The condo, unit #705, is on the 7th floor and features spectacular ocean views from the large balcony, master bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen, the second bedroom and back balcony feature wonder sunset views over the Halifax River and Intracoastal Waterway. Sorry, no single night rentals, minimum weekly or longer. All the amenities of home can be found here, including a large flat-screen TV in the living room, a DVD player, wireless Internet and TVs in both bedrooms. A 41-acre nature preserve that includes a boardwalk out to the Halifax River with 3 covered gazebos, kayak and canoe launches and a fishing dock.
