Please note: This unit sleeps six adults in beds and the resort has created rules that allow no more than six guests may stay in condominiums of this size and configuration. You may use this unit in combination with our one-bedroom condominium next door to accommodate as many as ten guests. See the description below for more information about that one-bedroom condo. As our guest, you will also have access to the amenities of the on-site Dreams hotel including five on-site restaurants - and can choose to add all-inclusive days to your visit if you like. The waves break just right for boogie boarding practically every day and you can walk for miles along the soft sandy beach. Other beaches in Puerto Vallarta can be rocky and/or limited by barriers, not ours! You can walk for miles, literally miles, along this beautiful Pacific shoreline. The condo is finished with fine granite and limestone surfaces and includes everything that you will need to enjoy your stay in the comfort of home. The information in this listing refers to our three bedroom unit but we have two side-by side condos, this unit with three bedrooms and the second having one bedroom (see the one bedroom listing on this site, too - #116549). Both condos are served by a common entry corridor so you can rent both together to keep a larger extended family close (but separate when it's convenient). The two units combine to sleep up to ten adults. This three bedroom unit sleeps up to six. These are our personal vacation homes and we've outfitted them for ourselves, and fully expect you to enjoy them as much as we do. The overwhelmingly positive response from our guests is a testament to how wonderful your stay here can be. The condo was clean and had everything you need you can just stop before hand and pick up a few groceries and drinks. It’s on the 2nd floor and really close to the beach and many pools to choose from. We had a rental car and think it was a great idea to get around to go out for diner and go to other beaches and such. Although they do have a drink and snack bar but we like going to places where the locals go so we got a car. We liked that the place is not to strict and allows coolers and you can bring snacks and drinks by the pool area and the beach they have lots of garbage cans all over and all the areas are clean. Overall the place is great!!

The location is right in front of the snack bar and pool closest to the beach. Air conditioning was cold and everyone had independent control in their rooms. We did not bother purchasing the all inclusive package extra and saved money by paying as we went at the snack bar, and using the very well stocked full size kitchen. Communication with the host was timely and thorough.
Marcos manages the property and met us when we arrived. He is super friendly and helpful and speaks English perfectly.
We will be back in the area again and would definitely stay here again. Not a single disappointment. Thanks to Joe and family for sharing your beautiful holiday property.

We loved Joe's place with so much space for our family to move around. It's located just above the pool deck with excellent views. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. We had a couple issues on check-in, but the property manager, Marcos, was right on it. He was easy to get a hold of and made our stay even better. In the midst of the July heat, we took taxis everywhere we went. There is a small strip mall about 15 min (walk) away with several restaurants and a few shops. The poolside bar had great snacks and drinks at reasonable prices too!

So much more than we expected!
We thoroughly enjoyed the condo, the resort and everything it had to offer. The condo is exactly as described and was very comfortable for our family of 5 (3 adults, 2 teens). Swimming is only allowed from 11 AM to 8 PM which was a bummer.... The beach is completely dark..take a flashlight. Dreams hotel...great for family...but if you're into venturing out with locals, the all inclusive is not worth it... They have a very specific time and when that time comes it gets very crowded. If you come back from an excursion and just want to buy a few drinks you still have to buy the all inclusive for $98 dollars... Other than that the condo is great! great view very comfy homie wonderful place!

This is a nice condo with 3 bedrooms. The host is very nice and responsive. He also has a property manager that is a real sweetheart. However, we arrived and the place was not clean.... completely. We had to get the PM to change the sheets and to send the housekeeper for the kitchen. Nonetheless, it was corrected and the host compensated us for the trouble. I would recommend this condo for others.

A Perfect Spot for some fun in the sun!
We loved the location of the condo. Steps to the beach and pool. Thank you Joe for your answers to all of my questions. Your welcome notes were spot on. Thank you Marco for greeting us on arrival and taking care of the needs that arose.
The condo met our needs as a family of 6 adults. The kitchen was well equipped, the washer and dryer as well as room air conditioners worked like a charm and the deck was lovely for people watching. The view of the ocean was nice and the breeze was fabulous. I have never seen such breathtaking sunsets. Amazing! We made use of the beach towels and boogie boards. The beach was perfect for long walks. The baby turtles were hatching.
What a treat to watch them waddle to the water. The beach vendors were respectful and honestly quite fair! There are ample chairs for enjoying the beach and for pool use. We LOVED the snack bar and close by beach restaurants. Etc makes a wonderful Cadillac Margarita! Sipping at sunset with my toes in the sand was unforgettable! Happy hour at the snack bar was unbeatable. There is no need to purchase the all inclusive. The local food is fabulous and alcohol is cheap! Taxis were quick and easy. The security people take good care of you and we never felt at risk any where that we went. I suggest avoiding Walmart and heading to Paradise Village which is a mile and a half away. Lovely and clean mall and grocery. Sayulita and downtown Puerto Vallarta are musts but most of all we just enjoyed hanging around the condo and beach! Only suggestion that I have is to replace the mattress in the master and the sofa bed. Otherwise everything was great! The best vacation ever! We can't wait to go back.

Wonderful condo in a beautiful spot.
My husband and I spent ten days in Mexico and three of those nights were in Villa Magna. The condo was perfect for us even though we had to leave in a hurry to get back to my mother-in-law's house inland when the hurricane was looming. We can't wait to go back!

Great family getaway
Very pleased with the condo. Would highly recommend. The accommodation was 4-5 star all the way. Very sound proof and had everything you would need. Our favorite space was the balcony either enjoying our breakfast or relaxing after a day at the pool/beach with a glass of wine. Having an ensuite with each bedroom was excellent. The information pkg provided was very useful.

We rented three condos for the 17 family members who attended my husband's 80th birthday party. This particular condo was very nice, and well-managed. I would recommend this condo and resort completely!

Very pleased with stay. Owner as well as property manager excellent with information, cleaning of condo. Even gave us water coolers! Beds and linen excellant and appliances high end. Had a barbecue that we didnt a chance to use. Sound proof unit. Nice patio furniture and good view. Highly recommended

The Best Vacation EVER!!!
I went to Villa Magna two weeks ago, and it was awesome! I could hardly believe the great prices that they gave us at the Dreams, right next to us!!! For 69 usd per person we could have four meals, all the drinks included, and the service was amazing!
Alicia, the pool concierge introduced herself to us as soon as she knew we were staying at the condos, and she took care of us during our whole trip.
I never cooked any meals, or washed any dishes or pots, which made a real dream out of my vacation time!
You should go for ot, instead of going to the supermarket and buying groceries, that will take a lot of your time to get cooked!!!

The most wonderful vacation we have ever had!
We stayed in this unit for 15 nights. It became home instantly. Being able to see the condo before arriving really helped. What you see on this website is what you get. The only thing that was unexpected (but not biggie in the end) was the third bedroom off the kitchen. On the floor plan it is two single beds but when we got there it was bunk beds. Very high up without a rail. We got over that. Marcos was so great! He checked in on us often and was so friendly and accommodating. We loved the pools and the beach. Most people probably don't like the vendors approaching you on the beach but when you get to know their names and chat with them they are lovely people. Ramone books Vallarta Vacations tours...he'll get you the same online rate or better. Deal directly through him...he is great. Conducting business on the beach...that is Mexico! So laid back. The condo is so clean. The staff is constantly cleaning. Having the bbq on the deck made making meals so easy. Eating like it is summer in the winter! We loved it!
We travelled with three children and two adults. We all had so much room. Having the laundry facilities in the unit, dishwasher, cleaning supplies...we definately didn't spent a lot of time cleaning on vacation.
Getting groceries was very easy. We got a taxi at the taxi stand down the street to the Mega. Everything you need is there. Everything!

Just a quick note of appreciation for your hospitality and of course the beautiful accomodation. The unit exceed our expecations as did the resort, anything we desired was available. We stayed at the 1 bedroom condo for 2 wks from Nov 27-Dec 11. It was beautiful and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly want. So many little extras (too many to list them all !) Fantastic beach and great pools. We had sunshine every day for 2 weeks! The sunsets are gorgeous. There's so much to see & do at this great location. Its also perfect if you just want to relax, kick back, and soak up the sun. It was very easy to get around by walking,bus or taking cabs. Joe had sent an info sheet before-hand about the condo and area to help familiarize newcomers (like ourselves) and it was most helpful!
We had the pleasure of meeting the Kanes during our stay. Wonderful couple...you can tell that they take great pride in their condo and they make sure that your stay is like a home away from home. This was our first experience with renting while on vacation and what a GREAT experience it was!

We just got back from ren...
We just got back from renting the Kane's condo from March 12- 20 and it was so nice and provided everything we needed right down to the boogie boards that we used everyday. So nice having free internet and a phone available to call back to the US. We would definetly rent from them again it felt like being at home, but with the sun and ocean. Marco was very nice and filled us in on anything we needed to know. Thank You for the use of you beautiful condo.
