The room and some of the furniture was looking old ..but its good they are currently doing renovation. We did find a few bits and pieces under the bed..so probably needed better sweep..but the bed was comfortable and nice bedding

Basically, we liked everything. The main thing is that everything corresponded to the description and expectation. The room was very warm. Attentive staff. Very convenient check-in and check-out schedule. Not far from the highway. Good option for an overnight stay on the road. From the "offers": plumbing and furniture require maintenance and repair ...

If you are looking for hotels with "stars", then this is not your place.

Everything was fine, secure parking.

The owner proved to be flexible with my checking-out hours. He was also hospitable offering us coffe for free. There is a private parking lot in the yard, with an automatically closing gate. The owner ensures round-a-clock check-in and check-out services. The location is 2 minutes away from the highway. And, very important, the stay was in general good value for the money, which explains why I saw many customers accommodated on the premises (unclear if they were accommodated at Larisa's or at the place where I stayed).

Firstly, the owner's correctness (or rather his lack of it). When making the reservation, Booking.com offered me, as a Genius customer, the chance of staying in a 3-person-room on the first floor at the same price as for a two-person-room in the converted loft. When I checked in, the owner did not 'honour' the correct reservation, mumbljng excuses about a mistake (?!) Also, I still do not understand if my reservation was made with Larisa Guesthouse (next door), with an associate of this guesthouse or was a completely business running in a former location of this guesthouse. The location still preserves much of the investment made in Larisa. Last but not least,, despite the acceptible cleanliness of the rest of the room, the bathroom was not in the proper condition of encouraging me to take a shower (I am not a too demanding person). Many places inside the guesthouse were not very clean.
