Lovely 4 bedroom beach home with fantastic views of the ocean and salt pond. Just 75 yards to a shared private beach. Window a/c in each bedroom. Bright open floor plan with sliders to multiple decks offering water views and lounges to relax and soak up summer rays. Gas grill is provided as well as picnic table and umbrella table and chairs. Wireless internet, smart TV. Main level bathroom was redone for the 2023 season! Note: 2nd bathroom is shower only. Square footage 1344 Bed 1: 1 Queen(up) Bed 2: 2 Twin (up) Bed 3: 1 Double (up) Bed 4: 2 Twin (up). Maximum Occupancy 8 Maximum Cars 4 Town of Dennis Occupancy Permit number: RENT-006873-2024 Linens and towels may be provided to guests through a third party. This is not included in the rental price. Please inquire about pricing.
