Nestled in The Villages, this charming villa for $151 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This Courtyard Villa has a beautiful large open kitchen. We can't even imagine how to fill all the cupboard space. The kitchen has a full length bar/pass-thru open to the dining and living area and an ample pantry off to the side. The overall house plan is open and inviting. Particularly if you are entertaining, you are always within ear and eye shot of your guests. The floors were just recently done in a rich wood throughout with the main living areas and master bedroom. The lanai was also recently redone in a very nice tile. The guest bedrooms have comfortable wall-to-wall carpet. The Master Bedroom has a king size sleigh bed and is furnished in natural wood colors while the Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed and is in an old world white style. The Third Bedroom has a Murphy bed (queen size) with a small office setup with desk and chair - the perfect spot to check your e-mail or scan the Internet. The Master Bedroom has a large walk-in closet and also a flat screen LED TV with a built in DVD player for those evenings when you simply want to relax in bed and watch your favorite program or DVD. You can also step outside from the Master Bedroom through your private entrance onto the lanai for a breath of fresh air. The Master Bath has a nice sized walk-in shower, while the Guest Bath has a full size tub and shower. The Guest bedroom and bathroom can be separated from the main living area by closing a pocket door. The living space has an entry to the lanai and also a large flat panel TV and DVD player for your watching enjoyment. A variety of table games are also included. The fully enclosed lanai is a great addition in that you can use it year-round. The floor-to-ceiling glass panes can slide closed to keep the rain out, or slide open to allow the fresh air in thru the screens. Outside the lanai is a wonderful custom patio area which is perfect for that first cup of coffee, reading the newspaper, or even maybe privately working on your tan since the backyard of this Courtyard Villa is completely enclosed for privacy. Plus there is a propane gas grill for those you love to do a bit of 'grillin'. The garage provides ample parking for your one car (needed only to come in and leave from your vacation) and a provided Yamaha 2-person Golf Cart (main mode of transportation while in The Villages). Also included is of course free High Speed Wi-Fi Internet Service and free daily newspaper delivery (The Villages Daily Sun).

The house was comfortable and clean. The pool was not far and the downtown was close by. We cooked a meal one evening for six and the kitchen was set up with everything we needed. The owner was just a phone call away. Thank you for everything! We enjoyed our stay.

The property's location is amazing. Walk to Lake Sumpter square, the golf cart was very handy. Jeff is great to work with and responds quickly to any of your needs.

This is a great place to stay and Jeff and company had gone way beyond what was expected. The house is in great shape and very close to all the action in Lake Sumter Landing. The golf cart was a big bonus. All the instructions are what to do and where to go were greatly appreciated.

I highly recommend this property. The friendliness of the owner, the quick response to any questions, cleanliness, and the location was second to none. The whole process was easy, zero stress and allowed us to concentrate on enjoying our vacation. If you want to stay in a great accommodations and be close to Sumpter Landing I highly recommend this property.

My wife and I stayed for multiple weeks on a working vacation. The internet performed fine and we were both able to work without issues. The house layout allowed us to both work and attend virtual meetings without interfering with each other. All appliances worked well. The golf cart was a lot of fun and used very little gas (less than $6 to fill it back up!). The 4 seasons room was a great place to hang out. Everything in the house was fully functional. We really enjoyed the location, so close to Sumter landing! We drove the golf cart many times to Sumter landing, multiple mornings to Lake Miona rec center to swim laps, and also to Palmer Legends to hit balls at the driving range. All of the restaurants were good, no wait (of course this is summer time), great service, and wonderful food. We can't wait to move here in the next few years and continue taking in all there is to offer! Jeff was non-intrusive, very attentive whenever we had questions, and really easy to work with. I would definitely rent from him again!

This was a great place for my mother and I to stay in the Villages. Close to everything at Lake Sumpter and the golf cart was perfect to get around the area. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen, towels, comfy bedrooms. The house was very roomy with a lot of space to spread out and relax. Great communication with Jeff and a really easy check-in and checkout process. I would highly recommend and look forward to a return visit in the future! Thank you!

Nice clean villa. It worked for our last minute trip. The only thing I would of liked, is that it was within walking distance of Lake Sumter. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We thought that we left an heirloom ring and he called cleaning people and new renters to check. I thought that was so sweet. Luckily, it was found in our car.

We hid at The Villages during the last hurricane. This was a perfect place as they allow short stays of 3 days or more. Worked perfect for us. Property manager was great.
