THE PROPERTY The house is a two storey Village (duplex) has 150sqm. The house has 4 very large bedrooms, ALL rooms are equipped with air conditioning, being 2 en suite bedrooms, 2 normal bedrooms, a social bathroom (totaling 3 bathrooms), living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, laundry area. Three double beds, one single bed, and a pullout bed. We have 2 extra single mattresses. Visitors will have at their disposal all household items (3 TVs, 2 Cable TV points, NETFLIX, WIFI, Fan, Hanger) and cooking utensils (stove, pantry table, refrigerator, cups, plates, cutlery, trays, pans) Basic Towels, sheets, soap and toilet paper THE CONDOMINIUM Family condominium with educated and friendly neighbors, has swimming pool, recreation area, event area and 2 parking spaces. On Mondays, the pool undergoes maintenance. The event area must be previously hired. The guest should consult the value and availability, as well as the rules for renting the space. The caretaker goes to collect the garbage from the house every day (except Sunday, collecting Monday at 9am) in the afternoon. The user's only task is to put the garbage bags in the bucket at the back of the house. Under no circumstances does the caretaker enter the residence to collect the garbage.
