It has a lovely cottage garden with an outside seating area. It is a 2 bedroom cottage fully self contained and sleeps 4 people. Bedroom 1: Has a queen sized bed and side tables and views of the cottage garden. Bedroom 2: Has 2 single beds side draws plus a built in robe. The cottage also contains fully equipped kitchen, laundry and entertainment facilities with Microwave, Fridge, Washing machine, TV, Video, DVD, CD Player, Split system for heating and cooling, ceiling fans to both bedrooms and living area, and BBQ available outside. The cottage is located within 3 minutes walk of Lake Victoria. Less than a 4 minute drive to the 90 mile beach and Less than a 3 minutes drive to the town and marina. WATER SPORTS Loch Sport is set amongst the beautiful Gippsland Lakes, 35 Mins from Sale, the 90 Mile Surf Beach and the safe waters of Lake Victoria are the perfect venue for water based holiday activities - from toddlers splashing in the shallows of the lake to surf fishing in the ocean. The waters around Loch Sport are ideal for windsurfing, sailing, cruising, and water skiing, fishing and even parasailing. Offering 90 miles of golden beaches and 41 thousand hectares of Lake System. It also has direct access to the 90 Mile Beach and is surrounded by National and Coastal Parkland. For all keen budding fishermen Loch Sport offers lake fishing from a boat the banks or a jetty. You can surf fish from many spots along the 90 Mile Beach. In addition to fishing there are excellent safe swimming sites along the sheltered lake shore. OTHER ACTIVITIES numerous walking and cycling tracks around the town and along the shores of the Lake. A highlight of your trip would be a visit to the Lakes National Park where wildlife is prolific - Kangaroos, swamp wallaby, hog deer, common wombat, short-beaked echidna, koala and common bush tail possum and many more. Loch Sport offers a Pub, RSL, Marina, Tennis Courts, Bowls Club, Golf Course, Mini Golf, Children's Park, Boat Club, Bakery and Supermarket. House is to be left clean and tidy! 2 nights at this cottage, mozzies were a bit of a problem this time so make sure you bring aeroguard & also fly spray for inside house, house was neat & tidy, had to clean shelves in fridge as they were rather dirty, shower base & walls needed a good scrub as a fair bit of mold (played up with my asthma), We left earlier this morning 8am instead of 10am. Key lock box was already opened when we arrived, it is not working so couldn't lock it (needs fixing), very secure fully fenced garden for our 4 legged furbaby which she loved exploring, she almost had rabbit for dinner 1 night as there was one that came out from under the house, overall we had a good stay, thank you

This is the perfect spot for a quiet getaway. We even saw a big kangaroo as soon as we pulled up! My only advice to guests is to take absolutely everything for cooking meals as we made the mistake of not even packing salt haha. Other than that the kitchen is well equipped with utensils etc but take your fave knives if you love to cook. There are lots of great walks and things nearby and the property is lovely to relax at. We will definitely go back

This property we have stayed in on two occasions now has been enjoyable . There is plenty of reading and music to help relax. Our Jack Russell likes the nice yard size for her to explore and go on lovely walks.

The cottage has very nice good size for 3 of us and our little 4 legs. Minor maintainance required eg. bedroom's door/single bed noise. Perfect location and close to the beach and shops. We will definaitely go back again. Thanks Steve & Chuttara Boag

Loch Sport is always a relaxing stay and Wattle B adds to the experience. The cottage is clean, tidy and well equipped and parking is easy. The wildlife that frequent the cottage are a real joy to observe throughout the day. It’s also nice to see the lake returning to it former glory with fish stocks on the increase. (28 Tailor caught during our stay capped of our stay👍)

Lovely homely cottage with fully fenced garden to keep our dog secure. Accommodation was fantastic and suited us perfectly, a quaint cottage well equipped sourrounded by an abundance of wildlife. Within walking distance to a lake trail. Peaceful and quiet forcing us to slow down and unwind. Get up early, the sun rise is worth it here.

The house is in a quiet area with a pretty front garden. Inside is very dated and needs some work. The rear door handle is broken and held on with blue tack. The sofa is wellworn with holes in fabric. Shower and bathroom is very dated and not very inviting. Over all this property could be nice if it was updated but at the moment it's very disappointing. We made the most of our stay and it was lovely to walk round the lake and see kangaroos in the evening. Lady next door was very nice and welcoming. Wouldn't book again

Nice cottage with all ammenities - close to the beach and close to town so you can walk in. Great for a family seeking a nice place to stay for short break by the coast. Pet friendly so great to be able to bring the dog along to stay - we had a great time.

All good. A wood heater would be nice. TV couldn’t tune in all the movie free to air stations. Vaccum cleaner when turned on had a burning smell so used a dust pan instead
