La ubicación es lo mejor del hotel, el problema es que el estacionamiento está a dos cuadras, tiene costo adicional y no cuentan con servicio de Valet Parking
La habitación es pequeña; sin embargo, lo que no me gustó es que el estacionamiento está a dos cuadras, no hay Valet Parking y no hay señalamientos de como llegar al estacionamiento, hay que bajarse y preguntar en recepción

# 1 : The staff was fantastic. Janet was very helpful, along with the guy in the restaurant. Janet offered the use of microwave in the kitchen. The guy in the restaurant heated it up for us. We used the microwave oven twice. Thanks for allowing us to use it. The butler at the door even took us to a store where we could buy water.
#2 : Very high ceiling. I look it.
#3 : The room lighting is very sufficient to read. The room was quiet despite being in the centro area.
#4 : The terrace on the top floor is so beautiful . We used it for lunch. There is another outside seating area on the 5th floor terrace. There were pictures that showed what it was like before the remodeling which I really like.
#5 : The location is great. It is close to everything and there are restaurants nearby.
#6 : WiFi, shower, lights all worked well. Room was clean daily.
#7 : free use of the bike but we didn’t use it because the streets are quite narrow in the city center.
Definitely I won’t hesitate to stay in this hotel again.
A bit expensive but it is very close to the Cathedral so it is ok.
Breakfast is not included in the price even though it is pricey and there is a restaurant on site.
The swimming pool was under maintenance and I wasn’t informed ahead of time.
The key card didn’t work until the last day. I finally didn’t have to trouble anyone to let me into my room .
Communication with the hotel is quite poor . The responses after emailing the questions using Booking.com platform took days. It wasn’t prompt enough for me.
The hotel picture shown in Booking is not accurate. The reason why I reserved the corner room with balcony was the small table, a sofa and a sofa for one person. When I check in to the room, there weren’t t . Apparently there is only 1 room with this amenity . Thanks to Janet. I was able to change to the room with the sofa.

Tiene excelente ubicación, la alberca es muy cómoda y tiene lo suficiente para pasar un buen rato.
La ventana del cuarto estaba mal colocada, el personal del hotel dijo que eran "modernas" y por eso colgaban (realmente era que la bisagra estaba vencida. Nos dio a elegir si queríamos que estuviera abierta o cerrada, por lo que en toda la estancia estuvo cerrada y el cuarto parecía de locos sin ninguna ventana y al despertar todo estaba oscuro.

the facilities are great, roof garden with not umbrellas but great view, the location is great but this property is only if you do not have a car, parking is a nightmare because they have not parking lots
parking, most horrible thing to leave your car in a parking lot 3 blocks away from the hotel and with a massive traffic in the center of the city takes 45 minutes, in addition when you leave you should walk with your luggage or find someone to pick you at the entry

What a well-crafted space. The building is one of the oldest still operating as a hotel in Mexico, and it was very well thoughtfully redesigned and modernized. Great public spaces including the pool area and the outside area on floor 5. The room was large, with a comfortable bed and nice shower. The staff were lovely, and the location is great for exploring the historic city center.

The location was perfect close to main attractions, the room was big, the bed really comfortable and the staff friendly and attentive. The architecture of the hotel has the beauty of the past with modern decor.
I stay twice in two different rooms one night each time, the second room had a smell not sure what was the smell but was not very pleasant

Closeness to downtown.
Parking is not on property it is 1.5 blocks away and you need to be acompanied by an employee to enter or leave. It is just time consuming and inconvenient. I ended up just parking somewhere else where I paid for day parking.

The hotel is very nicely decorated. It’s very clean, spacious and comfortable. It has a ver good restaurant. The staff were excellent. They made sure to meet all our needs. Really friendly

The pool and view upstairs were fantastic, world-class. The staff was friendly. The location was outstanding. The place was spotless. Our room was quiet as requested.
We should have been directed to a specific parking lot near the hotel as there is no parking on-site. It would be very easy to give specific directions to a parking lot. You would even have several locations printed and handed out to those who pull up. Also, I thought that for that price 1) Our room was too small. 2) Breakfast should have been included.

Great location! Beautifully remodeled. Terrace with pool is so nice. Beds were so comfortable. Great WiFi connection. Friendly staff. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

If staying again, I would not get a room with a balcony because the street noise was somewhat loud.
