Loved the location and it was a joy to stay in this stylish, spacious apartment. Just perfect for one or two people. Close to town and beautiful Porthminster Beach & Cafe. Welcome bag of coffee, tea, sugar & cookies very much appreciated.
It was hard to find correct key box on arrival, then really hard to open it. Other guests had trouble too.
Also, no soap or toiletries provided. I wouldn't expect to have to buy soap for a few days' stay.

Fantastic location, great view, modern decor, well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The staff we really accommodating and responsive with special requests.
The parking bay (number 2), was a bit tight for our car but we were able to find an alternative easy enough (in off peak season).

Great location.
It’s for 4 people but only has 1 bedroom. The living area was too small for a sofa bed to be pulled out.

Location was amazing. The apartment was very clean and easy to get to. Complimentary things to settle you in which was nice. Would recommend to anyone.
For some reason the top draw of the freezer stopped working so my items were ruined. The place isn't easy to unload from the car, especially when you have a newborn. Dishwasher doesn't fit there big plates.

The sea views were amazing but be aware the property is on quite a busy road (main road through St Ives) so you can’t really sit and relax outside. We just closed the doors to enjoy the view.
The apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean and well equipped.
It’s a short 15 min walk into St Ives so is perfectly located if you’re after proximity to the beach/shops.

Terribly uncomfortable sofa bed.

Location surroundings facilities ambience. Everything... we were sorry to leave! Best self catering apartment we have stayed in.
We liked everything... the telescope didn’t work... Shame we would have loved to look out to sea... only a very minor gripe! Ha!

Great location, very clean, well equipped, beautiful view
Sofa in living room not entirely comfortable and one side of toaster not working but I’m being picky!
