YOU WILL NEVER WANT TO LEAVE THIS LAKESIDE RETREAT OFFERING 2 LARGE BEAUTIFUL POOLS WITH WATERFALLS, A BIG SLIDE, & A WATER FEATURE TO DIP YOUR TOES IN WHILE SAYING "CHEERS TO GOOD VIBES & A RELAXING VACAY!" YOU WILL ENJOY THE LAID BACK AND CHEERFUL DECOR THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. THIS ONE STORY HOME HAS 4 BEDROOMS (ONE IS A HUGE BUNK ROOM WITH SEVERAL BEDS & A BRAND NEW QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA). THE HOUSE HAS A LARGE OPEN FLOOR PLAN WITH HIGH END KITCHEN APPLIANCES AND A FUN BAR WITH A HOSHIZAKI COMMERCIAL GRADE ICE MAKER, WINE REFRIGERATOR & IT'S OWN REFRIGERATOR TO KEEP YOUR BEVERAGES NICE & COLD! THE KITCHEN HAS A VIKING STOVE & OVEN, DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE, TOASTER OVEN, KEURIG, & A MR. COFFEE BRAND COFFEE MAKER. THERE ARE 3 REFRIGERATORS TOTAL INSIDE THE HOUSE. (ONE IN THE KITCHEN, ONE IN THE BAR AREA, & ONE IN THE GAME ROOM). WE ALSO HAVE A HUGE PANTRY IN THE KITCHEN FULLY STOCKED WITH POTS, PANS, DISHES, BOWLS, CUPS, SILVERWARE, COOKING UTENSILS, AND TONS OF PLATTERS FOR APPETIZERS. THERE ARE PLENTY OF PLACES TO SIT OUTSIDE ON THE HUGE OUTDOOR CONCRETE AREA SURROUNDING THE POOLS. IT IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO RELAX AND ENJOY THE OPEN WATER VIEWS ALL DAY! THERE IS A GAS FIRE TABLE ON THE UPPER PORCH, A WEBER GAS GRILL IN THE BBQ EATING AREA, AND A WOOD-BURNING FIRE PIT OVERLOOKING THE WATER BY THE ROUND SPIDER SWING. THERE IS ALSO A BIG HAMMOCK TO RELAX ON BY THE LARGE POOL. WE ALSO HAVE AN OUTDOOR SHOWER TO RINSE OFF WHEN GOING FROM THE LAKE TO THE POOL. THIS PROPERTY IS EQUIPPED WITH A LARGE BRIGHT GREEN 13 FOOT 2 PERSON KAYAK WITH PADDLES, A LARGE STAND UP PADDLE BOARD WITH PADDLES, A 2 PERSON TUBE TO TOW BEHIND THE BOAT & POOL NOODLES ALSO. THE HOME IS EQUIPPED WITH WIFI & LARGE SMART TV'S THROUGOUT THE HOUSE TO ENJOY SOME TV TIME WHEN YOU NEED A BREAK FROM THE SUN. EVERY ROOM HAS A LARGE SMART TV IN IT. The outdoor facilities were top-notch. The kids had endless hours of fun in the pool. And paddle borders, kayakers and voters loved the waterfront. House is also very dog friendly. There was plenty of space for our intergenerational group of 10. We loved the nearby accessibility to Longhorn caverns and inks Lake State Park for hikes Communication with the owners was excellent and the house had everything we needed.
The only caution I would provide concerns the oven. As the owner information says it is very “powerful“. We found that we had to babysit the food to make sure things didn’t get burned. We were there at Thanksgiving and so did a lot of cooking. Never could get the performance to be reliable.
Otherwise, it was an incredibly fun stay

This is a great house! Had a ton of fun fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool! House has most anything you need. Bigger pots and pans could be needed if you are cooking for a big group.

The house was well organized, beautifully decorated, and clean. The owner responded quickly if we had any questions which was AWESOME! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I would love to return one day.

We stayed 6 nights and had an awesome time. House is very nice and clean. Very spacious. Andrea was great helping us with anything we needed. The maids had forgotten to restock the cabinets with extra toilet paper, Andrea had them dropping some off within 10 min of me letting her know. Most houses that we have rented before get hot in the afternoon and the air conditioner can’t keep up, not this house…it stayed cool all day long. Even the game room was air conditioned and stayed cool. We had a blast playing ping pong, swimming in the pool and on the slide, and playing games around the big dining room table. Another awesome thing about the house is there is an ice maker. We took coolers out on our boat every day and never had to buy ice. There are 3 refrigerators, 2 are in the kitchen/Bar area so we never ran out of space. Boat dock is very large and plenty of room for both our boats. Even caught a couple of fish off the dock. House is conveniently located on the lake near the Boats and Burgers place. Definitely would want to rent again.

The cleaning people were still there at 415 when check in was 4
There are notes all over the house with rules and do and not do etc
3 weeks after vacation I get a note that I’m being charged $120 bucks
Told we stained a dish towel?
Told we broke cabinets in a closet. These were broken already. My son in law removed them already broken because he put our grandsons sleeper in the open closet to give more space in room.
A yellow planter in the master room was broken when we arrived. My daughter even told me to take a pic so I would not get charged
I do not know how this person cwoukd know who did what since the house was not even ready when we arrived.

We had a large group of adults for a annual reunion and this property worked out wonderfully. The place was great, no big surprises and the owner gave us all the info we needed both through VRBO messages and printouts in the house. Location was very convenient to grocery store and boat rental. Would recommend!

Great property, especially if you plan to stay put. The pool area was great, we used the basketball hoop, there was YouTube tv for football, and we had everything we needed to cook!
There are a lot of instructions / rules, so it’s important to be attentive to that but it was manageable. Great stay!

Located close to boat rental and not too busy street. The property was very clean and the owners were very responsive. Really enjoyed our stay and had lots of fun at pool. Having access to boat dock right at property was a plus.

My family loves this place each year. VRBO makes it very stressful for me to communicate and confirm check-in, etc. The owner is easy to work with, but VRBO gets in the way.

We were wondering why several of the small children developed coughs day two?
A majority of the adults developed congestion and headaches. I developed a sinus infection which I had go to the doctor for and get antibiotics. This is inexcusable and extremely dangerous for this moldy and mildew air to be recirculated throughout the house 24 hours a day.

We had a birthday party for my 5year old here! We loved staying here. There was plenty of space for 7 girls and 3 couples.
The heated pool was so nice and a must in the winter. The kids played all day in it and the slide was an added bonus. We loved the steam shower and the bunk room attached to the game room.
The location was great and loved how close it was to Boat Town where we would grab some drinks and appetizers.
Communication was great with the owner and she promptly answered any questions I had. We would definitely rent again in the future! Thanks!
