Located in Harwich, this attractive house for $433 per night is a great choice for your next break. This North Chatham 4 BR home with central AC has plenty of room for families to spread out and enjoy a relaxing Chatham vacation! With 4 living areas including a sun room, a lower level with pool table, bar, ping pong, a Foosball table and a new outside deck overlooking the back yard, there's plenty of room for everyone to either spend time together as a family or find your own space. The first floor includes a spacious living room with gas fireplace and adjoining dining area. French doors open to a beautiful 3 season sun room, the perfect place to work on a jigsaw puzzle or play a game of scrabble. Step outside to a lovely brick patio with table and chairs. Back inside you'll be impressed by the fully equipped kitchen featuring high end appliances. A slider opens to our large deck with dining table, gas grill and additional sitting area. Back inside, the hallway leads to 3 bedrooms; 2 queens and a twin, and a full bath with tub and shower. The lower level offers a spacious area where kids and adults alike will find plenty of entertainment options. The main attraction is the pool table, but there's much more than that. A wet bar and large flat screen TV provides yet another area to relax with friends and family. Maybe a game of Yahtzee at the bar after a day at the beach? This large room also features a gas stove for cool autumn nights as well as a futon which can sleep two. Sliding glass doors offer access to the beautifully landscaped grounds, an additional small patio and an outdoor shower. A separate game room includes a ping pong table and Foosball table. Down the hall is another full bathroom, large Maytag washer and dryer, and a 4th bedroom with a king size bed. Enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of nearby Stillwater Pond, which is another amenity of this property. Beautiful Pleasant Bay beach is only one mile away. Other beaches, both salt water and fresh water, are very nearby as well! Bring your bikes or rent them locally because the well-maintained bike trails are also close by too. Downtown shopping and restaurants, Chatham Angler baseball games and Friday night band concerts are a short 2.4 miles away. There are several nature trails around town including the Training Field Triangle Conservation Area which can be found nearly across the street. The town as well as our local chamber of commerce maintain excellent websites with lots of helpful information for visitors and we’re always happy to help answer questions or make recommendations too…. This lovely house was so much more than we had expected. Not only was the location perfect for where we wanted to go, but the home itself was comfortable, clean, well equipped, and filled with amenities. We had more than enough space to gather: deck, screened porch, living and dining area, TWO rec rooms! Our host was delightful, and made us feel very welcome. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

I highly recommend this vacation rental in Chatham. The house itself was extremely accommodating to our needs. Very clean. The host Bob was so nice and accommodating. He made sure we had everything we needed. Location is great close to town and beaches. Loved the game room played ping-pong foosball and Pool! That was a lot of fun and a big bonus. I would definitely rent this house again.

We had a wonderful time at the house as a family of 4 adults and 2 kids aged 3 and 6. The house was exactly as described and Bob was extremely responsive and helpful! We would highly recommend-it was very clean and comfortable and located in close proximity to beaches, town and other sites.

The house was great and the screened in porch was lovely in the morning with a cup of coffee. We had a rainy week so the games in the house were key with the kids and made the week great fun. House was clean and plenty of space. The owner was very friendly and responsive to any and all inquiries. We would stay here again.

They say location is everything in where you stay and Bob's welcoming and roomy house certainly delivers, plus much more. We absolutely loved our phenomenal family vacation week at the Cape and how close we were to everything. From making the reservation, to communicating with Bob leading up to our arrival and then landing in Chatham - everything was smooth and prompt. Bob went out of his way to make us feel at home, including little extras and a well stocked kitchen. The ping pong table and pool table were a hit with the kids, but we had phenomenal weather, so only used them once while we were there. Watching the sunrise from the deck with morning coffee was my personal favorite. You will find yourself surrounded by green, beauty and peace. Chatham, the beach, the trails, art & shopping, the National Seashore, P-town & the best whale watching experience and a ferry trip to Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard are all just a short drive away. We love the Cape and will be back. Thanks for everything, Bob!

Very nice property! Bob is very responsive and helpful. I forgot that linens were not included and Bob helped me find a place to buy some. Pool table and other games were very fun. Beds very comfortable and we loved the gas fireplace. Property is very close to beaches and town.

My family stayed at Bob's property to attend a wedding and while the wedding was wonderful, the house definitely contributed to a great mini-vacation. The property was in a perfect location, extremely well kept, clean, comfortable and very welcoming. Home is stocked with all the necessities as well as plenty of games, in addition to the pool table, foosball and ping pong tables. We had a blast using these and found out we were much more competitive than we thought. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Bob was very accessible and responded immediately to all communication . Would definitely stay again.

Great house that has a lot of separate spaces if you have a large group. The pool table was a big win for a day that it's cloudy or raining. The kitchen is very well stocked. Bob thinks of everything! He is also quite responsive and makes sure you don't have any questions. We would stay again.

We rented Bob's property for a week in August and it was PERFECT for our large family (four kids age 4-10yo and our au pair). The kids loved the basement with the ping pong and pool tables. They could also watch movies down there while the adults gathered upstairs on the deck or the screened in porch. There were tons of puzzles and games to keep everyone entertained. The location was ideal for us - close to Chatham and Orleans. We spent time at our favorite beaches - Ridgevale and Skaket. We cooked at home several nights and the kitchen is nicely stocked. Bob was a great host, very responsive and quick to address any questions/ concerns. The property is dog friendly - we left our puppy home this year but we look forward to coming back and bringing him with us next summer. We will DEFINITELY be back.

We enjoyed this property immensely. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the games and gaming space at the house. The adults enjoyed drinks outdoors on the deck. Bob, the owner, was really easy to work with. We would go back.

Bob’s house was perfect for our extended family vacation. Very cute house in a quaint Cape Cod neighborhood. There was enough room for everyone to have their own private space, as well as enough room in the general living areas for us to gather together. The house is well-maintained and the landscaping is absolutely beautiful. We were a bit taken aback about there being a grave in front of the home at first, but the energy in the home was clean and clear, and we ended up learning more about Chatham’s history because of it. Bob even dropped off some fresh quahogs for us! Overall would recommend the property and Bob as a host. Thank you Bob!

Multi-generational family and dog vacation approved
Our vacation rental experience and stay were superb! We are already talking about our next visit and staying in this fairytale house. Bob is a magnificent host, and was always available for any questions we had about grocery stores, dog parks, or activities. My stay included myself and my husband, our two teenage boys, my parents and our dog. We had plenty of room for everyone to get together and use the activities downstairs or get away for a quiet moment to read by the fireplace or on the screened in porch. The house is a private oasis with landscaping that feels like you’ve fallen into a magazine cover. Morning coffee on the porch or patio, with sounds and sights of nature, but the comfort of modern amenities is exactly what I was looking for.
The house is also located centrally in Cape Cod, which placed us within easy access from Sandwhich to Provincetown. I would definitely recommend spending an afternoon on Main Street in Chatham and seeing the shops and getting a bite to eat. One of our family’s favorite activities was watching the seals at the Chatham Fish Pier. We made great memories on this vacation, and a lot of that had to do with the beauty, cleanliness and comfort of our rental house .

The half door at the top of the basement stairs was perfect to keep the kiddos from falling down and nice that we didn't need to bring a gate. The deck was so lovely, we sat outside everyday. The deck chairs and furniture were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace in the living/family room, easy on/off switch on the wall.
The house is located close to downtown, with a quick drive to the Chatham Village Cafe and Bakery, which we stopped by almost every morning to grab coffees and donuts then rode to Lighthouse Beach to look at the water and eat our treats. We also tried Chatham Cookware and The Bagel Shop, both on Main Street for coffees and treats, all very good! Chatham Village Cafe and Chatham Cookware both had a small but delicious selection of Gluten Free treats.
I definitely recommend visiting Mac's Chatham Fish and Lobster, only a 5 min drive from the house, for the best Gluten Free fish and chips, the menu is amazing, with almost all items being Gluten Free! And went to see the Chatham Pier Fish Market with the kiddos to see the seals and see the fishing boats!
We had a blast, can't wait to come back to Chatham for our next getaway! Thank you Bob for welcoming us into your home.
