Location is ok
So many keys to get to your room think I need 5 keys just to get to my room and the air conditioning didn’t work!

The room is modern and chic.
It was hard to locate. It will be helpful if there is an instruction on where to check in.

Wonderful old building. OK room, price excellent. Loved the cafe downstairs both for breakfast and at night.
Only one thing: we couldn’t store luggage after check-out because they close from 10 to 13 and we had to leave at 12.30.

Location is close to central area.
Restaurant below property does good tasty meals.
Bathroom is a bit tight - particularly the shower.

The bed is comfortable.
The temperature of the shower water is constantly changing, one time you're freezing and next you're burning, the towels smelled funny, as if they have been stored for long. And the room was not veery clean, they said it would be ready at 11a.m. But it was ready only at 12:30.
The breakfast has a good coffee, but is the only thing good, the pastry is not fresh and there is no bread, if you want you have packaged toasts.

Very close to the city center, clean and in a nice building. Breakfast included at the bar next-door.

The picture does not represent the reality.
There were so many trick locked doors to get through and a dirty old lift.It seemed like a prison. With no people around and dirty walls. The owner got aggressive with me.They were aloof and rude. And did not seem to be aware of my extra nights booking.Has put me off using booking .com.
As above.

The owner of the place was very nice and kind!
he offered us a welcome drink and escorted us to the room. The place feels very safe and is in an excellent location. The breakfast is cheap, varied and delicious.
We were woken up very early by the noise of a drill, no Wi-Fi signal in the room at all, there were blood stains on the blanket and when we tried to explain the staff they did not speak English (I'm sure if the owner was there he would have taken care of it at that moment) , the closet in the room was slightly damaged.

We would happily stay here again when in Turin. The rooms are not fancy but they have everything you need for a few nights to go and explore Turin. The aircon worked really well which we were thoroughly relieved about as it was so hot when we were there. The beds and pillows were comfy and access to the rooms felt very secure and easy for accessing at any time of day or night. The location was also amazing, easy to walk everywhere and on a pretty street but not noisy at night time. The breakfast was not overly fancy but filled us up and the staff were really lovely. Would definitely stay again and think it was really good value for money.

At first it was a bit confusing because we have to check-in in the bar which is on ground floor. We arrived early but we could leave our baggage there until we have returned. As soon as we checked-in we have been invited an aperitivo and a few snacks. We were amazed. The breakfast was also rich and had plenty items we could choose from.

Central destination between both train stations of Turino. Nice old elevator.
Air Condition defective (with 34 degrees outside) same as some other devices. They do not respond on emails and do only speak Italian there (no English I have never seen in Italy before when they offer accomodation) and you have to carry a bundle of 4 keys with you.

The location is good
No air con, no working fridge, no ventilation, and pretty awkward setup

Everything was great. The lady we dealt with went out of her way to sort out the problem we had with the shutters (we couldn't close them). On our first evening we were invited to a complimentary drink at the bar!
