Deakin is an ideal centrally located suburb. The house is easy to locate and a very relaxing place to stay. The garden was wonderful for a BBQ and enclosed for kids and/ or dog!! Kitchen was a dream to work in and laundry facilities welcome. Perfect for family or families to get together!!

The property was well presented with spacious bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom could have done with some extra hooks to hang towels for the 7 people we had staying. It was in walking distance to the Mint and a lovely place to stay.

Ravinder’s home is great for a family stay in Canberra. It is really well equipped and very clean. The location is very convenient for accessing Canberra’s attractions and it is very quiet.

We found it hard to find the right bed configuration and this home had three king/queen/dble beds along with the two singles so it fitted our group. Communication with the owner was really great, fast replies, suggestions for restaurants and activities etc. The house was clean and had everything required for a stay. We could walk across the parking area opposite to a fab cafe and also had a choice of restuarants for dinners.

Perfect for a family of 5 for a week. Good amenity for a comfortable stay away from home with 2 x bathrooms, washing machine and dryer, efficient heating, ample off street parking, even a coffee machine :-). Host was friendly and helpful

Comfortable, warm well equipped home. Could do with a coat/ hat stand near the front door to hang things once you step inside and a few more coat hangers in the main bedroom. Otherwise, a delightfully presented place to stay.

We had a lovely long weekend winter break with our two families and our dogs. Great, modern house with plenty of room for everyone and lots of comforts - central heating, extra blankets, books & games, Netflix and enclosed yard. Location was conveniently a close drive to everything we needed or wanted to see in Canberra. Would definitely recommend.

The house is very well located in Deakin, close to shops and cafes meaning that we could walk to many of our outings. The house was clean, well prepared and had everything that we needed for our stay. Communication with Ravinder was fast, courteous, and generous with all of the information that she provided. We felt very well prepared and hosted for our weekend getaway. Thank you so much.

Every thing went according to plan, home was in pristine condition all rooms were clean and furnished, the kitchen/laundry facilities were excellent. BBQ and out door seating was relaxing and enjoyable....just one thing if I have say...the display photo of the under cover car port was misleading, in the photo it shows perhaps four cars could fit, but actually two only, lucky enough all the vehicles were safely parked off the road as the street is narrow and short. All up we had an enjoyable relaxing stay at this excellent fully furnished beautiful home.

Ravinder was so great with both flexibility and communication. The house had a great homely feel with plenty of space for 2 families which included 4 children under 3! Ducted underfloor heating was a fantastic surprise and made the stay extra cosy. We couldn't ask for much more. (Unless there was a way to arrange an in-house nannying service 😅)! We definitely recommend it and will be back in the future.
