Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.
Eine Spülmaschine wäre schön. Die Waschmaschine hat nicht ordentlich funktioniert.

Freundlich und hell eingerichtet, Klimaanlage vorhanden. Balkon mit Morgensonne und Blick Richtung Hafen. Direkt am Strand! Geschäfte (auch Supermärkte) in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Küche könnte eine Modernisierung vertragen, ist aber funktionell völlig okay. Poolbereich ist sanierungsbedürftig, Liegen sind nicht ansprechend.
Meer sehr flach an der Stelle, zum Schwimmen besser ein Stück Richtung Hauptstrand laufen.

Comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with nice living room and balcony overlooking swimming pool and sea view. Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean. Great location, close to the port with lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Free parking right outside the building (if full you can leave your car on the street). Very big swimming pool (max depth 2 meters!) + Small pool for the kids. Fantastic beach literally 1 minute from the apartment. Fully recommened !
