It's a really big place and the decor of the lounge and kitchen is lovely and unique. The bed is really comfy and the location was perfect for us. We will definitely stay again.

Location was excellent, property clean, bathroom and kitchen well laid out.

Would be good to have had some sachets of coffee, milk sugar etc. Sofa had seen better days! Not very comfy.

Stunning property in a fantastic location just minutes walk from the Old Town. Beautifully decorated, can’t recommend highly enough. It was our second stay here ; wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Hastings… if a available !!

Everything was great

Spacious apartment, good kitchen area extremely comfortable bed and bed linen. The accommodation is located in a Georgian building that is part of a small Cresent with views towards the sea; sadly as you leave the Cresent you arrive at boarded up shops and homeless folk camped out on the pavement, which is not the fault of the owners but sad all the same.

On arrival the apartment was like an ice-box as nobody had bothered to turn the heating on above ZERO. The internet hardly ever worked which was inexcusable and mobile roaming did not seem to be available. Texting the assistance number resulted in an unintelligible response.

It was very clean and the bed was really comfy. Location was great too, in the middle of Hastings old town and St. Leonards. Nice to have a full apartment to yourself too.

It was so noisy. Could hear really loud noises coming from above, below, and all around very late at night

The light in the portent was beautiful. We loved the space, and the old features.

We wanted to stay an extra night, but we could not get hold of the landlord to arrange this.

Location was great and there was a bottle of bubbly waiting in the fridge from the hosts. The apartment is spacious and very tastefully decorated. Great selection of TV channels and the bed was very comfortable

mattress has seen better days and needs replacing. neither of us had a good nights sleep as you can feel all the springs as you move. the towels that were supplied were a bit small ( not bath sheets)

Perfect location on the seafront and close to all local amenities including coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated with a few pieces of quality antique furniture. A very stylish accommodation, beautifully designed, which added to the experience and enhanced our stay.

Lacking in attention to detail. No milk on arrival, which would have made a considerable difference as we were desperate for a drink after our journey. The television had no signal for approximately half our stay so viewing was erratic. There was hastily dusted furniture and thick dust where it had been missed. Personally I would have replaced the stubs of candles and included a small vase of flowers as a welcome gesture. This would have made the difference between a good stay and an outstanding one.

Nice flat with decent amenities. Loved the aspect. And loved the general location.

Incredibly loud pigeons by the bedroom in the early morning. Occasional smell of cigarette smoke from somewhere. More easily fixed would be the lack of general personal welcoming touches, eg. Lack of soaps, lack of milk for tea/coffee on arrival, lack of coasters for drinks to stand on, lack of tissues etc. With these touches the flat would have felt much better value for money than it ended up being.

The apartment was fantastic. Large, clean, comfortable, great location. If ever visiting Hastings again would most certainly return. Would really recommend.

No faults

The character of the building and the decor, the designer has done a first class job and the location meant that convenience stores and restaurants were just a minute away. The sea view was even better than expected, we would like to return before too long and enjoy the apartment once more.

The Freeview TV signal kept breaking up in the evening time which was frustrating possibly a signal booster and even a DVD player might be a good additional investment. The pigeons were noisy every morning but particularly on our first night wneh there seemed to be some sort of bird scaring device going off periodically in the basement area which kept us awake.

Pleasant location, well situated for the beach and Old Town. Spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen and good size bathroom. Comfortable bed.

The bathroom floor was dirty and I had to clean it before using it. The apartment was dark and the sparse furniture made it feel cold. The building is extremely tired and people were hanging around the area smoking cannabis. Internet was intermittent. Would benefit from a rug on the floor to make it feel homely. The area itself is rundown.

Absolutely loved the apartment, even better then the pictures. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again. Right in the heart of Hastings as well and so close to the Old Town. Ooo and the shower was fab, great pressure!!!

Very roomy living area, nice kitchen with good facilities. Historic architecture. Very good location close to Hastings old town. Great sea view. Something a little quirky and different, very 'Hastings'.

Some fixture and fittings need attention, for example the doorknob on the bathroom door and the shower fitting. A few marks on the wall. The decor is an acquired taste. But overall, very happy- a nice bolthole for the weekend.
