Situated in Buckhead, this lovely house for $540 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 full bath ranch just steps to Hals, Tin Lizzy's, Lenox Mall, Phipps Mall, tons of shopping and other restaurants in the Tuxedo Buckhead plaza. Rent the entire house. This is a really wonderful neighborhood in Buckhead. Walk the kids 1 block to the #1 elementary school's playground, nature walking trails across the street, large covered back porch w/ ceiling fans, and a beautiful fenced back yard w/ Old English hardscapes.2 TV’s: one in the living room and one in the master bedroom.

I stayed here with my 3 boys and my husband joined a day into the trip. The house was perfect - my boys loved the fuse ball table! The kitchen was well stocked and I enjoyed coffee on the cozy porch while the boys played connect 4. The beds were all comfortable and whole house was very clean. We walked to Duck Doughnuts one morning and grabbed lunch and ice cream from the same shopping center - we loved how close things were! Chastain Park Playground was nearby - a huge hit for my boys. Thank you Brandon and Dawn!! Perfect retreat in the heart of Atlanta! We cannot wait to come back.

I was very happy with the home I rented to be with my family. The home was lovely and central to where all of us wanted to go. We were able to spend quality time with the baby and enjoyed strolling him around the neighborhood. We had all the amenities of home away fro home.

Granddaughter’s Wedding
We just love this house. It was very clean and had lots of charm! We have two small dogs, who did very well. Nice screened in back deck. It listed as 3 bedrooms, but there was an additional room with a twin bed. Updated bathrooms and kitchen. Very good location! Definitely would recommend this house!!

My daughter and I spent 6 weeks on this house. It was super comfortable and we looked forward to returning to it each night. Bonus: we could have our dogs with us! Dawn and Brandon are great hosts. I definitely recommend!

We stayed in this home for 6 nights when visiting for our niece's wedding. We lived in this area of town for many years before relocating to Texas 3 years ago. So we knew the neighborhood well. It was perfect for our stay. And the location made us feel like we were back home.
The home is very clean and well appointed. Everything you need is there - and many extra touches that make it easy and friendly. Beds and linens are high quality. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. Living areas are comfortable. Description and pics on VRBO are very accurate.
Dealing with the owners was a breeze. They were responsive and helpful. Check-in is super easy. Definitely recommend this property with 5 stars. Will stay again if available when we return visit.

We stayed here while having some work done on our home. The house is cute and cozy with updated kitchen and bathrooms. We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and walk our dog in the neighborhood. Kids loved being able to walk to Menchies for frozen yogurt. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Buckhead Property
This property was exactly as shown on the VRBO site. The hosts were accommodating, friendly and quick to respond to any request. The neighborhood was very safe and within walking distance of restaurants. There were a multitude of shopping opportunities within two miles of the property. We rented the property due to surgeries my wife and I were undergoing....a kidney transplant. We needed a residence that was single story and within a short distance of Piedmont Hospital. This filled the bill being 3.8 miles from Piedmont's North Parking Deck and the commute to the Hospital was very easy. Our month stay at this property was a delight and we thank our hosts very much.

Quaint little home
The location was great. We were able to walk to a handful of restaurants. The house was very clean and well stocked for guests. I prefer phone communication and the property owners prefer online communication through and app. That's just a personal preference. We had a plumbing issue. They did call personally and get someone out the first night, even though it was a Friday night and I'm certain they paid extra for it. Overall, great property, great location, attentive owner.
