This three bedroom retreat is spacious enough to lodge up to six guests The residence is situated on the second (really 2rd) floor of a building with lift. The bedrooms include split king-size bed , queen-size bed and queen-size sofa sleeper . The bathroom is well stocked with all modern amenities for your comfortable stay Are you a lover of food ? You will be delighted to use the fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite recipes Those who love grilled food can take advantage of the private charcoal barbecue Wireless Internet access is also available to catch up with emails , keep tabs on office , work or surf the web . Mariza was very accommodating. She met us at her apartment and explained everything thoroughly. She has plenty of how-to guides for transportation, food, sightseeing, etc. I recommend using her to book transportation. Thank you!

The apartment was very nice with a perfect amount of space. Location to the metro was a 2 minute walk around the corner, and there are quite a few amazing restaurants within .25 of a km. 2 stops on the Metro to Downtown Athens without the hassle of traffic.

This is an awesome place to see true culture, access to walk to everything but a little bit away from constant tourist. Owner is absolutely amazing and was helpful with everything that was needed! Loved Greece!

A hidden treasure. We loved this flat!
This property is trendy, new, clean and beautiful. Our host made sure that everything we needed was there. We could not have felt more at home in a foreign city thanks to Mariza. Close to the metro station, this flat is an inner-city neighborhood. Like many cities, you want to be aware of crime and traffic and a large number of neighbours but we had no problem with getting around and getting to the store or the local bakery (24 hour!). Wifi was working well and getting cabs or Uber nearby was no problem. This building also has security doors, a beautiful new elevator and some features that save electricity but still give you all the amenities you need.

Fantastic
The apartment is small but very clean, well equipped (o.k. forget the kitchen knifes;-)), with three bedrooms and a large balcony. The metro station is only three minutes by foot, the Akropolis only three stops. Bakery and supermarket are within a few minutes walking distance. Mariza was a great host. She was very friendly and helpful, organised transport from the airport and to the port and answered every question prompt and forthcoming. We would always stay at the apartment again when in Athens.

WONDERFUL Place to Stay!!!
A Beautiful apartment with great location! Extremely clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located near the Metro in a nice neighborhood. The porch area was fantastic - since it was December it was a bit cold to be outside but what a great space to enjoy in better weather!
Mariza was an AMAZING host ! - quick to respond to any message or question before we arrived. She also arranged for our transportation from the airport to the apartment on a busy Christmas Eve and met us there to welcome us. She had a binder of valuable information about the area, restaurants and things to do which helped us plan our stay. She even left us a basket of “goodies” and a bottle of wine in the fridge! It was a wonderful and welcoming way to begin our trip in Greece. We completely enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend it!

Nice, welcoming apartment. Good air conditioning to help us relax after a tiring day. Comfy beds. Located close to a tube station and the tourist bus. Harry met us with the keys. Very useful handover with plenty of tourist tips..

The apartment was brilliant! Clean, charming, quite lovely and had EVERY amenity. These handheld massagers were a real pleasure coming back every afternoon (after hydromassage shower). Diner on the balcony, under the stars and then enjoy a variety of movies in home cinema or play table games with children. It was really great. The location super! The area was wonderfully central and just a few steps from the subway. Mariza was extremely helpful, always at disposal. She was at the apartment waiting when we arrived from the airport, familiarized us with the apartment and had a nice welcome basket available for us, as well as a packet with information of the neighborhood and a lot of guides. We could not have asked for a better landlord. We would definitely consider renting the apartment again and recommend it to everyone.

Best Apartment Rental I've ever had
This apartment was absolutely incredible. Very chic, very modern. Not one thing was missing. This apartment had way more than we needed, and it made for a brilliant experience. Comfortable beds, gorgeous balcony, and very technologically savvy setup with a great wide screen HD TV with plenty of satellite channels. The internet was a fast speed, the kitchen had every amenity imaginable. I can't say one bad thing about this listing.
