Summary: 2 bedroom 2 bath duplex on single story. Home was just finished being fully remodeled , new comfortable beds, cozy living room furniture, all updated bathrooms, kitchen appliances, and large covered patio with privacy fenced back yard. Home is managed by owner/property management company The Space: One story home with easy access with plenty of parking. This home is located just one mile from historic downtown Franklin, where you’ll find many retail shops and fabulous restaurants, take a short walk to beautiful Pinkerton Park, down the street from Factory of Franklin for Saturday morning Farmers market, unique shops, restaurants, and entertainment, and a couple minutes to Cool Springs for many more restaurants, shopping & fun. Large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, storage, and stainless appliances. You will find everything you need for cooking. 200mbps Wifi and cable, comfortable new beds, all linens, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 roll paper towels included. *Fireplace is non functional Washer and dryer on site with ironing board and iron for your convenience. Yard is fully fenced in the back and dogs are welcome, there are 2 dogs maximum, they must be crated if you are not there with them. You must disclose pets prior to stay and there is a $75 pet fee to be paid prior to check in.. Perfect location for visiting the Franklin/Leiper's Fork area! Wish we had stayed longer! This was a perfect place for two couples. Two bathrooms are a must for us! The house was very well stocked and clean.

We were in town for The Pilgrimage Festival in September 2023 and the property was perfect for our family. We were able to walk to the festival and neighborhood felt very safe. A couple of minor issues when we arrived but one text to Melissa and she was on top of it. 30 minute drive to Nashville taking the backroads through Brentwood was a great way to avoid interstate traffic. We would recommend this location and would stay here again if our travels take us to this area.

This house looked nothing like the pictures. As soon as I pulled up I could tell immediately this place was not being taken care of with old leaves everywhere. The backyard was covered in leaves with old limbs which being a home owner I could see the leaves were old. The patio furniture was dirty. I started to prepare for my morning coffee using the Keurig but something told me to run plain water 1st to make sure nothing else would be in my coffee. Well good thing I did because all this stuff came out in my clear measuring cup which I took pictures. Honestly I found that to be completely disgusting. The home inside overall was clean, but for the money I wouldn’t stay here again. The outside needs a good cleanup including the coffee maker.

Everything went well; dishwasher didn't work but we did our few dishes by hand. FYI: the north bathroom sink drains VERY slowly, and the north bathroom door hinges squeak. Overall, we were very pleased and would certainly stay there again as well as recommend it to friends.

We had a wonderful Family stay! We were in Nashville for a baseball tournament. This place felt like home! It had everything we needed and more. The place was clean, beds were so comfortable and the hosts were amazing. We would stay again! The location of Franklin was beautiful. We went into town often and enjoyed the local businesses. Amazing place!

We were in the process to moving back into our home after a fire. Owners were so very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property!! It has a amazing yard for your dogs!!

Great location and close enough to everything without being in a busy location. Nice quiet neighborhood. My pet peeve is bed comfort. All beds are extra comfortable.

We have stayed at this property several times. It is in great location to downtown Franklin and Pinkerton park. We stay here mostly to rest when driving between Florida and Illinois. Very clean and comfortable

The place was clean and completely fenced in for our two small dogs. Very quiet! Plenty of cooking utensils and spices. Would definitely stay again!

This home was perfect for our family visit to Franklin to visit grandchildren. The 2 bedrooms. one with a king bed, the other with 2 queens, easily accommodated the three adults traveling. It is easily accessible from the highway, easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The ride into downtown Franklin is only minutes. The home is neat and clean - open concept kitchen and living area. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which is really convenient. Toiletries - shampoo and body wash were available, as was the laundry room and detergent.
For young families, this home would also work well - there is a spacious backyard, and Pinkerton Park is a child's delight with 2 playground areas geared toward different ages. The walking paths there are great for those that want to walk or run safely.
I would easily consider stasying here again in the future.

I picked this place for its proximity to both and for Franklin’s own cute downtown, and it was perfect. The unit was perfect too. Nice large bedrooms, clean bathrooms (most important thing to me), and one of my sons said it was the most comfortable bed he’s slept in. It was clean enough that I felt comfortable being barefoot and that is saying a ton! Melissa and Jon also checked on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely recommend

The rental is one half of a duplex house. Each has its own fully fenced yard. I brought my dog with me so it was important that he had a place to run off-leash. The yard is large and the fence is completely intact. Big or little dogs would enjoy the freedom to run and sniff!
The house is spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The washer/dryer were great to have after walking in the local parks after a rainstorm. Pinkerton Park is a short drive (0.2 miles) or even walkable distance away. Just up the road is the entrance to Fort Granger that connects to Pinkerton Park. That area is also walkable from the house.
A foot bridge out of Pinkerton Park leads into residential area that is a couple blocks from downtown Franklin. My dog and I walked the whole distance one morning and had a great time.
Others in the park are respectful of the city leash laws and all dogs were well-behaved. We were able to exercise and relax. We have already booked a return visit and look forward to more good food and adventures in our home-away-from-home.

Great Franklin Place
Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, and the home had nice amenities. It was very convenient to getting anywhere in the Franklin community. The home had a private fenced in backyard for our dogs as well. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was so perfect for our family. It was exceptionally clean. The beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable. The fenced backyard was wonderful for our pups. Communication was great and there were so many nice touch amenities. The location was perfect with easy access to downtown Franklin and the interstate. We cannot say enough good things about this property. Sad to leave after such a relaxing week here. Can’t wait to come back!

Communication was great and there were so many nice touch amenities. The location was perfect with easy access to downtown Franklin and the interstate. The home was comfortable with a full size kitchen, large beds, fast internet, nice porch with light string, and spacious backyard for the kids to explore. Bathrooms were renovated. It was clean throughout with no bugs. Melissa was accessible and responsive whenever we had a question or needed something. As far as location, we were minutes away from Downtown Franklin, The Factory, and Cool Springs. I'd stay here again!
