Stanza molto confortevole

Non si sono presentati puntuali al check in nonostante avessimo avvisato per l'orario d'arrivo, colazione al bar pagata da noi senza la consegna del voucher e scarsa non da luxory, abbiamo provato a ricontattare la struttura per un problema, ma non abbiamo più avuto riscontro alla richiesta. Non parliamo dei documenti...

Es war laut, nicht wirklich sauber und die Handtücher haben gestunken

No heating!

1.The location it s in the center, every night parties, the level of the noise it s high, you can not sleep. If you want to sleep in the holiday i would not recomend it 2.the wc it s actualy in the room(separated from the bed with a transparent wall, you have no intimicy to the bathroom 3.i ve asked financial documents(invoice) they promised to give them, then i asked them several times they postponed them and after i left they never send them(even if i asked many times).

Very nice room design and location.

There is no reception in the location and no information how to check in apon arrival. Lack of information eg. Wi-Fi connection, how to use the amenities (we asked over the phone). Breakfast is not offered There was a lot of noise at night when we were staying, I recommend take earplugs just in case.

Look no further, the best place to stay in town! Bravissimi! Beautiful location, and the owner is amazing! Top!!!
