But with the humid temps in Florida, you’ll likely be spending most of your time outdoors in the pool. There’s also a hot tub attached to the pool, and we see no reason why you shouldn’t pamper yourself with both on your vacation to relax and unwind. This was a perfect house for our family vacation. There were 25 of us and there was lots of space for everyone! We all loved the pool and 4th floor game room. The kitchen was fabulous for large group cooking and there was lots of frig space and ice. The house was clean and well kept. The golf cart and bikes were added amenities that we enjoyed. The private beach was only a short walk away. All in all a house well worth the money we spent! Thank you!!

We were 15 adults and 7 children 4 and under. This is a beautiful home that accommodated all of us comfortably. The home was was very well equipped with all the amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The outdoor space and pool were amazing! We had an awesome time!!! Definitely want to come back.

We enjoyed our stay here! Would definitely recommend. Communication was great and they handled everything professionally. Make sure they have the hot tub jets fixed before your next stay and be prepared to walk up A LOT of stairs as the elevator isn’t alway reliable. This was a great home. We would stay here again!

This home worked exceptionally well for our family of 28. The 8 masters and multiple bunk rooms were perfect for our 8 couples and 12 children. Even with all these people there were always places to find alone time. The favorites were: the rooftop deck for sunsets; the pool and outdoor space, much of which was in the shade in late afternoon; proximity to the beach with the umbrellas and chairs provided; 4th floor game room; and the multiple washers and dryers; upscale appliances and furnishings; and the well equipped exceptional kitchen. The only slight negative was getting stranded on the golf cart twice and that we were only successful using it a couple of times during our stay. We would definitely recommend this home.

We had a group of 30 ppl ranging from 2 months to 60+ years old and this house was perfect. There was never a time that it felt crowded at all. The pool/patio is where we spent most of our time and it was great. We had a wedding ceremony on the roof top over looking the beach and it couldn't have been better. Kelly was very easy to get in touch with and replied very quick.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Soggy Dollar! Hot Tub and Pool were amazing! Spacious rooms, beautiful view from the roof. Reasonable walk to the beach. Only real complaint is that the kitchen lacked garbage bags, dishwasher soap and dish rags.

We had 28 people and we all fit comfortably. The location and the house are wonderful. A few essential household amenities would have been nice. For example, clothing hangers in the closets, a box of trash bags and paper towels, and a vacuum for use. I would definitely stay here again, however, if I were to go with anyone that has difficulty climbing stairs, I would think twice because the elevator worked very intermittently.

There is plenty of room to sleep what it says. However, note that the bunk rooms do not have doors (curtains only) and there can be echo throughout the house. The table is great for eating but not playing games. Minimalism is the theme. If you have 30+ people staying there, be sure to bring your own towels and blankets, if you just like to have a lap blanket. The upside was Echelon service. Kelly did respond promptly to every text that was sent. She is what made our experience positive. It was not a 5 star stay but it really could be. Location near the beach is awesome. And the rooftop is awesome as long as there is no wind. There is no instruction/information book. It would have saved some frustration had we had a book to refer to about the house and area. The stay was great because it was a perfect house for a large family that knows how to adapt.

We traveled from Ohio for our destination wedding. We booked The Soggy Dollar to accommodate our immediate family - 27 in total. We had our wedding at the private beach access less than a block away and held the reception in the house. I can’t even describe it. Everything about the house is amazing! It was so spacious that we never felt like we were crowded. It had everything we needed. It was super clean and you can tell it is very well taken care of. Property management (Kelly) was quick to respond to all of our correspondence. The pool/hot tub was amazing and the most popular hang out in the house. We would come here every year if we could. Thank you so much for a wonderful 5 days!

This was our 9th trip to Destin. Every year we rent a house There is 26 of us. This house was everything it says it is and more! Plenty of space for everyone in every area of this home. We have never stayed in a home in Destin that stayed nice and cool. We had a minor issue and it was addressed right away. I would give this home 10 stars and have planned to booked this for next year!

The house was fantastic! Better than we could have asked for!! We had our whole family a total of 31 of us in Destin Florida for our summer vacation. The house was spacious and accommodated all of us without any issues! The outdoor pool space was amazing. We spent most of our time there. The kids loved the game room. The roof top was great. We watched the fireworks on Tuesday from there!! Beach access was great an 2 minute walk. The management group was responsive to our questions or when there were any issues! We couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend staying here!!

The house exceeded our expectations. We had 20 adults and one infant. Everyone's room had everything they needed. The kitchen was spectacular. There was plenty on cookware and utensils for all meal prep. The spa and pool were fantastic. We did a seafood boil and dumped it on the table on the patio and it was unbelievable. We reserved 4 additional chairs at the beach which was a shirt walk from the house. We stay at a lot of houses in Florida through VRBO. This one was one of the best. The management was quick to respond to every need we had. All in all, we would recommend this house to anyone with a large group. The only downfall was there were no beach towels at the house. Thankfully we brought our own. Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Soggy Dollar.

Exceptional house. One of the best pool/hot tub set ups for a large group I’ve seen or stayed at. Very spacious house, private rooms and bathrooms for each family. Very short walk to the beach. Amazing house.
