff was friendly.

Furniture was not comfortable at all. Recliner would not go down unless you pushed it in. Also, would not stay in a full recline position. Couches were very uncomfortable. Actually kind of looked very cheap. Master king bed was very uncomfortable. Back hurt every morning. Other than these things, trip in itself was lots of fun. Had some cool and rainy days but was able to use the indoor pool and hot tubs. Phoenix West II is a beautiful condo with great views of the Gulf!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was clean and spacious. The property had lots of amenities including pools, pickleball/tennis courts, and beautiful beaches access. It was fantastic for all ages!

The condo itself was very nice. There was only 4 of 6 elevators that worked . You would have to wait 10-15 minutes most of the time for an elevator.

Family of eight had plenty of room with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. No problems with coming in after midnight. Pool and beach had easy access. We plan on staying there next year.

Great vacay with the Family
Everything was great. I feel like they forgot to clean the floors, but everything else was clean/tidy/organized. My husband did have to work a little while we were there and the cellular service was horrible, but we got through it. This condo was well kept and huge. We truly had a great time.

THIS PLACE IS VERY NICE AND WE WILL BE GOING BACK. THE ROOM FLOORS COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE CLEANER WHEN WE ARRIVED.

Beautiful place
We enjoyed the nice spacious condo, with an awesome view from the 20th floor. It had all we needed right there. The outside pools were a little chilly, but our kids loved swimming around in the huge pool inside. The only minor problem we had was getting an elevator up or down when checking in or out. Otherwise place was great!!

We had our annual ladies retreat in Orange Beach this year & decided to stay at Phoenix West II. We were all so glad we did. The condo was wonderful & did not disappoint. We will definitely rent this unit again.

We have been going to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach for over 30 years! We watched West2 being built. It is a very nice condo, but the ramp to park is a danger. Folks speed up and down and it is narrow on the turns, Almost got hit twice in a week.. Need to not let folks park on the corners so there is more room...

This was our first time to stay at Phoenix West 2 but we have stayed at other Phoenix properties in Orange Beach. Positives- the large windows are awesome and one can see the ocean and beach very well. Plenty of LR seating and the patio is large enough to comfortably seat 6 adults. Patio furniture is very comfortable and nice quality. All loved having their own bathroom for every bedroom. Kitchen was nice and the picture on the site was accurate. Beds were comfortable for all. (One mattress was a memory foam mattress) Loved the parking garage. It kept the vehicle protected from the sun and no worries about rain when loading/unloading or moving vehicle, etc. Negatives- trouble with flushing 2 of the toilets and they need some minor TLC. Our grandbaby crawls and the floors were very dirty. The floors visibly looked clean but when we picked her up she had black dirt on her knees and feet. Therefore, we attempted to keep her off the tile and on the area rug and on a sheet as much as possible. The washer/dryer were okay. Just don't press the "extra rinse" cycle or you will be washing clothes for a long time. But we figured that out quickly. Riding the elevators at the complex was not a pleasant experience. Heard many horror stories from other guests of waiting 30 minutes plus for an elevator. So, we timed it to leave at the least busiest time and managed to only wait for 10 minutes max. This is a very large complex and we visited at a busy time of the year so we expected it to be crowded and were not surprised with the amount of people at the complex. If you need to use the overflow parking please note that the parking lot is about 15 minutes away from the complex one way. Overall, it was a good vacation- just a few minor inconveniences.

For minimum cost, this condo would be absolutely fabulous! Some of the issues include: several pieces of furniture have tears in them and most of the furniture seems old and worn out, one toilet did not flush with out taking the lid off of the tank and flushing that way, one toilet "ran" the entire stay, there were no oven mitts, the silverware was extremely cheap and the kitchen was not well stocked, several electrical outlets did not work, the jets were filthy in the master suite, the crisper shelves in the refrigerator were broken and not in the refrigerator, and the toilet paper holder in the master bath was dangling. Some of the positives about this condo include: the outside furniture was great, the washer and dryer were fabulous, and the ice machine worked well. Though the stay was not horrible, I will not choose to stay in 2007 again. We've stayed in many condos at the Phoenix West 2 and have always enjoyed the special touches each condo offered. This condo simply needs a little care for it to match the wonderful reputation of the Phoenix West 2.
