Situated in Newburyport, this lovely condo for $557 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Come enjoy this ocean front getaway in Salisbury! Located directly on the sand with ocean views from the front porch (This is unit C). These two side by side family friendly condos each have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, are fully furnished and can accommodate large groups. Each unit has a living room, dining room and Kitchen supplied with all your cooking needs. Each unit has full size appliances, microwave and coffee maker. Cable TV and Wi-Fi included. Close to the boardwalk, restaurants, and shops, this is the perfect place to stay for a week or more! Two units may be rented together for larger groups. Off street parking, outside shower and deck with chairs to enjoy the view. Each unit has a personal gas grill for entertaining. Enjoy free concerts every Saturday along with fireworks every Saturday night. This property is close to Seabrook, Hampton and Rye Beaches, as well as historic Newburyport and Plum Island for shopping, dining and whale watching. It is approximately 30 minutes from Water country, Outlet Shopping in Kittery, Maine and about 1 hour from Boston.

We had a fantastic week. So close to the ocean and boardwalk. Was easy with a toddler except that only bathroom is downstairs. Very clean home so I felt immediately at ease. Was missing some key items that would be great to have - no towels including hand towels for bathroom, no food can be left so there wasn't even salt and pepper, there is only a Keurig and no reusable pod, no games, no books, no beach equipment. Had to make own beds upon arrival but linens were supplied. Smallest bedroom doesn’t have an AC unit but has a large box fan; gets warm if you want to close the door. All the folks renting other units were nice and respectful of shared spaces. Would definitely rent this home again in the future.

We had a wonderful week in Unit C. First, the highlights.
1. The location: this place is literally 100 steps from the cleanest and most beautiful sandy beach. The beach was expansive with tons of room, even on very popular sunny days. There is so much beachfront that you have room to set up and tons of room in the water to swim. It’s great for kids because the house is so close and there is a big shallow area in the ocean itself. Best beach ever. BYO sand toys.
2. There is one dedicated parking space. Like any popular beach destination, parking is at a premium. Many visitors have to pay for parking. Rental comes with a space that has the address and unit number, so no matter when you arrive, your space will always be waiting for you. It’s just a dozen steps away from the unit, making it super easy for unloading.
3. Jamie, the owner, is fantastic to work with. She responds to messages super quickly and goes above and beyond to help if anything is needed.
4. The unit is perfectly located for day trips. We alternated beach days with days to visit other places. It is an easy five minute drive to hop on the highway to get to any other New England destination, from Cape Cod to Maine.
5. The unit is very clean. That’s one of the most important things to me. It is well maintained and thoroughly cleaned between renters.
These are not negatives, but just a few things to be aware of:
1. As it says in the listing, you have to bring your own beach towels, as well as bath towels, including hand towels and washcloths. Not a big deal, just good to know when you’re packing.
2. There were no screens in the windows, so we could not open windows to catch an ocean breeze. There is air conditioning in the living area downstairs and in two of the three bedrooms.
3. Bring extension cords and surge protectors. There are not a lot of outlets in the bedrooms and they are often far away from the bed, so if your teens, like mine, sleep with their phone close, having the cords helps.
4. You will need to make all of the beds when you arrive with the provided sheets and pillowcases. Again, no big deal. Just something to be aware of when you arrive.
5. The bathroom is downstairs and the bedrooms are all upstairs. This wasn’t a problem for us. Just slightly less convenient for middle of the night.
6. Wifi would cut out sometimes. No big deal bc we were there to unplug.

Clean linens for all beds were provided, but we had to find them then in the closet and put them on all 4 beds ourselves; I' have not experiences this before, but it was not a big deal. Amazing Beach House!!
The house had everything you could ask for - all the pots, pans, bowls, utensils needed and extra's such as paper towels, dish towels, toilet paper, linens, blankets! The house was exceptionally clean! It's steps to the ocean and the arcades and boardwalk which is perfect for the kids! And the host, Jaimie, immediately responded to your questions. Just a fabulous vacation! We've already booked for next year!

Great time at beach!
We rented unit C and Unit D. We stayed in one side with our 5 kids and my sister and her family stayed in other side. We had a great week, lots of fun at beach. Units are family friendly, clean and well equipped kitchen and outdoor grills for cooking meals. Beautiful wide beach out front. We set up volleyball net, kids surfed, boogie boarded and we took long walks. Jamie was very prompt when we contacted her and very helpful. We had a very nice stay!

House was nice and clean and equipped exactly as described. Beach was great, was on it every day. Jamie was quick in her responses to all our inquiries and even took the time on a Sunday to take additional pictures and send them to us.

The house was clean beautiful and well stocked with everything you could need a far as kitchen supplies. Jamie was extremely patient and helpful with us when we needed help with things like internet, contract, and passwords. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back to Salisbury in the future:)

Summer 2019 Vacation
We had a very positive experience during our stay which the fantastic weather made it even better. Our place was clean at time of arrival and easy to move into. Access to the beach was right over the dunes. Convenient location to the center. Bedrooms were a bit tight but we weren’t there to sleep. Would definitely recommend this location. We had a blast!

Great condo steps from the beach
We had wonderful time staying at this condo that was perfect for us. It was really nice, very relaxing and steps from the beach. Fantastic to walk out our door and watch the 4th of July fireworks from the beach. Very private area of the beach and you got to know all your neighbors by the end of the stay. Condo has a very nice set up and the two of the three bedrooms have bunk beds which was great. Fully stocked and very clean. It was also great to have your own gas grill and picnic table. Condo has a nice flow to it with relaxing living room. Wonderful stay with many great memories.

Great Beach Location
Lovely, updated beach front property. This home is roomy and spacious enough for kids and family to gather inside if rain should invade your beach vacation. Location is perfect, steps from the ocean and a block away from Salisbury center. Home is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, cookware, dishes, etc. as well as linens and gas grill.
The beach is just steps away and so easy to come and go as you please. Sunrise is gorgeous here! All ages will enjoy your beach vacation even those hard to please teenagers!
Owner was very pleasant to work with and answered all of our questions in very short order - always.

Our stay at 55 Atlantic Ave, Unit C was perfectly lovely. The unit is clean, updated, and very comfortable. The owner Jamie is a dream to work with and very accessible. We had one criticism of the unit and she's already taking steps to address it. Would definitely look to rent with her again!
