Located in Marmora, this lovely house for $1,189 per night is a great option for your next break. Update as of 04/29/2024 Please feel free to inquire with any questions. Owner has other rental options in the Southend of Ocean City at various price levels - so call or email for availability - DO NOT fully rely on the online calendars. Peak season rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Off season (Nov to mid May) long weekend options and shorter stays available. This spacious 5BR beachfront duplex unit is ideal for the large family, and offers over 2000 SF of living space, larger than most comparable Southend rental options. This newer home has nice furnishings and fantastic upgrades. Features include 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, Elevator, gas fireplace, hardwood floors, large covered deck across the ocean side with teak rockers. Small private decks off the master BR and back corner BR. Beautiful open floor plan kitchen, fully stocked with all cooking items that you would expect in your own home, and gas range. Big kitchen center island to gather around and socialize, while enjoying the ocean views. Dining room seating for 11 people. The Kitchen, LR, and DR all have big ocean and beach views extending all the way north to the Atlantic City skyline. Off street parking with garage and up to 2 additional spots. Enclosed cabana shower room just off the beach. Weber grill. Beach tags included during peak season. Direct access to the large Southend beach just over the mid block walkway in front of the home. Optional in-house linen services also available upon request at small additional cost. This property was very nice but I didn’t notice in the description that it was a duplex. That normally would not been ideal for us but the unit above us only had one gentleman occupying it so the noise was minimal. The positives of the property were that it was very clean, it had 3 bathrooms, it was oceanfront, it was roomy, and it had an elevator which was necessary for my handicapped husband. The owner and his sister who was the property manager were very accessible and helpful. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing time in Ocean City and the weather was exceptional!

My family of 9 enjoyed our stay in OC! The house was immaculate and very well appointed. Well stocked kitchen. Access to the beach was top notch as well and the owner's recommendation to get a beach wheel chair buggy for our elderly grandmother was a real game changer. If you have someone that finds it challenging to walk on the beach over a distance, the town of OC has wheelchair buggies that you may rent for free, make it possible for them to get down to the water. Really appreciate the recommendation. Would rent this home again.

Absolutely loved the location right on the beach! Awesome porch to drink coffee on in the morning & watch the full moon rise over the ocean in the evening. House was spacious, clean & well stocked. Minor glitch at checkin but worked out just fine. Would definitely go back!

My family and I (10 of us, kids, spouses, grandkids) needed a long weekend getaway and my wife found this house on VRBO. It is a great house with a great location. Scott was very responsive to any questions/requests. Only thing bad was the weather but we made the best of it hanging out and playing games. Rare find! Perfect house for a person with mobility difficulties.
This home was everything we could have asked for. My mother came with us for her first trip to the beach in years, due to her being wheelchair bound. The elevator was perfect for our needs, the layout was spacious enough that she could maneuver through the whole home, and the balcony let her enjoy the ocean at any time. The homeowner was very responsive, the home was very clean and the well stocked. We had thanksgiving there and had everything we needed to cook the meal. Every single bed was comfortable and the master was like a little oasis for us. Everything was wonderful and up to date! We will certainly be returning, as the house fit our family’s specific needs perfectly! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay :)

Spectacular Views
The house was so comfortable and clean with incredible ocean views. We saw dolphins and a red fox and there were butterflies and bunny rabbits right on the beach. The sound of the waves an night lulled us to sleep. Being on the beach in October was perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. We were welcomed with a fabulous bottle of wine and cookies! The best ocean front Ive stayed in so far!! LOVED IT

Long Easter Weekend
Nine of us - 5 adults and 4 children - spent the long Easter weekend at this property. There was plenty of table and counter space for laptops, egg dyeing, meals, games, and just talking. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of glasses, mugs, and dishes. We were able to produce Easter dinner with no "making do" of equipment (though I never found the coffee grinder). The kids loved the duo bunk, and all the adults had an adult-sized bed. The elevator was a godsend while moving in and out. We had a wonderful time in a lovely property.

Perfect winter weekend
Amazing location if you want to be RIGHT on the beach. We wanted to see and hear the ocean after being stuck in the house for the quarantine. This was perfect. You could hear the ocean even with the sliding door closed and great views form the living room and deck.

Wonderful holiday week!
Fortunately for us we were able to book this beautiful oceanfront property last minute. The accommodations were exactly as described. A fully stocked kitchen for cooking a holiday meal & baking desserts. The fireplace added a nice ambiance & extra warmth after a few hours of surfing. Scott was a pleasure to work with & always responded quickly. You won’t be disappointed at this property. Thanks Scott & we hope to be back soon!

Great home, great location, great owner. We were in duplex downstairs from another group and other than seeing them once in awhile coming and going from beach, we did not hear a thing. Home has everything you need - very well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, great deck furniture, etc. Would definitely come back.

1. The property manager sent us a contract 2 days before we got there and asked for another security deposit. We did not ultimately give over more money, but it was stressful right before we left on vacation.
2. In that same email we were told that there were no linens or towels provided. When you have 7 beds of varying sizes, that’s a lot of linens to quickly gather right before everyone leaves. So think about that well before you get the email. Also all those towels (we had 10 people) also take up a lot of extra room, especially if people are flying.
3. If you’re there in the winter, the heating is a bit tricky. The beach side of the house gets way warmer than the street side, and the thermostat is located on the beach side. So this meant that the street side rooms were always pretty cold.
Other than that, this house is really lovely and especially good if you are traveling with people who need an accessible home. The elevator is a huge plus!
We would come back for sure.

Outstanding Elegance with Charm!
We loved this house! Provided all amenities we needed plus stocked kitchen for lots of gourmet cooking. Views of the beach were breathtaking. House was immaculate and very comfortable! The eight of us adults were comfortable and relaxed throughout the weekend. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and furniture and all around ideal! Scott was wonderful as the owner- easy to book and great communication. We will definitely be back!
