About this house rental
Nestled in Woodstock, this charming house for $401 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Enter this three-level spacious townhouse to the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen. The living room offers a wrap-around couch, wood-burning fireplace, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV with DVD. The full kitchen has a microwave and dishwasher. The dining area table seats six with three more seats close by at the kitchen counter. Also on this level is a half bath and washer/dryer as well as access to the back deck. Head downstairs to a second living area with a TV, two bedrooms, and a full shared bath with a jet tub. Each bedroom on this level has a queen bed and there are two child-size twins in the living area over the futon couches. The topmost level of the townhouse has two bedrooms each with a king bed, television, air conditioning, and private bath. Enjoy membership in the Forest Ridge Club House, with an indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a deck overlooking a private pond. Loon Mountain is just a short drive away and shuttle bus service is provided on weekends and holidays in the prime season. Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces and sleeps no more than 8. This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at The pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules. This unit does not allow pets. This unit has 3 mini split air conditioners: in the upper bedrooms and main living room.

The location of this property is fantastic. Close to everything but tucked away.
The property manager is outstanding.
The condo itself is roomy and clean. Lots of room to spread out. It has some wear and tear and could use a little TLC (scuffed paint, bent broken radiators, an air hockey table that is destroyed and should be removed.)
I wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

We had such a great stay at this property! The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out for 6 adults and 2 children. We ate dinner at The Common Man which was a minute away, and also went to see the Ice Castles which were about 7 min away. Overall, we had a lovely weekend making lots of memories!

We had a wonderful time. The house was exactas listed. 3 levels of tastefully done decor. Four bedrooms with very comfortable king and queen beds. Plenty of room to spread out and ample room for everyone eat meals together. Fully stocked kitchen. Looking forward to a return visit.

There were 7 in our group. This 4 bedroom townhouse was perfect. The two older couples stayed in the 2nd floor king size bedrooms with ensuite baths. Our adult children had the basement queens rooms and shared a bath. Two living rooms to spread out made it a perfect place to stay!

Very homey feeling. House was pretty much clean, however towels were found that needed laundering along with waterbottle behind bed, so cleaning detail needs some improvement. It doesn't make sense you pay for a cleaning service but you have to clean the house before you leave....meaning gathering all garbage and taking trash to their recycling bins and sweeping and picking up floors. The house was warm, maybe too warm and the thermostat was set at 64 and the water was more than hot. Over all our family was happy and house was much more cozier compared to any traditional hotel.

I did find the realtor generally helpful but communication was great at the beginning of the process but fell short toward the time of our arrival. We were told we would be emailed a keycode which we never received. However, we were able to stop by the realtor's office prior to entering our rental. Unfortunately we were given the wrong keycode. The lockbox was awkward to use because it was too low with poor lighting. It would have been helpful to have two keys.
My daughters and their families were staying nearby in Forest Ridge and we were able to easily walk to their rental. Our rental was used primarily for sleeping.

My family has been spending the Thanksgiving weekend in Lincoln, NH for 22 years. We love the area and especially nearby North Woodstock. Over the years we have stayed at Forest Ridge several times and have always enjoyed it.

Theirs property is located in a good location to enjoy both sides of the Whire Mountains. We were able to travel to all activities in under 45 minutes. Plenty of room for the 7 adults that were utilizing the house. Have stayed in Forest Ridge several times and have always had a good experience.

My family enjoyed our stay at Forest Ridge. The basement area was perfect for our kids, and the bedrooms on the top floor were very large and comfortable. The house was clean upon arrival, and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was excellent for our needs, and it was right off the main road. We also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool. Our only complaint was the no grill policy. During the summer, this is was a major negative cooking for our family.

Stayed only three nights: The bad -Half of which had no working refrigerator - food spoiled, extra trips to supermarket for ice, food. -no offer from office about discount to buy fans or replace food using cooler/ice -July but only two working fans in a 4 bedroom, 3 living room unit. -2 of the 3 staff at office seemed annoyed versus helpful about fans and refrigerator -back door screen and handle broken -wi-fi network did not show up on our devices -some windows don't open, -water on hot setting gets extremely hot (burn warning for kids) The good -good location -nice pool (indoor and out) The mixed-bag -maintenance and office didn't really believe fridge didn't work, maint. tried reluctantly to fix (gave inaccurate reasons/excuses, did come through with spare fridge but 1 1/2 days in to 3 night trip after food already spoiled and cooler/ice/food replacement

We stayed here for a frigid ski week with our son, his wife and 2 grandchildren ages 6 mos and 3 yrs. Our son's family took the downstairs bedrooms and we were upstairs. It was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room was comfortable for all of us. The pool house up the road was delightful and mid week we had the pool to ourselves. Skied at Loon just up the road and Bretton Woods about 30 minutes away. Shuttle to Loon on the weekends only.Contacted Loon reservations about two minor issues and they were quickly resolved.
