Nestled in South Forest Beach, this attractive condo for $519 per night is a great option for your next trip. Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 5) This top-floor condo (Unit 519) in the lovely Ocean One complex has stunning ocean views from the living room and master bedroom balconies. It was remodeled and refurnished in the winter of 2017-2018 to give it the feel of a colorful beach cottage with a penthouse view. Walls in the kitchen were knocked down to make it spacious and open, and new cabinets and quartz countertops were installed. The bathrooms for both bedrooms were totally gutted, and the carpet and tile is new, as well. Almost all the furniture in the bedrooms, living room, and dining room is new. The master bedroom has a Sleep Number bed, and the living room and master bedroom have Netflix. It's a perfect place to relax and listen to the ocean! The Ocean One complex is very well maintained and has a new outdoor grilling area. The condo is a very short walk to Coligny Plaza with its variety of shops and restaurants and entertainment---you can leave your car in the parking lot your entire vacation. You can walk out of the Ocean One complex to miles of running trails, or take a bike for a ride on the beach, or drive a short ways to the top-notch golf courses nearby. This villa is non-smoking with no pets allowed. Cleaning is included in rates, but 10% Hilton Head and state taxes are not. Parking passes for two cars are issued for each stay. We own this condo and the one next door (listing vrbo/339445), and we try to make each of them a place we like to stay when we can. Everything was outstanding.. Fully stocked beach condo. The view of the beach was outstanding. The pool was very nice. Very clean.So much within walking distance ... restaurants, and shopping. I would highly recommend this condo for a family or a couple vacation.

This condo was perfect for our family on vacation. The view of the ocean is perfect, and it is just off to the side so you don’t hear noise from the pool area. There are bathrooms by the pool which were incredibly convenient for those with kids, and all of the grounds are well maintained, including the pool. The gated parking lot felt secure, and there was always enough parking. The location was amazing having just 2 minute walk to Coligny for ice cream, restaurants, etc. Inside the unit you’ll find everything updated with more than enough space in the bedrooms, kitchen, living room. The unit was stocked up with anything you would need, better than anywhere we’ve ever stayed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and store food for the week, plus a washer and dryer which were super convenient. The closet had beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, pool noodles etc. the bedrooms had sound machines, a pack and play, an extra fold out twin bed, tons of blankets and more. All around this was one of our favorite beach condos ever, and we travel a lot. The owner was incredibly responsive every step of the way, which was appreciated. Book this unit and you won’t be disappointed!!

First time at Hilton Head and will definitely be returning. Condo was very nice with excellent ocean view. Nice pool and fire pits at Ocean One. The location is perfect for walking the beach and to stores, restaurants and bars, also to Piggly Wigglys. Thanks we really enjoyed our vacation!

Love this property; has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Property owner is excellent at communication and very accommodating if you need anything. Condo and property are very clean and well kept. Pool area and fire pit area very nice. Excellent location close to everything.

We had a week stay in April. Condo was great, very spacious. Great location with close proximity of Coligny Plaza. Rented bikes for the week and highly recommend doing so - lots of fun. Would highly recommend Ocean One for your stay. Ocean front view and pool was wonderful.

We had a wonderful week at this property. The owner helped make our checkin process super smooth and accommodated an early check-in, which really helped us with an infant in tow. Upon inquiring about a high chair, she shipped one to the property for use during our stay! The property is beachfront with great sunrise views and the colors of the sky at sunset can easily be viewed, as well. Walking distance to Coligny Plaza and close to most HHI restaurants. We would readily come back!

Second time we’ve stayed in this unit. Both times have been great. The place is clean, great location and excellent view from the balcony. 2 bedroom is perfect for a couple with kids. Stocked with all the non-food items you need, solid TV/cable/internet. Owners are very nice!

We had an amazing vacation! The condo was so clean and had everything we needed to cook and feel comfortable for the week. The view is unbeatable! Our kids loved the pool almost as much as the beach and my husband and I spent every evening on the balcony. Stephanie was very communicative! We wish we could have stayed all summer!

We were a party of 4 seniors (my husband, my sister and her husband). The condo was phenomenal! Awesome living area with a wonderful deck that was plenty roomy. We tried to reserve it again for October but with no luck. Check in was a breeze and will definitely return. A wonderful week had by all!

This property lived up to its hype! We so enjoyed the location and the condo was as promised. Had all the small things included and was very clean and updated. We walked and biked to restaurants, bars and shopping, as well as, down to the public beach area. It was large for my husband and I and 2 teens to be spaced out. Kitchen well equipped for cooking meals. Thank you for an easy check in and a lovely stay for our spring break week. I would definately stay here again!!

Would stay here again! large balcony from which to enjoy the ocean. Walkable to Cologny Beach shops and restaurants. Well appointed condo with plenty of kitchenware and the most comfortable beds I’ve ever stayed in. Owner spared no expense and was helpful and communicative throughout the experience. We had the great fortune to find this condo! Sat in the living room watching the ocean...dolphins, jumping fish, beautiful sun rises!! The condo was beautiful and just as represented on the website. Had everything we could have asked for and was spotlessly clean, welcoming and plenty of space. We hope we can return in the future.

We had a great time as always ex Roy my husband got sick. Had him to urgent care 2 times. He was in bed most all the time. We wanted to mention that the screen on slider didn’t want to stay on and the blinds in living room are coming loose from wall

Very nice, clean, condo in great location. Well stocked with thoughtful starter supplies, i.e., soap, toilet paper, detergent, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels. These items were greatly appreciated. Enjoyed our stay!!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is in a fabulous location - easy to get to and in the heart of things to do. We loved watching dolphins from the balcony. Imagine our surprise to see a giant buck in the dune……. Guess he wanted a day at the beach. . The property was super clean and has everything you need. The rooms are large, the kitchen is very nice and appreciated the full sized washer and dryer. We loved this location and this unit. Stephanie was excellent to work with…. Responded quickly to any questions. Checkin was easy. We will definitely be back to rent this unit again!
