Welcome to Island Vibe 1, a renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with private, heated pool and lots of lush tropical landscaping! Located in Holmes Beach, this lovely property is convenient to the beach and in a very quiet Holmes Beach residential neighborhood. It has one shared wall with the unit next door. From here, it's just a short walk to the many shops and restaurants of downtown Holmes Beach, as well as the Island’s only dog park. This beautiful property will sleep 6 people with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and 2 Twin beds. Plus, there is a pullout couch in the living room! You can park up to 3 cars here: 1 in the garage, and 2 in the driveway. In the backyard, you'll find a large open deck and a covered, shaded area overlooking the pool. You can even enjoy drinks at the swim-up tiki table in the pool! We've added solar string lights on the upper and lower patio for enjoying the outdoors during those great Florida evenings. You'll never miss a moment of your favorite sporting event! We have a 55" television in the living room with a DVD player, a 49" television in the master bedroom, a 49" television in the second bedroom, a 49" television in the third bedroom, AND even a 42" television on the outdoor, covered patio! Convenience for our guests is a priority for us! All of the TVs are smart TVs and have streaming television with the Spectrum App. A washer and dryer, wireless internet, cable television and free domestic long distance calling are all included! Additionally, if you're traveling with little ones or pets, we gladly provide an array of convenient items upon request. We have high-chairs, pack 'n plays, baby gates, fans, and dog crates so you can pack less and enjoy a worry-free family getaway. Just let us know what you need in advance so we can make sure it is ready for you at the property upon your arrival. There is plenty of opportunity for fun and games at Island Vibe 1. Inside the garage is a ping pong table, a beach cart, beach toys and lots of beach equipment. Additionally, there is a propane grill and outdoor propane fire pit. We are pet-friendly! Two pets are permitted with prior approval, signed Pet Addendum, and a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee. We treat for mosquitos from May through August. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. NOISE ORDINANCE: Anna Maria Island has a zero tolerance for noise after 9 PM. Please show consideration for your neighbors. No loud music, parties or playing in pools after 9 PM. If a neighbor complains, the Police Department has no choice but to file a complaint. Any tickets issued by the police department for noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in immediate eviction with no refunds of rent or deposits. We loved our stay! We felt comfortable here and they provided us with a bunch of baby gear that made our traveling easier! We loved that the pool had a shallow area which was perfect for our one year old to hang out on (with us of course). The hang out area by the pool was so nice! We loved that it was in the middle of the island so it was close to some restaurants but also a nice short trip to both sides of the island! We would definitely stay here again!

Sara is the absolute best. Her homes are decorated so lovely and stocked with all essentials. I am late posting, but we stayed in Island Vibe I the last week of August into Labor Day weekend. By Monday I was engaged ❤️ and by Tuesday we couldnt hide the elephant in the room any longer ... Hurricane Idalia was on her way. We prayed that Idalia would spare AMI and she did. We never even lost power. Wednesday and Thursday were clean-up days, but by Thursday afternoon we were shelling on the beach. We love AMI and we love Sara.

First let me tell you that this property is worth every penny. The home was very well kept and beautifully decorated. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the decor was beyond cute. We cooked in every night and there was just about any dish or pan you would need. The fridge is filtered so you don’t have to buy bottled water or get ice every day.
Sara, the host is super responsive and caters to your every need. The garage is well equipped for the beach complete with a wagon and 2 bikes to ride to the beach. Even a beer fridge in the garage. The pool was heated and had the best little tiki hut to escape the sun when needed. There is TV out on the patio to listen to music and while swimming, a very nice grill and tons of beach towels available. I was a bit worried about the pool given that we have a toddler but once I realized that living space was on another level from the pool that worry faded. We have a service dog who we believe enjoyed the vacation even more than we did. We can NOT wait to return back to this property. It was our best vacation in Anna Maria to date and we have been coming for 8 years. Thank you Sara for letting us rent. It was home away from home. ❤️

The house was well stocked, lots of pool and beach toys and everything else you’d need. It was very clean and comfortable and in a great location. Sara was great and responsive. We will definitely be booking again!!

This house was perfect for my family of five! We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor hang out spaces! It was about a five block walk to the beach but it was very doable with the wagon and chairs and anything we might need or want on the beach provided. Sara was very communicative and the beds were all comfortable. Awesome stay! Thank you!

Sara's home was perfect for our family vacation. Well stocked, great pool area, lots of beach supplies and short walk to the beach! Sara was very accommodating and made sure we had items for our baby upon arrival. Would recommend her home to anyone looking to stay on AMI.

The house is really nice. The outdoor area /pool is SO nice! Close to the beach. Close to restaurants, park (pickleball), and the fitness center. Wish we could stay longer!

Sara was a great and responsive host to questions both before and during our stay. This property was set up very nicely and comfortably had sleeping areas for 4 adults, and a kids room set up for our 1 and 3 year old. Having access to beach towels, umbrellas, and kids high chair meant we didn't have to pack quite as much. Access to the private beach area worked well, and the back porch with the grill, outdoor dining table, seating area, and the heated pool are the highlights of the stay. Would definitely come back!

What an amazing experience! Sarah is wonderful and her home is fabulous! This was our 2nd time to the island and our best VRBO experience to date! 2022 Summer Vacation
The property was wonderful! Perfect distance to the beach and very pet friendly. Everyone from the olds to the kiddos had a fun and relaxing vacation. Enough space without stepping on each other. Would highly recommend for family’s of all ages.

We had a great time staying here. The house was clean and well supplied with kitchen utensils, modern appliances there were plenty of towels and chairs for everyone.
The pool and outdoor dinning/ tv area was a huge hit! Could play cards or watch a movie wile the younger ones played in the pool!
The only thing I would say needs changing is the master bedroom mattress… very worn out and uncomfortable ended up sleeping on the couch!!

Annual family Anna Maria island trip.
We had a great time staying here. The house was clean and well supplied with kitchen utensils, modern appliances there were plenty of towels and chairs for everyone.

Great week!
Our family of 4 (kids ages 10 & 12) had such a wonderful stay! The outdoor space was perfect and just what we needed after a long winter in quarantine. Even on the hottest days, we were able to spend the day outside because of the large shaded area. Hope to come back again!

Location Great to Access Beach and to Explore AMI
Hard to beat the Holmes Beach location of this side by side duplex. It was less than 10 minute walk to public beach access. It was also just a short bike to downtown restaurants and shops, Manatee Beach, and Publix. It was also only 20 minute bike ride to the city of Anna Maria.
The private pool area was a very comfortable place to hang out and relax. Nothing like a nicely heated pool to cool off after a long walk on the beach.
The owner, Sara, was very helpful and promptly answered our questions. We would definitely stay at this place again when visiting AMI.

Loved Our Stay at Island Vibe 1
Our family so enjoyed our stay at Island Vibe one and would not hesitate to book this property again. The location is perfect - short walk to the beach or to the dog park or anything else you’d like to do, including shopping. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of spaces for people to sit in different areas to enjoy both the indoors and outdoors. We loved having ping pong tournaments and playing cards downstairs by the pool as a family. Highly recommend this as an opportunity for family fun.

There were over a dozen big soft beach towels. Every sheet, blanket, towel, throw pillow smelled like fresh laundry.The large outdoor living space was our favorite feature. It was a relaxing paradise. Beautiful pool and yard lined with palm trees. We loved eating outside on the big table. The garage was STOCKED with everything needed for pool and beach. Wagon, chairs, umbrellas, tent, floats, kites, snorkels, etc. etc. etc.It seems like Sara purchases anything she thinks one may want before your arrival. I will go out of my way to stay at one of her properties again.

With 4 kids learning virtually, a change of pace was needed. We did a ton of research as to where to go and where to stay. We wanted a place with a pool, near the beach, and one that allowed pets. This place was a great find! The kids would do school during the day and then jump in the pool after. We would all walk to the beach after dinner. We stayed a total of 9 nights and it was just what we needed.
Here are a few things I liked:
Ice cold air, location, privacy, pet friendly, super awesome owner, strong internet
Some I did not:
A bit difficult to make sure 4 kids and a husband working from home had enough privacy, the washer didn't work (but the owner was super helpful and let us use another unit), the peace of the week was disturbed when rowdy neighbors rented next-door and wanted to stay up late (they did quiet down once I asked them to tone it down), and there needed to be more cutting boards.
The house had pretty much everything you could need and even had trash bags and dish soap. The owner is very laid back but involved if you want her to be. This is a great place for a family to stay who wants to distance from others but wants to get away.
