Located in Seven Devils, this lovely cabin for $241 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK Welcome to Rusty Nail Rusty Nail sits at the top of Seven Devils at an elevation of 4,300 feet. This uniquely decorated home is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of Grandfather Mountain and the breathtaking Blue Ridge. Conveniently located between Boone and Banner Elk in the Foscoe community, Rusty Nail is only 15 to 20 minutes away from many exciting attractions in the High Country. **Allows pets with an additional fee.** This home has stainless steel appliances, tile work, hardwood floors, and comfortable furniture. Relax on the decks, soak in the hot tub, or lounge in the ample seating while enjoying the view. You will find the gas grill and seating area ideal for outdoor dining. The kitchen has an excellent selection of dishes, glassware, cookware, and bakeware. Adjacent to the front porch is a large fenced dog run. There are two master suites on the main floor and a four-bed bunk room downstairs. There are two 60-inch Smart TVs with YouTube TV with NFL Sunday Ticket for football fans. HULU, Netflix, and Prime Video are also provided. Outdoors, you can enjoy playing tennis on the Seven Devils courts or go trout fishing at Grandfather Trout Farm. For adult anglers, the nearby Watauga River offers some of the best trout fishing in North Carolina. Additionally, you can plan a river trip with Foscoe Fishing Company or one of the many other outdoor adventure services. There are miles of trails to hike at Grandfather Mountain Park and nearby access to Linville Falls. Those wanting easy access to Hawksnest Snowtubing and ZipLining Resort will find this home highly convenient. Accessing Banner Elk or Boone is also convenient because the property is just off Hwy 105 in Seven Devils. Enjoy Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Grandfather Mountain, Boone, Blowing Rock, and Valle Crucis, all within close driving distance. MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK

This was a perfect home for our family and will definitely be back. The location was great along with all the amenities, and the views were amazing! We loved that we were able to bring our dogs for a very reasonable pet fee. The deer that pass by was great to see as well!

This was a beautiful cabin with an amazing view. The home was so comfortable with everything you could expect and it was wonderful to be able to bring our dogs with us. Great location close to grandfather mountain and Boone. We loved our stay!

We have stayed in many rental properties and this was by far one of the cleanest and most organized! We brought six teenagers and there was plenty of room downstairs for four of them to hang out and have their own space. The view was beautiful - and just what we were looking for in a fall weekend getaway. We will definitely be back!

The view is amazing and completely accurate from the pictures! The cabin was spotless upon arrival and had all the amenities you need and then some! The downstairs game room and hot tub was our kids’ favorite! We loved that they had their own little area! Rusty Nail has plenty of room for two families to comfortably enjoy their stay. We loved that the bedrooms upstairs were equal in size and space! Also, plenty of bedrooms! We enjoyed the foosball table and the ring/hook game. I will definitely recommend this cabin for anyone staying in the area!

Easy to prepare and cook meals, easy to use all the amenities. When we drove up, it was decorated for Christmas!!! When we opened the door, it was perfect!!! Windows were open and the view was stunning!!!! Christmas tree added the welcome factor!!! The owners have thought of everything!!! Perfect anniversary getaway!!! The drive up the mountain was exactly as they said!!! But so worth it!!!!

The property worked well for our little family of four. The kitchen is stocked perfectly for cooking in on rainy nights. The view of Grandfather mountain is also amazing. The check-in process was a little rocky since the deadlock battery was dead. So, we were delayed in getting in which was difficult with two little ones. Fortunately, it was quickly resolved with the back up lock box. If you aren't comfortable with tight/steep mountain roads, this may not be the best location. For us, it worked great and we hope to return in the future with more family hopefully!

I have to say-this was one of my favorite properties we've stayed in. Not only is it in a beautiful location-it's a truly amazing cabin. The more time you spend there the more you can tell that this is so much more than just another rental property-it's a truly loved family home. There are so many "perks" but also so many wonderful little details...such as, every type of glass you could ever want, wine fridge, extra throw blankets in the tv rooms and extra plugs/extension cords next to the bed. The family that owns this house has truly made it a wonderful home and doesn't hold anything back for their renters. There are so many details/signs/decorations all around the house that give you such a sense of what a delightful family they must be-it really feels like someone is letting you stay in their own home. I told my husband at one point I bet they are so fun! The house is fully stocked with EVERYTHING you may need. The downstairs kid room is perfect as well as the game/tv area downstairs for kids.Unfortunately, for us we happened to come for the one long weekend that was freezing rain but no snow and cloud cover blocked the view 90% of the time BUT that didn't take away from the house at all. Honestly, we came for a snow weekend(which ended up being a bust) but I think it would be really fun in a warmer temp and able to enjoy the amazing decks and outdoor space.Its in a great location as to the town area and Sugar Mountain. One caveat, is that the roads up to the cabin are no joke and very much mountain roads that are narrow and sometimes have a drop off on the side. We expected this, being as we love the mountains but if you're not expecting it-it can be a little daunting-especially in harsher weather. The kitchen is amazing and is fully stocked. I was pleasantly surprised they had a Keurig! We felt truly blessed to get to stay in this home and would go back in a heartbeat!

Perfect Mountain Home
Stayed in May mountain homes in this area. Rusty Nail is easy access to gorgeous views with excellent parking. Interior is well maintained and well stocked with dishes and linens. Great community.
