The living room is nicely furnished, and features vaulted ceilings, two story river rock fireplace, and HDTV. The home has plenty of space, a nicely updated and fully equipped kitchen, full private bathrooms for each bedroom as well as a powder room off the main living area! The kitchen features Granite counters, beautiful cabinets, and newer appliances, as well as an island with breakfast bar seating. The vaulted ceilings in the living and dining room areas give the home a nice spacious feel that is carried throughout the whole home. The master bedroom is quite large, while the other two bedrooms are nicely sized with covered deck access and those amazing views. There are actually two decks with southern exposure facing the valley and mountains. A nice large heated garage plus outdoor off street parking make parking a non-issue. For those ski season guests who don't plan to have a car, you won't need one. This home is located in a quiet cul de sac, but also right on The Lift shuttle route, which means you'll have access to free local transportation! During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property.
