About this condo rental
May 18 to 25 Special at $1400, plus cleaning and tax. One of few Pointed units ( meaning ocean view from entire living space ) at Topsail Dunes overlooks the beach and the pool. It is located right next to the beach and pool access. There are no stairs to climb with a walk up ramp leading to the front door! Guests are able to enjoy watching sunrise and sunset over the ocean from the entire living area (ceiling to floor glass windows in living and dining areas). The unit has tiled floor in the living and dining area. The unit has a wrapped around balcony facing the ocean and a screened porch at the sound side (ideal for bikes, beach chairs and surf boards). Master bedroom has a king bed, and second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin-size beds. Kitchen is fully stocked with necessary cooking utensils. There are three TVs (living, king and queen bedroom), a DVD player, and some movies, books and games. Topsail Island is known for its quieter, uncrowded white sand beaches. Within a few miles there are restaurants, amusements (Jungle land miniature golf, bumper boats, and go carts), shops, grocery, gas station, library, and post office. Any water activity you can name will be found locally. The North Shore Country Club golf course is just a few minutes away. Fishing is available nearby. Keywords: Condominium

Our stay was great. The rooms were perfect. Access to beach and pool were fantastic. Very relaxing stay as the beach was not crowded and people were very friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool and hunting ghost crabs on the beach. We definitely will be back.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The condo was perfect, clean, comfortable and best of all, the location made getting to the beach and the pool so easy. The view from the balcony was incredible and we spent a lot of mornings and evenings there.
This is definitely a property we will book again and have already recommended it to friends and family!!

We had the most amazing time staying in this home! Mei was so incredibly helpful, prompt on communication and quick to respond. She was kind enough to even reach out on the day of arrival because the condo was available earlier. This home is just as beautiful as the pictures. You will not find a better view of the ocean. I enjoyed so many sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. The beaches were not crowded and with 3 kids (8,6 & 4) being right on the beach was ideal. 1st Floor made loading and unloading the car a breeze. The condo is also very primely located right next to the pool.
Condo was very clean and cozy, well stocked with frequently used items to get us started before having time to grocery shop too! We will be back!

there were 5 adults and the condo was perfect. So close to the beach and the pool. The views were amazing. Went into Surf City one day and had lunch and did the escape room. That was the only time we left. If you want a quiet location this condo delivers. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and relax. Loved it

This property was as advertised, terrific access the beach and pool, awesome Sunrises, everything you'd want for a Beach get away. The only comment we'd make, my Son's laughed every time they turned on the TV in the family room, the TV legs are on backwards! LOL, speaks volumes on how awesome this Condo is! We'll be back...

Perfect little get away location. The views are amazing. The living room, kitchen, dining room was plenty spacious. The deck is dang near sitting on the dunes. So close to the ocean that on a windy day you can feel the ocean spray off the waves. We didn’t use the pool but the distance to the pool was almost as close as it is to the beach. Looked like a good place to fish. Sitting on the porch enjoying the view and there was always people on the beach fishing. The property owner communicated very quickly with any concerns. Check in and out was a breeze. I’d recommend staying here and I just might again soon if I get another time to get away to visit the kids out there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the week. It was exactly what was needed. The condo has very close access to the beach and the views from the balcony and inside as well are beautiful and relaxing. Mei was a gracious and responsive host with any questions before the trip. We did not have any issues whatsoever during our stay. Thank you!

This property was exactly what we wanted! Beautiful, clean, close to the beach and in a quiet area. Mei messaged she was there if we needed her, but we didn't need a thing. Super easy check in and check out. Pool was great and the beach was amazing. Would totally recommend and will be back for sure!

Closest deck to ocean we have ever rented and there was a constant breeze. Condo to beach and to pool less than 2 minute walk. Beach was well maintained and not crowded in front of condo. Pool was clean. Condo is updated and Wifi strong if need to connect for work. Definitely recommend and we will return. Owner was very accessible and friendly.

Wonderful Unit
We loved our trip to this condo. The location was fantastic and everything we needed was there. We brought our own linens, which wasn’t as much of an issue as we expected. We had a great time and hope to come back again!

The boardwalk was right next to the condo, so beach access was incredibly close! We walked the beach and collected shells every morning, and were able to sort them out on the porch. I can’t rave enough about the condo and we will definitely be back next year!!

Great Views
We had a great vacation. The views are amazing as you you can see the ocean from all sides in the main areas. The location is right by the access to the beach so you can be on the sand in less than a minute! Highly recommend this location and hope to visit again.

I had an amazing stay here if Christmas! Mei is such a wonderful and accommodating host! The weather was nice and you are quite literally on the water, is was nice hearing the waves crash while in the condo! Over all the condo was comfortable not over top but just what you need for a nice relaxing vacation.

What a lovely location! We loved our first time ever stay in North Topsail. The condo was awesome and such easy access to the beach. It was a favorite pastime to sit in the rockers or in the chairs on the deck to watch the dolphins go by every day!
