PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION Located on a quiet residential street on the Glenwood Springs Golf Course with panoramic mountain views, this spacious house offers an inviting feel from the moment you arrive. Upon entering, guests are drawn into the spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and amazing views of the mountains and Colorado River. The layout of this beautifully decorated home creates a perfect space for families to gather or couples who are traveling together. You will never feel crowded with all of the space this house offers! Guests will enjoy 4 spacious bedrooms along with 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, laundry room, office, pool table, great room, additional family/TV room, wet bar, garage and viewing decks. The master suite (upstairs) has a king size bed, full spa like bathroom including bidet, private deck which boasts beautiful views, a relaxing fireplace and a 55" flat screen TV. The second bedroom (upstairs) offers two twin beds which conveniently convert into a king-sized bed upon request. This bedroom has a private access door to the bath that is located off the kitchen area. The third bedroom (downstairs) has a queen sized bed, and a nicely appointed bathroom. The fourth bedroom (downstairs) offers a queen size bed, viewing deck, full bathroom and a 40" flat screen TV. When it is time to relax, play pool or watch a movie, the great room or family room is the perfect spot! You will enjoy the large flat screen TV, wet bar and comfortable seating. There are many areas to enjoy a quiet and relaxing cocktail or glass of wine while taking in the spectacular views. Chefs can also take advantage of the nicely appointed kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you may need to cook a delicious meal. Great location, clean, gorgeous views. Everything was perfect. Loved the pool table! Kitchen had everything we needed with the exception of a meat thermometer. Garage door opener provided so we didn’t have to go out into the cold. Someone even shoveled our driveway! Will definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for my family. We have stayed in five different homes and most hotels in Glenwood. We really enjoyed our time there. My wife absolutely loved the home. There was a problem with the TV in the master. For whatever reason, we could not get the cable tv to connect. I didn't care but my wife likes to fall asleep to the tv being on. I put on white noise and she was fast asleep.

Location and view were great. House had a lot of steps for older people but that is what you get when you build on the side of a canyon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was perfect for our family! The house was clean, convenient (you will need a car as it is up a hill) and nice. I was looking for a place with adequate bedrooms and bathrooms and liked that this place had a bathroom for each bedroom. It also had a large couch for us to hang out together and a large table for eating and playing games. We definitely wanted a place with aircondlting as we were going in late July (and it ended up being in the 90's, so it was much appreciated). Have a basement lounge area with a pool table was appreciated also. The deck was great for morning coffee and evening conversation. This place checked all the boxes and was perfect for our family vacation in Glenwood Springs. Would highly recommend.

Glenwood Springs is a really special place. This beautiful home overlooks the town with unbelievable views of the mountains and the Colorado river. Excellent location and minutes to everything.

The house was beautiful, large, very comfortable for our family of six adults. A bath for each bedroom was so nice. The views are lovely and the location was ideal for what we had planned. We enjoyed it so much we hated to leave.

We had an amazing time in Glenwood celebrating our Mom’s birthday. This house was everything that we hoped it would be. We chose it because of the open floor plan and it was perfect. So much room… honestly more than we needed but it was nice. Each of us had our own bedroom / bathroom. House was very clean and supplied everything we needed. (Our only recommendation is to purchase new pots and pans… not good / safe to use). Light and bright with nice views. Great neighborhood that is quiet and a very short drive to Main Street. Loved having the garage to park in as well! This would be a great house for a much larger party.. it could accommodate more people than we had for our long weekend. We would love to come back with our whole family!

It’s a beautiful clean home. Plenty of space for the seven of us. The views were incredible, but the noise from I-70 was loud so sitting outside on the decks was not enjoyable. The two bedrooms upstairs were comfortable. The two bedrooms downstairs really need the mattresses replaced, because they were not comfortable and wore out.

This is our second time staying here and both time we loved everything about the house. It was decorated so nicely for Christmas and we all felt so much at home. It is in a great location to enjoy Glenwood Springs and the surrounding ski areas. We will continue to use this home as a place to stay when we come back to the area.

This was our 2nd stay in this property, and we'll be back! Everyone gets comfortable beds and their own bathroom, and the kitchen/dining room area is spacious and features awesome views. A short drive to downtown and the fabulous Glenwood Springs pool, where we spent time each afternoon.

We have stayed here two years in a row. It is such a nice home. Lots of space and in a perfect location for driving into town or going hiking. We are a couple, but easily could fit 4 couples or a few families with no problem. No bunk beds or pull our couches. Just rooms! The amenities can not be beat! So clean and modern for a rental. It is worth every penny. We plan to stay here again for sure!

The house was spotless. Views are fantastic. We had a chick golf trip and the location is great for Lakota and Iron Bridge golf courses. The house is very spacious. It's well stocked with kitchen utensils and pots & pans. Overall it's very very comfortable and I would give this VRBO a 10 if I could.

This property was absolutely ideal for a girls’ getaway. Glenwood Springs is the perfect spot to explore so many fun options, and we really packed it in: rafting, hiking, hot springs, the vaudeville show (highly recommend!), food, dancing, drinks, and day trips up to Aspen and Snowmass. The home is so spacious, comfortable, and clean. We could not have asked for a more beautiful setting. If I ever return to this part of Colorado I will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place
This home was the perfect fit for our family to come together. The views overlooking the valley were awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed and lots of space to gather and work in. The bedrooms were clean, comfy and nicely appointed. We loved having the garage available to park the cars out of the sun and heat.
The afternoon sun was super intense which made having dinners outside very difficult. A shade to roll down and block the sun would have been nice.
We loved coming to this house and look forward to returning next summer.

This is a great place! Great location: close to town, trails, activities, but still away enough to be quiet. Gorgeous views and plenty of space for my family to spread out. My kids really enjoyed the piano. We would definitely book again.

You could literally see into the master bedroom through the fireplace so there was really no privacy. Other than that, a wonderful stay!
