Horrible Stay

The location and views

The rules are inconsistent and not accomodative. If you have paid money and you have 8 people who have booked in. How can you be restricted to one visitor at a time as if it's a hospital. Check in in is difficult and not friendly. You actually feel like an intruder more than a paying guest. Cockyness of the host was not appreciated very rude. The jacuzzi didn't work, couldn't be made hot. In fact, we should get our money back. The gas braai written as a facility is not a real gad braai but a scottle pan. I was not too pleased 😒. I would never recommend the apartments to anyone who wants to come relax and have fun too much red tape even on things that are not necessary. Great The rules are inconsistent and not accomodative. Amazing stay

It's clean and specious. It has everything you need in a house. The view is amazing and it is very secured. It is a home away from Home.

The were no cleaning services during our stay.

The aircon was a welcomed relief from the durban heat. The rooms were beautifully well-kept, and the overall feel of the penthouse was warm and welcoming with the welcomed addition of the balcony to add to the overall appeal of the house.

The cupboard doors leading into the bathroom were off the hinges, the cupboard draw in the kitchen was broken

Location is great with sea view

1. We found one of the bedroom bedsheet was dirty with washing powder on it. 2. The couch was extremely old that sunk in can heatedly be seated and one of the kitchen drawer was broken 3. No tea or coffee at all nor any hand wash/soap or shower gel, worst of all we stayed for 2 nights, there were only 1 toilet roll per toilet. We ended up buying our own toilet paper 4. Managing agent/whoever deals with the booking.com queries for this property were not so helpful. Firstly requested every single person’s identification without full explanation. Secondly when we asked for the dirty bedroom sheet to be changed, she did not bother to respond at all, instead just set housekeeper the next day arrives unexpected

A nightmare

The only thing was the views

The management agent could not even apologize after I raised an issue. For the money they charge it's not worth it. I will never recommend it to anyone because you get views in other properties. There were no change of towels, the couches are not comfortable, its dirty, the bathrooms, the curtains were dirty and the list goes on.

Cockroaches, they should invest in fumigation. They noted "Private Pool", and we found a "flat hot tub" they said... Should have been very specific about this
