Situated in Mendon, this charming condo for $200 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. ***WE DO NOT ACCEPT INSTANT BOOKINGS. Please send an inquiry and describe your group, including ages and basic basic background information before you request to book. If you send a "Request to Book" without this information, we will not accept it. Please note that Pico Mountain is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays except for holiday weeks.*** Recently updated large one bedroom, one bath end unit in C Building at the base of Pico Mountain in Killington, VT. This unit has been tastefully updated to include new furniture, carpet, bath, kitchen counter and more. Perfect for couples or a small family. C Building is at the base of the resort. You are literally a few steps to the "Little Pico" ski lift or a short walk to the main lift area. The building offers an elevator and coin-op laundry facility for your convenience. The living room features a flat screen smart TV, comfortable (really) queen sized pull-out couch, wood-burning fireplace and a small dinette. In-unit WIFI and Netflix are included. The kitchen has everything you need, including all new pots and pans, utensils and Keurig coffee maker. (We supply coffee too). The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, flat screen TV and plenty of storage. The unit is stocked with sheets, towels (4 sets), blankets, toilet paper, cleaning products, paper towels, dishwasher pods and firewood. As mentioned above, the convenience of the coin-op laundry allows for light packing. Normally, we have some flexibility about check-in/check-out times. Please ask when you book or during our subsequent discussions. These units have interior or hallway entrances and are in close proximity to each other. If you are looking for a party rental, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. Our unit is ideal for (2) adult couples or small families (no more than five), not group rentals. No pets. If you are looking to simultaneously book this unit with a group renting other units at Pico, please do not consider this unit. Kindly check our reviews and you will see that we are attentive to our guests. The Pico Sports Center is available for use for an additional fee which includes a 75 foot swimming pool, sauna and fitness room. As far we are concerned, Pico Mountain is one of the best kept secrets. It has over 400 skiable acres and 57 trails of varying levels of difficulty. It is conveniently located on Route 4 and minutes to Killington and other local landmarks. There is also a FREE year-round shuttle bus which runs between Rutland and Killington. Convenient for those days that you want to ski at Killington without the headache of parking or enjoying a dinner in Rutland while enjoying a few cocktails. Killington Short Term Registration # 130.

The condo was perfect for a 6 day vacation for skiing! It was a great location for skiing at Killington...sadly Pico only had a few runs open at the time so we decided to ski at Killington for 3 days. But if skiing at Pico, you can't beat the location as well! Extremely clean, cozy and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teens. Sean was very quick in his responses as well as super helpful with information! Thank you for sharing your ski space with us! We would definitely go back again to the condo!

We really enjoyed our time at Sean’s condo. It was exactly as described in the listing. Probably one of the most well-stocked condos I have stayed in as far as amenities - especially the kitchen if you plan on cooking. Only a 6 -7 minute drive from all the restaurants in Killington. Communication with the owner was great. Would definitely recommend staying here. We were here in the fall, so obviously not skiing, but the condo was right at the base of Pico, so an easy walk out the back door to the slopes.

This is a perfect place for 2 people looking to skiing/boarding Pico (great mountain!) for a true ski in/out condo. We also did Killington Ramshead and was just a short drive as well. At the end of a cold, tiring day at the mountain, we got back to a cozy apartment with a fire place. We loved the condo and thought it had everything we needed to make our stay super enjoyable. Sean was great all the time, responsive, attentive and polite. Looking forward to do this again!

Of course the location of this condo is unbeatable, especially if you are skiing pico. On top of that it is well decorated, comfortable, easy to access, spacious, and perfect for couples or a family of 4 (like we had). The icing on top of that is how friendly the owners are, who reached out to let us know when it was ready so we could get in a little early and also texted on day 2 to check and make sure all was going smooth. Truly couldn’t ask for anything else even had fresh snow. Thank you for opening your place up for our family skication.

This is a very small condo. It was clean and with a good bed. However, my wife is very sensitive to artificial scents and there were three plug-in “air fresheners” which overpower this tiny space. We put them out on the balcony immediately and aired it out as brst we could, but it was very offensive to my wife. It would be tight with two couples or even a third person. Other than the air fresheners, it’s a great little property. Location was perfect for us. Sean was very helpful, even provided useful dining out info.

This condo is located steps from Pico's lifts and only a few minutes drive to Killington. The condo is super clean and is packed with everything you'll need. The checkin and checkout process was super easy. The area is very quiet -- even during the busy week between Christmas and New Year, we didn't hear any noise at night. Highly recommend.

Stayed here October 8-10 visiting our college child at Norwich University. We cant stop talking about the condo or the location just BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!! Everyone was nice! Everything inside the condo was amazing, clean and in order! Everything on the Resort was clean and just beautiful. Especially the view from the balcony!!! We can’t recommend this place enough!!! The view for the fall colors were right in front of us and around us all day!!

Sean is a great host and very responsive. His condo is very clean and perfect for a family of 4. I was able to cook meals while my boys skied all day. This condo truly is a ski in/ski out with the lift being right out the back door. If you want to ski at Killington it is a short 15 minute drive. The wood burning fireplace was perfect for a cold winter day. We will definitely be back!

Sean was an excellent manager and very reponsive throughout the booking process and upon arrival. We absolutely loved the property - it's proximity to Pico with ski on ski out access was great. The furniture is all newly updated as well as the kitchen and bathroom. The comfortable couch, access to netflix and fireplace made the stay really enjoyable!! We look forward to renting it again in the future!
