I was very pleased with the condo and the mountain, valley and ski slope views. The unit was clean and very spacious. The only upgrades that are needed dining room chairs, sofa & tv’s. The breaker for the hot water heater was not on so we ran out of hot water during checkout. Bathroom and bedroom door not swinging and closing properly. Fix these things and I would easily give 5 stars. See you next year.

My wife Teresa and I have been staying here for 9 years every year during the late fall season we come here for a week. For the price it can not be beat. It is easy to get to the door from the parking lot (not a lot of steps). Most of the condos up on the ridge have a lot of steps or a long walkway or both to get to the condo door. I don't about you but I aint that young anymore! THE VIEW. The view off of the second story balcony is amazing. Sunrises in the morning are incredible. There is often times a cloud cover over the valley off in the distance and with the sun coming up over the distant mountains it looks almost heavenly. The ground area below and the drop off below at times will have wildlife running around. It doesn't happen a whole lot but deer graze occasionally below. Lately there has been a resident groundhog and a few chipmunks call the ground below home. The jaquzzi is nice to get in after dinner as well. One of my wife's favorites. The cleaning crew does an awesome job as well. Every time we walk in for the first time it is very clean. This is a big deal for my wife and something she really appreciates. There are many nature trails near by as well or if a more moderate walk/hike is more your speed, there is a path walkway across the street that goes around the golf course hole across the street. This condo is close to eateries and activities so it if you are active it would likely be a good fit for you and your partner/family. Highly recommend!

The location of this Condo in Wintergreen is fantastic and it is a very nice size for a 2 bedroom condo. We definatly enjoyed the bunnies, chipmonk, racoons and especially the birding. Lots of summertime birds including indigo buntings and scarlet tanagers, to name just a few. The dining room chairs were not well padded and not comfortable and the condo needs a little TLC to bring it back up to top condition. The towels and sheets were all brand new and the condo was quiet. We were there for the 4th of July and were able to watch the fireworks and listen to the concerts from our balcony. This is a 6 unit building and we only had 4 nights with people in one of the other units in the building besides us. Very private. Only real negative is there is no electric car charging available and the condo association left me threatening notes written on paper bags to pursue legal recourse if I continued to use their 110 outlet. Electric is the way of the future so they need to get on board if they want to rent to electric car owners. Besides the nasty bit with the homeowners association our stay was very nice.

This place was much nicer than I expected. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

We had friends getting married on Friday evening. We checked in just after. 4pm and quickly changed for the wedding. We’re back by 9:30 and slept well. Enjoyed the view while we had coffee in the morning and then we’re out by 11am. Would definitely stay longer next time so we could enjoy the beautiful condo more.

Had questions and was unable to reach owner/ property manager . 2 texts , no response. Tried to call , voicemail full. Basically on my own, wintergreen staff was not helpful because I rented from this site rather than directly from them.

Front condo is all glass so great view. Nice balcony that seats 4 with table. Furnishings a bit worn. Kitchen stocked well except fry pans bad shape. Bring your own paper products, dish soap, dishwasher , shampoo, ect as none are provided. There are several restaurants and a general store in the resort. Easy check in. It’s close to Blue ridge parkway.

What a breathtaking view! We enjoyed everything about this condo....location, layout, view, not many steps. It was clean & had everything we needed to cook on our own. The coffee maker is not k cup so just make sure to bring "regular" coffee, filters were provided. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. Just make sure to bring matches/lighter. Firewood was supplied in the condo & if you need more, there is a rack of firewood set outside by condos. We did bring a starter log to make it easier. Takes a bit of time for rooms to warm up so just make sure to turn on switch for baseboards in bedrooms when we get there. Hot water wasn't on when we got there due to previous renter turning off breaker (no fault of owner). Warmed up right away as soon as breaker was turned on. We wish we had brought some board games, cards, etc but TV is provided. We are already looking forward to our next stay! Owner was great & quick to respond!

Fantastic location and amazing views. Very easy drive to the ski slope. The condo was extremely clean when we arrived and was exactly as advertised. Some issues mentioned in previous reviews are still not fixed, televisions do not seem to work and some outlets are too loose to use. Kitchen is adequate for basic meal prep. Owner was very responsive to a few questions. Would definitely stay again.

Great views and very nice accommodations!!

My husband and I stayed here in October. We had to ask several things when checking in. The information in the unit needs a serious update. The lighting in the remodeled bathroom is very dim. There are hardly any spices on the “well stocked” spice rack advertised on the site. Upon returning home I realized I left a coat in the unit. I texted and emailed several times and I never received a final yes or no that it had been located. I even told them I would arrange for pick up or have shipping costs taken care of if they found it. I think that was terrible and unprofessional and I won’t be able to give them a good rating mostly because of that. We aren’t really that picky or hard to please.

My son and I had an amazing time watching the sunset, talking and spending time focusing on what is most important in life…thank you so much for giving us an experience of a lifetime.

My husband and I enjoyed a fantastic Thanksgiving week at this beautiful condo. Waking up to watch the sunrise above the mountaintops below and sit in front of a fire in the fireplace every morning made this the perfect vacation. Lovely condo. Very comfortable with all the amenities one needs.
